Chapter 87 - Sneaky Fireworks!

Kayn was caught off guard from the current battle at hand, it was something he wasn't expecting. There were indeed two Androids, but the not the ones he was expecting to see. Trunks was expecting Android 17 and 18, while Kayn was expecting 19 and 20.

But the Androids that appeared were 14 and 15!

Goku and company didn't resort to turning into Super Saiyans right away. They fought the Androids in their base forms, it was hard to read the strength level of Androids for most of the Z-fighters. But they seemed to be paying for it since they were all getting bashed by the duo.

Raditz and Turles hadn't joined in on the fight and were watching from afar. Bulma appeared to be using a device; this device was connected to the power level machine she had in her lab. This device looked like a tablet from his old world, but it was clearly far more advanced.

She had left both her children at home with her parents this time, compared to the series when she had brought him along. Piccolo couldn't see what was going on, but he could feel what was happening below.

"They may need our assistance, do you think we should go down and lend a hand in this?" Piccolo opened his eyes and looked toward Kayn.

Android 15 kicked Yamcha through a large number of buildings before he fainted. Afterward, Android 15 pulled out a flask from his jacket to a take sip, before targeting Goku next. Goku was already fighting Android 14 with the help of the others, and they were on the winning side.

"Nah, I think they got this... what!?" Kayn was stunned and canceled the Virtual Eye to look in another direction.

"Did you feel that too?" Piccolo was also stunned, as he stared off into the same direction.

"Yeah, quite a number of people are dying in that area, are they being attacked purposely?" The strength level of this Person wasn't as strong as the current Androids, but he was well on his way to their strength level.

"I should go check it out, this doesn't look good from what I can feel." Piccolo was strongly willing to find out what was going on, so he volunteered.

"Go for it but be careful..." This person obviously wasn't someone they knew. But after thinking about it, he had an idea of who it was. Piccolo nodded and jumped off the lookout and flew into that direction at high speed.

"This person has attacked a little too early if it's who I think it is..." Kayn sighed and gazed into the clouds below.

"This other enemy, do you know who it is?" Kami was standing there the whole time, and he questioned because Kayn sounded like he knew this person.

"No...I just think it was the wrong time for another attack to occur." Kayn continued looking down and said.

"Makes sense, I hope there aren't any more attacks. In any case, you talking about a youngster named Dende who would take my place, right?" Kami wanted to learn more, he wanted to meet this youngster himself.

"Yeah, he's from Namek..." Just as he was about to talk more about Dende, he heard a notification.

"What...?" Kayn looked and wondered why he had to be the one to do this.

"Sorry, Kami, I have to go but I'll be back later to talk to you more about the candidate Guardian."

"Huh? Uh, okay, go do what you have to; the world needs you." He had a feeling that Kayn was going to fight seeing his serious expression.

Kayn nodded and warped away, in moments, he appeared where Raditz, Turles, and Bulma were.

"Kayn? You've come to join in? There isn't much to do here, those Androids don't seem like much." Raditz was the first to speak, he and everyone else had been spectating from a large mountain range off the coast of the Island's City.

"I thought they would be stronger, how pathetic!" Turles leaned against a random tree and watched from afar.

"Even though you've grown strong, it still isn't enough to beat those Androids." Raditz scoffed and said.

Turles may have achieved Super Saiyan, but he wasn't on everyone else level yet, thus, he would, unfortunately, get smacked down by the current Androids.

"Raditz, do you ever keep that mouth of your shut? Since when have you been such a motor mouth!?" Turles was furious hearing Raditz's remark.

"Sup, Bulma, I think it's up to you to stop these two for now. I'll be right back..." Kayn didn't bother to stop the conflict between the two, and instead, he flew off towards the battle.

Bulma nodded and looked at the two and said. "Okay, you two, we have bigger fish to fry so stop fighting while enemies are afoot!"

"Bah, I don't need to waste my time with this guy, what are the readings those Androids are giving off?" Raditz knew what the little device in Bulma's hands was capable of, so he wanted a numeric reading.

"The short one with the shades has a power reading of 730 million, while the Android with the long braid has a reading of 710 million." Bulma had images of the Androids, with their power levels by the side.

