Chapter 77 - Back To Earth!

Kayn wanted to visit Pybara, but in the middle of his conversations with the Wiseman, he opted otherwise. He may as well return to Earth and visit Pybara some other time, there was always time to come back and have a proper talk with the Yadratian.

Kayn spoke to the Wiseman about this, and he could only sigh hearing it. He recalled what Kayn had relayed to him, and lines appeared on his forehead; he was truly speechless about Pybara's behavior. Plenty of time had already passed since Kayn had left Earth, it was about time he returned.

"Be sure to tell Pybara I said...hello." Kayn's eyebrows wrinkled slightly before waving at the Wiseman and warping away.

"Wow, that boy has really grown up, it really is a sight to behold." The Wiseman smiled before going back over to the stove and pouring himself some more tea.

Planet Earth.

Kayn appeared in the middle of nowhere, he already knew Broly and Paragus's Ki signatures. This meant he could just Instant Transmit there when the time came. In any case, he appeared in the same desert he had landed in when he first came to Earth.

Almost immediately, he sensed every Z-fighter, some were training while others were spending their time doing other things.

"I sensed it some time ago, there was surely a battle here on this planet about a few months ago." Kayn had noticed an unusual number of hostiles attacking the Earth at that time.

Kayn sensed that Gohan, Goku, Raditz, and Chichi were back at Goku's house. Then he picked up that Nappa, Bardock, and Anya were at Kami's lookout. Gine and Salari were present at his small mansion in East City. And Vegeta, who was alone, was in the wilderness training by himself; he seemed to be trying to master his Super Saiyan form.

From what Kayn was sensing, he already felt like Vegeta had mastery over this form already. Of course, everyone sensed that Kayn had arrived on earth, at least most of them. For the other Z-fighters, it might take a little while before they knew he was back.

Since Vegeta was alone, he decided to visit him to see what had happened over the year. Vegeta stood alone, his eyes close in the middle of nowhere. Suddenly, he grinned as Kayn ported in, he had already long sensed Kayn's arrival.

"Well, well, looks who's back after over just a year." Vegeta turned around to face Kayn who appeared some ways away from him.

"Only taking care of a few loose ends that needed to be finished." Kayn squinted one of his eyes and opened the other wide while grinning; giving him a somewhat scoundrel look.

"Is that so, well, I've been training as of late. I even got to test my strength some time ago against my most hated enemies that came to our doorstep to die." Vegeta continued to smile, as he clenched his fist recalling the whole battle.

"I guess that makes things easier, did it happen? Did Freiza's Family come to avenge their son in end?" Kayn asked bluntly.

"They did, but they all died the same. I have to say, though, Frieza's Brother was a pain at first, he even wanted to destroy the planet in a desperate attempt for victory, but that was cut short."

Vegeta scoffed and said that he didn't even know Frieza had a brother, to begin with. Vegeta described the battle, he stated that Ginyu had come back but Jeice wasn't present with him, as he had opted no to come. Vegeta personally killed Ginyu, he was aware of Ginyu's secret technique already, so he could pull it off.

Ginyu was quickly dispatched.

The skies were filled with henchmen at that time.

"Was there anything else? Just that fight alone?" Kayn questioned again.

"Is there suppose to be...hmm, wait a minute, there was something else. At that time, some kid with a sword on his back came to help us. Strangely, he could also turn into a Super Saiyan; this is new to me but we're the only survivors besides that fool Turles."

Kayn only smiled and shook his head, this could only be trunks.

Right then, a space pod could be seen breaking through the atmosphere. Vegeta and Kayn looked towards the sky, it was heading in another direction as it was no telling where it would land.

"Speak of the devil, look who showed up! It took this idiot long enough, using a tree to gain power, what a disgrace!" Vegeta's tone was filled with contempt when recounting those strange seeds back on Namek.

"Whatever it takes, I guess. Let's give our Saiyan buddy a proper welcome, it must have taken a lot of willpower to make the decision of coming here." Turles was a bit too arrogant, so Kayn concluded that it must have taken a lot to decide on what he would do next. After all, it has been just over a year already and he's finally deciding to show up. Frieza was also dead, and his Tree of Might seeds had been snatched by Kayn, what more could he do?

Vegeta nodded and both started to fly off.

"Watch it!" Kayn had sensed a fluctuation in space and quickly warned Vegeta.

"What!?" It was already too late, a silhouette had appeared in the void.

Kayn heard a clonking sound as he watched Vegeta and Goku's foreheads unite. Goku had utilized Instant Transmission to warp over here. Before Kayn arrived behind Vegeta, he gave off his present, so Vegeta knew he was coming.

Goku didn't do this, and just appeared near the 2 of them!

"Arg!" Vegeta rubbed his forehead with gritted teeth, as he glared at Goku.

"Ow, haha, that really hurt!" Goku rubbed his forehead and laughed.

"Kakarot, you idiot, can't you be civil and appear normally!? Why the hell would you appeared in front of me mid-flight!?" Vegeta raged and pointed at Goku.

