Chapter 56 - Pathetic

As he said, we did everything that he planned. We brought the blankets on the shore and we bought some heating pads. This man is really sensitive, he doesn't want to make me feel uncomfortable.

But well, that wasn't bad. He's the kind of person who wouldn't make me experience any kind of hardships.

"Call your brothers, Raine. They're expecting me to bring you home today.." He said while I'm organizing the things that we can use later.

I put all the heating pads on the basket that we bought earlier. I wanna laugh when he bought so many but I just remained silent, he might get irritated again.

"Okay," I search for my phone on my bag. He's talking to a store owner, I don't know what they're talking about.

Noah looks serious on talking but the woman I think with the same age as ours. Her smiles are seducing and thank God, Noah wasn't looking at her.

I greeted my teeth and went beside Noah. I wrapped my arm on his left arm and smiled dangerously on the woman. I arch my brow and looked at Noah who's now smiling at me.

He doesn't know that the girl is hitting on him and I hate how he still manage to smile in front of me.

"Is there anything that I need to know, Noah?" I asked him.

I tried to look sweet in front of the girl. I hate how she gave him a seductive smile earlier.

"I'm just asking her if they have any service for arranging the things that we will need later. I don't want you to suffer on that, baby. You know I want you to just enjoy," He smiles sweetly and it made me smirked. The woman's face looks disappointed.

Jealous, bitch?

She didn't look at him anymore. She obviously feel uncomfortable around us now. I felt satisfied now that she knows, Noah is mine.

I smirked, "Do they have it, though?"

Since the devil inside me suddenly worked. I wanna grab the chance that she cannot refused Noah anymore.

"Uh.." Noah looked at her.

"Yeah, of course, S-sir..M-ma'am.." She immediately looked away when she laid her eyes on me.

"Okay, I'm cool with it.." I nod.

"So, can we pay now?" Noah asked.

"Sure. This way, Sir.."

I bit my lip. Should I come with him or not? I didn't move. My head's still battling with my body if I'll go or not.

If I go with him, the woman would think that I'm too possessive and that's not a good image. But when I didn't--wait! Why am I worrying for what will the woman thinks? I don't think I'll have to care for her insights.

I twitched my lips and flipped my hair. I shouldn't think that. I'm don't care, Noah is mine--

"Let's go," Noah grabbed my hand and we went inside the store.

I was startled for that, I didn't noticed that he's waiting for me earlier. I thought he'll go inside without me.

When we're done paying, we immediately went outside and wait for the staffs to arrange our things. This guy spends too much for me and I think I can't take it anymore when he continues to spend like that again.

He's not that rich and he also had few things to spend his money than making an effort and waste it just for this. I felt conscious and worried.

"So, have you called your brothers already?" He asked.

I was snapped to his question. Oh God, I forgot to call them. What a freakin' stupid, Raine!

"I forgot! Shit. Wait a minute, huh?" I quickly dialed Seb's number. After 3 rings, he answered it.

"Hello?" His voice sounds sleepy. I smiled.

"Seb, are you with Drake?" I asked.

"Uhm. Wait, I'll find him on the backyard, hold on,"

"Okay,"

I waited for 43 seconds and his voice appeared on the line again.

"He's here," I heard Drake asking him if it's me.

"Please put on the speaker so you can hear me both,"

"Alright. It's on now,"

"I can't go home today--"

"WHAT?" Their voice is so loud that I also distanced my phone on my ear.

"I'm here at the beach and I enjoyed here. Don't worry, Noah is here with me,"

"Noah is a guy, Raine.." Drake's strict voice made me pout.

"I know, Drake. But he's a nice person. He won't do something bad to me.." I looked at Noah who's now talking to the woman on the store again.

My brows furrowed as I look at them laughing together.

Flirting, huh?

"HEY! ARE YOU STILL THERE?" Seb shouts on the other line.

"Oh, sorry. The signal is quite low here. I didn't hear you," I lied.

"That's okay. Just tell Noah to bring you home before eight in the morning. If he failed, he can't take you out anymore."

"But that's too early!" I protested.