She seemed to have found a new hobby in storing this type of information and saving it for later research. Bulma even had Cooler, King Cold, and Frieza here, but she hadn't seen Frieza, so he was just a shadow silhouetted picture with no real image.

"Ah, my Album of Villains gains 2 more entries. Oh, but they don't have names, do they have a number like Android 8 from back then?" Bulma wished she knew their name, and if they had a model number, what was it?

Right as Kayn was flying over, he could see that Goku wasn't taking these Androids seriously. However, Yamcha, Tien, and the rest besides Gohan were having a hard time dealing with Android 15.

They had cut Android 15 off, who wanted to join 14 in fighting Goku

Krillen was smacked flying through multiple buildings. Goku was fighting in the sky, but he decided to take the battle elsewhere by flying away. These Android weren't like Android 19 and 20, who willingly left the city to battle Goku and company.

They had a special Program built within their systems that compelled them to kill Goku. It was literally called a [Goku Termination Program]!

Kayn didn't want to bother with these Androids at first. He would rather have everyone else fight them, but that mission changed that. Goku had to turn into a Super Saiyan to fight these Androids, he found that out quickly.

Suddenly, a red arc of energy came over towards Goku.

"What? Ugh!" Goku gritted his teeth, as he turned in an attempt to block it since he couldn't dodge in time. The blast detonated over Goku, causing Android 14 to distance himself to get a better understanding of the situation. First, there was an explosion, then a smoke cloud formed around Goku for a brief time.

"It looks like it was a direct hit! Goku, you and yer friends can forget about surviving past today!" Kayn squinted his eyes when he heard that voice, it sounded like a southern countryman.

Kayn could see that it was none other than Android 13, he had just made an appearance.

"How many of these things are there, weren't there supposed to be only 2?" Tien turned and looked worried seeing another enemy appear.

No one replied to him since Gohan was still fighting Android 15 by himself and had to focus. Android 15 had his arm blown off by Gohan at that moment, then he kicked it into the distance.

Once Gohan had done that, he looked in the direction of his father, Goku. Android 15 caught himself and paused in mid-air, then he pulled out that flask again to take a sip.

"Wha..." Android felt something, then his body exploded into many pieces, causing black smoke to appear briefly in the sky.

"Well, that settles that..." Kayn had used a move similar to [Dirty Fireworks] to kill Android 15. His mechanical bolts and debris fell from the sky and into the city.

Android 13 had detected Android 15's fall, but this was good for him, he thought. Firetrucks flew through the streets trying to put out fires, while multiple ambulances went around helping people.

Goku appeared out of the smoke cloud, he was all frowned up as his gaze landed on Android 13.

"Boy, you manage to survive, but not for long, hehe!" Android 13 smirked, then Android 14 went over to attack Goku without warning. Goku blocked all of Android 14's punches, but at this time, Gohan was coming to join in the fight with the help of Tien.

Both Goku and Gohan pulled Android 15's arms off before they both kicked him away. Kayn took this time to do the same thing he did to Android 15. With that, Android 14's body exploded into pieces across the sky.

"Hmm..." Android 13 frowned slightly before gazing over at Kayn; this person wasn't in his records. Kayn didn't say anything and just hovered in places, waiting.

Goku was using the Android as sparring partner more than anything else, he didn't take them seriously. Android 13 started to analyze Kayn and found him to be a Saiyan just like the others.

"Another one of you gorillas runnin around rampant. It's Goku I want, so if you want to live, then you should high tail it out of here while you can." Android 13 seemed to have the same smirk plastered to his face while saying this.

"Same old programming, completely obsessed with killing Kakarot, do you guys have a stalker mentality?" Kayn shook his head and said.

"I take it that means no? You'll regret not gettin lost while you had yer chase." Android 13 wasn't messing around—when he balled up his fist and appeared to be charging up.

Right as he was doing this, some machine parts from the other Androids acme flying over. These machine parts entered the side of his head, then finally, his c.h.e.s.t.

"Yes!~ How sweet it is!" Android 13 broke out into wild laughter, then his body started to expand and grow.

His completion turned blue, his shoulders and c.h.e.s.t looked like silver-plated armor had formed on them. His eyes had turned pure yellow while his hair had turned orange.

He was now Super 13!