"Ah, sorry, sorry, but man, Vegeta, your head is really hard. Maybe you should headbutt enemies more, it might defeat them in one hit." Goku said jokingly.

"You...you idiot!!" Vegeta had already gauged Goku's personality at his point, as he did in the original. Kayn almost laughed out watching the 2 but he quickly put himself together.

"Kakarot, we have a guess that has just arrived, I'm sure you sensed it as well, right?" Kayn quickly diffused the situation, Vegeta was calling Goku all sorts of names, like a condescending windbag and so forth.

"Hehe, what's a Condescending windbag?"

"....."

"....."

Vegeta and Kayn said nothing.

Moments later, Turles had already stepped out of his space pod. He used his scouter to scan the area to pick up any usual power signatures, and he saw plenty!

"What the hell is this planet, there are supposed to be nothing but weakling on this planet!" The twins had updated his scouter to scan power level in millions, the little fellas were quite smart; too bad they died on Namek.

"What!? Behind me!" Turles quickly backed away to see who had snuck up on him so easily.

"Well, well, look what the cat dragged in. He finally came running when there was nothing left." Vegeta grinned with his arms folded.

"Kayn, Vegeta, and Kakarot!" Turles identified them right away.

"What took so long to decide, were missing your life as a pirate so much?" Kayn wondered, why take so long, there was nothing else for him out there.

"What does it matter, I'm here, aren't I?!" Turles scoffed and avoid answering the question.

"Wow, he really does look just like us, it like my evil twin or something." Goku rubbed his chin in a thoughtful manner as he analyzed Turles' face.

"Evil? I do what is necessary to survive, there is no evil, just survival of the fittest." Turles felt what he did was necessary to survive and get stronger in order to kill Frieza 1 day.

"Ah, it's all in the past now, it's time to move forward and make up for your crimes by doing good deeds. Because, when you die, there's only 1 place for people like you and Vegeta at the moment, and that's HELL!" Kayn scoffed at the two, they could only be banished to such a place.

"Hell...does such a place exist after death?" Turles was stunned, but how could Kayn know this?

"Mhm, it does exist, I've died before so I would know." Goku nodded and confirmed. Though his death was for a brief moment, he had witnessed the scenery as a soul, but this was only for a brief moment.

"..." Turles grew silent, Goku's death wasn't a secret to him.

He was aware that this planet had Dragonballs because he was spying on Raditz and Vegeta at the time.

"Oh, look, he was probably hoping to use those seeds to grow that tree for power, what a weakling and disgrace you are Turles!" Vegeta broke the silence and felt a need to bring this up, it was just too ridiculous to cheat and gain power this way to him.

"Vegeta, don't talk down to me, you're no prince anymore, so don't act full of yourself!" Turles sneered coldly at Vegeta.

"Hahaha! Turles, the Saiyan race may be gone, but I remain, and I am as strong as ever, stronger than you! You should watch yourself, or you'll end up getting punched into oblivion!" Vegeta took a step forward, and Turles' expression changed as he took a few steps back with a slightly sweaty face.

"Oh, Vegeta, stop scaring the guy, we can all get along and train together." Goku continued. "Besides, the more sparring partners the better." Suddenly, Goku's expression turned somewhat serious while saying this.

"Ha, I suppose even a clown can see use in useless people!" Vegeta concluded, not bothering to threaten any more.

"Of course, you're stronger, you've probably found out the Super Saiyan secret from Legend!" Turles felt relief in his heart, but he was still putting a tough front.

"Okay, let's head back, there's no time to waste, let's head out." Kayn walked over toward Turles' space pod and stored it.

"What...the hell...what did you do to my space pod?" He came by pod because the Namekians destroyed his ship once they discovered it. This was his only means of travel as of now, but it had suddenly disappeared.

"Nothing happened to it, I just put it into a closed-off space and that's it." Honestly, he only stored it away, this wasn't a skill.

"Wow, is that a technique, you have to teach it to me later." Of course, Goku was amazed and believed it to be a technique of some sort.

"....."

Kayn didn't want to tell him that it wasn't a technique in front of Vegeta and Turles, but Goku had the tendency to run his mouth a little too much, so telling any secrets to him was a big NO-NO!

"Let's head back, I'll go pick up Raditz. I want to talk to you guys about that mysterious Saiyan you mention earlier, Vegeta." Raditz was currently at Goku's house, he was supposedly training with Goku and Gohan.

Kayn suddenly appeared next to Turles and put his hand on his shoulder!

"Wh...what are you doing!?" Turles was shocked and was about to move away.

"Relax, we're going to move away from this area, you take Vegeta, Kakarot!" Turles didn't understand what he was saying, but he knew if Kayn wanted to attack and kill him, he would have done it long ago.

"Already on it!" Goku smiled and put his hand on Vegeta's shoulder, with 'Pa' sound!

"You idiot, all you had to do was touch my shoulder normally!" Goku smiled and ignored Vegeta's complaint, he focused by put his fingers on his forehead.

In mere moments, they all disappeared from their positions.