"He's a man, Raine. He should know how to follow the simple protocols from your brothers," Seb says.

I rolled my eyes. He's a computer genius so that err 'protocols' are being added to his sentences. Ugh!

I greeted my teeth as I look at the two flirting with each other. I just left for a minute and there's a snake who cannot removed her poisonous eyes on my baby. Oh god, I'll gonna smash her with my thick blanket!

I even felt the burning inside me when her cheeks flushed with red just like the tomatoes. Damn.

"Okay, I think your line is really bad. I should end this call now. Just be careful and follow our orders, okay?" Seb asked on the line and hung up the phone.

I immediately put my phone inside my pocket. I gave the two of them my dangerous stare as I head towards their direction.

Just wait, Noah. Just stay closed with that woman and you're both done.

When I'm about to go near them, they suddenly turn to my direction and to Noah's surprised he stayed quiet and looked stunned for a while. I smirked when the woman also avoided my gaze.

"Am I interrupting something? Do you want me to adjust for you?" I sarcastically says.

"D-did you heard something, R-raine?" Noah asked with his nervous figure.

"Why? Are you scared that I might hear what you are talking about with that bitch?" I glared at them.

They both looked surprised. The woman's face darkened and I just shrugged and show her how angry I am for flirting with Noah.

Pathetic bitch!

"B-bi--b-bitch?" Noah flushed a disbelief face.

I don't care, jerk!

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.

"Raine, don't be like this. Huh?" He's holding my both elbows.

His eyes are pleading but I just gave him a deadly glare. His nosethrills got bigger together with his worried face as he glanced at his mistress.

Oh God. She's really getting into my nerves!

"Get your hands off of me, Noah," I said with an irritation on my voice.

"Why are you suddenly being like this?"

"Talk to the hands," I rolled my eyes and showed him my hands.

Geez. He's so irritating!

"Hey, please not now okay? Please say sorry to her. She's not a b-bitch, baby--"

"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE CALL ME THAT, NOAH!" I shouts and he looks surprised at that.

The people around us are looking and I just suddenly felt embarrassed. He's a jerk! Really, he's a jerk!

His face darkened as he looked at me. The way he clenched his jaw, I know he's now annoyed.

I rolled my eyes at him. "I hate you!" I shouts then I leave him there.

"Hey! Raine!" He calls but I didn't looked back.

It's embarrassing. Damn it!

No matter how I want to grab that woman't hair earlier, I just couldn't do it! And I'm so frustrated for not being able to do what I want. She's flirting with my man and she deserves a slap and a fucking flying kick!

"Raine! Please baby, talk to me--"

"I said, don't you ever call me that, Noah!"

"Okay, okay! Just please talk to me and don't walk out like this again,"

"You don't fucking care if I walk out! I never said you'll gonna chase me here!"

"Of course I would chase you baby--"

"I said, don't call me that!"

"Raine.."

I walked faster and I didn't mind all the big rocks that I might bump into. I just don't want to talk to this guy right now. He's so annoying!

"What's your problem? I don't understand you!"

"Go away, Noah! Just go with your new girl and laugh with her for the rest of your life!" I couldn't help but to show my frustration.

Ugh! Fuck this.

"WHAT?" I heard his chuckles.

"And you still have the time to laugh like that?" I stopped and raised my brows at him.

Now looking at him, he seems to enjoy the moment. My lips twitched at that sight. Is he laughing at me?

Oh God, not like this. I might burst like a bomb if he continues to smirked like that.

"So, you're being like that because you're--"

"Oh, stop talking! You're making me angry!"

He licked the side of lips, still wearing his annoying smirked. "Jealous, huh?"

"Stop it, Noah! You're not funny anymore!" I gave him my coldest stare.

"Then, please. Let's go back there and talk.." He pouts.

"Go back alone, I'm not coming with you!"

"Raine.. Please don't be like this.."

His face looks sad now and it made me pissed. I just don't feel anything now, I only feel annoyed by his face.

"I fucking hate you, Noah!" I shouted and dropped my body near the shore.

I swear, I look pathetic now..
