“Yes, Young Master. Don’t worry, I’ll manage them properly and would not let them go against Young Madam again.” Auntie Zhang was the smartest one and the only one who knew about the actual situation.

Those two helpers were experienced in this villa; at first, she only wanted to chase the two of them out, but she did not expect Young Master to take the two helpers away from her hands.

She did not know where they were brought to, but she could confirm that they would not have a good ending.

When the others saw Auntie Zhang answer—because of Lu family’s rules, they did not dare to voice out their stand noisily.

However, they still nodded their heads readily in agreement to express their determination when Auntie Zhang was talking.

Lu Yuchen retracted his gaze in satisfaction and looked at Tang Xinluo.

“Xinluo, they’re all the helpers in this villa. The leader is Auntie Zhang, and if there’s anything you need in the villa, just tell her.”

Lu Yuchen’s voice was low and magnetic. When he heard the words ‘Xinluo’ from his mouth, Tang Xinluo felt as though her ear was burned.

Without much thought, she nodded. “Okay, I understand.”

The dark and unpredictable gaze moved away from her, allowing Tang Xinluo to heave a sigh of relief.

Quickly, the helpers went back to their own stations while Auntie Zhang personally made new dishes. The previous food made was already cold so the food she served now was all newly-made.

Auntie Zhang was buttering up Tang Xinluo as Young Master’s attitude towards her was different. To servants such as them, they would definitely need to get in their Young Madam’s good books. However, because the Lu family was strict, she did not dare to be overly-passionate.

He patted the empty seat beside him. “Come over. You’re too far.”

Hesitating for a while, Tang Xinluo still obeyed him and walked over. Just that she could not help cursing in her heart; what a weird person, he obviously told her to sit casually.

When she sat beside Lu Yuchen, Tang Xinluo’s security in his eyes increased by quite a bit.

The smile on his face became deeper as he lazily leaned back and folded his leg. In his black eyes, there was mesmerizing darkness.

“The card’s password is my birthday. Six digits. You can use the money in the card as and when you want.”
