Chapter 49 - Business Established!

Kayn had allot of Ki, so he created more money to buy a large building, which would be really good for his headquarters. Night fell and the streets grew a bit quieter, so Kayn took this to his advantage and destroyed the old building he bought recently.

He quickly replaced it with another building that was 3,500 square feet, with 3 floors. Kayn made it the way he wanted it to be. After finishing the building from inside and out, he took out his warping pad.

There was a problem if he wanted to bring the Saibamen over and that was their outrageous power levels. He could only buy some power level suppressing wrist bands from the system, as to not draw any attention from the Z-fighters.

The Saibamen were brought over from Derail 7, but not all of them. Kayn brought over 5 Saibamen to start the vegetable and fruit production.

Kayn wanted to create his own energy drinks if he could, he wanted to extract the essence from the Senzu Beans and mix it with his fruit drinks to sell. The Saibamen got to work immediately, they had their own floor in the lower levels of the building.

This place was sealed off, so no one, including workers hired here, couldn't enter. Due to how strong the Saibamen were, vegetables and fruit would grow faster while being fused with Ki to heal people.

Kayn only had 4 Senzu beans, so he wasn't creating his special energy drinks anytime soon. These were the Senzu beans he had given to Gine and Bardock, but they never used them. Kayn wasn't sleepy, so he stayed up all night.

Afterward, he created a special device that would deliver the fruit and Vegetables to the floors above. This would allow the employees to stock them without going into direct contact with the Saibamen.

The Saibamen didn't need to eat, they just needed nutrients from the planet, they could also grow trees without the trees requiring sunlight to grow and stay alive. Overnight, many Vegetables had grown already, Kayn had placed special compose for better growth and the best results.

Fortunately, the person in question didn't use a debit or credit card. Kayn made sure to decorate the store to make it more appealing to customers. This was only the first of many stores he had already, Kayn had several other stores he had to work on.

Once the store was done, he put up a sign that said 'Hiring Now.' Kayn had to go get an identity before any of this, which was surprisingly fast and easy. The store wasn't opened, but people walked into the store anyway after seeing the now hiring sign.

There was no application, Kayn simply asked the people coming for the job a few questions. Some failed while he hired 5 people for the job, they were all men. They all caught on pretty fast since the job was pretty straight forward and they had worked these type of jobs before.

Kayn was now officially in business, he did this all in less than 24 hours! He did the same for the other stores, he broke them down at night and rebuilt them differently. Each store had 3 floors, but they all had a different interior and exterior to them.

Kayn had 3 stores here in East City.

"It's amazing how fast this Creation Skill gets things done, so convenient!" Kayn smiled in complete satisfaction.

Each store obviously had its own manager, of course, people had to have an application when it came to this. Kayn could easily do a background check to see their experience and he would approve of them if they checked out.

Kayn stayed in a hotel for the time being, until he bought himself a residence. The next day, Kayn left his hotel. Throughout the night, he was on his laptop searching for a large skyscr.a.p.er-like building he could buy.

There was a company having a hard time with business, so it was trying to sell one of its buildings. East City was a really large place, it was the same for the other Cities like West, North, East, Central, and several others.

After this discovery, Kayn sought to buy the place. He also ordered himself a credit card, with a debit card on its way. For now, he could only use cash which was obviously inconvenient. So, he created several Suitcases to store the large amount of money. Kayn couldn't just pull money out of his storage out of nowhere in front of people.

Kayn contacted them and got straight to the point. He met with some representatives, he paid and they handed ownership over to him. The deed and everything was with him, it was all in his name now!

Time passed and 2 months had gone by just like that. At this time, Kayn met with some government officials. Of course, they wouldn't just meet with some nobody, so he had to make a grand entrance.

They shot at him but their bullets and launchers did nothing, he only caught them with his hand or allowed some to hit, dealing absolutely nothing. Kayn tossed a few rockets he caught towards their bases and destroyed them.

They were shocked with their mouths hanging wide open, this included their eyes. Kayn told them he wanted to sell weapons, and that he wanted to create a company just for it. He wanted to sell weapons to the military, aka the government if possible.

With foreheads drenched in sweat, they asked Kayn what his weapons could do. He smiled and pulled out a plasma launcher. The government officials set up a dummy and he shot it; the dummy was vaporized on the spot by the blue plasma bolt of energy.

Kayn showed them plasma grenades and several other things, mainly armor, which really caught their attention. Setting up a weapon's business wasn't something you could just do, so he had to get approved by the government in this world or any world for that matter.

They all agreed, but he had to sign a contract to exclusively sell these weapons to the government. He said he would sell to anyone who could pay the price, but he would sell the best to the government.

They couldn't refute his offer, Kayn could resist bullets and even rockets! What kinda freak was this!?

Once this was all settled, he went on with his business by fixing up the skyscr.a.p.er building.

After a month of Hiring, he finally hired enough people for the job. Some people didn't get hired, well, most people he couldn't be hired due to their record. After that was over, Kayn could finally start creating weapons.

Even though his Materialization skill was low, it was enough to make weapons like these. Kayn owned a private lot, he created plasma tanks, armor, jet packs, and several other things. Kayn stored them inside his private warehouse.

As for weapons like laser pistols, jet packs, and other types of weapons, he left these things inside of his HQ building. Without needing to create money, it was now flowing his way like water. Kayn went shopping, he bought hygienic things like deodorant, soap, and so forth.

"It's time to buy a house, I think a nice small mansion will do." It didn't need to be too big, so he opted for a smaller type of mansion. Kayn already owned quite a bit of land around the city, so he made his house in a quiet place within the city.

After making his house, he had to go through a few things to make his residence official.

Kayn shot out his senses, he had always been monitoring Goku through the months. He didn't do anything particular, he stayed in the East district where Mount Paozu was located. Goku didn't do much but attend to his family all of the time.

Kayn shook his head, this would be the last true moments he really would spend with them. After knowing he could climb to even greater heights, he would barely give his family the proper attention they needed.

Kayn also noticed that it wasn't Kakarot but Goku, however, he would still refer to Goku as Kakarot when he met him. Technically, this was his name, so why wouldn't he call him that? This was definitely so with Bardock and Gine still being alive and all.

Kayn had thought about visiting him, but he needed a few things to happen before speaking with him. He would wait for Raditz and confront both of them at the same time, this was the best way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

He could only ask Bulma later for help, this would help everyone understand how they've improved from what they once were through the numeric system. Speaking of Goku and Raditz, he checked the time of his arrival.

"So, he'll arrive in 3 months, I can't wait to see the fight." Kayn would watch for a bit before intervening, of course, he couldn't let any of them die.

At first, he was going to let Goku die so he could just train with King Kai, but he could just teleport Goku to King Kai's planet so there was no need to die.

However, after thinking about it more, he decided he would let Goku die since he had a backup measure for his death. As for Raditz, there wasn't a back measures for his death.

Kayn had named his Company Dwarf Star, he sat back in his chair and closed his eyes, relaxing.
