Chapter 98 - Waiting

"Did you already kissed?" Sam giggled. She's here inside my room now.

Actually, we're preparing for our night out. Jess's asked us to go to the bar tonight with Gia. She was the first person to say that so I really had no choice but to come.

Jess's still nowhere to be found. That silly girl, she's always not here I didn't even know where she goes.

"Come on, you didn't even kissed yet!? That's so disappointing!" She pursed her lips.

I rolled my eyes. Dating isn't always like kissing... I mean for me, it's something that can be take care by the two person. It wasn't planned but an unexpected thing.

"We didn't kissed because we don't plan it,"

I just wear an off-shoulder top and a high-waisted jeans. I'm also thinking fixing my hair in a bun and my best friend saw it so she immediately went beside me and she volunteer to do it.

"Tell me more about the things that you've done then," She formed a wicked smile on the mirror like she's thinking of something dirty.

I glared at her but she just grinned at me. This bitch.

"You sounded like Jessy now!" I glared at her more but she just laughed so hard.

"So what, then? Can you keep a secret from us? From me?" She smirked.

She's so full of herself. I shook my head and smirked. Her smile fades when I stood up to get my bag on the bed.

"Hey!" She calls. "You're gonna keep it really!?" She sounds annoyed.

I just keep on ignoring her. She's so talkative that I want to cover her mouth with a tissue.

She appeared in front of me when I'm about to open the door. She gave me a betrayal look that made me laugh.

"What's that?" I asked, still laughing.

I pointed at her face but her brows furrowed.

"What about it?" She raised a brow.

I immediately shook my head, "Nevermind." Then I opened the door knob to go outside.

We arrived the bar at exact time and to be expected lots of people are already there. Some of them are looking at us like scanning our bodies while the others don't really care.

I looked around to find Jessy but I couldn't see her. Good thing, Sam's here beside so I would be lost. She's greeting a lot of people there and I looked her freakin' child waiting for her from behind.

Geez..

I'm also confident that Noah wouldn't get angry since I already talked to him about this. He just told me to be careful and don't drink too much. I'm also confident even though I would get myself wasted, he'll going to pick me up later so I don't have to worry.

"Samantha! You're such a beauty now! What's your secret?" A loud woman in her 20's approached Sam and kissed her cheeks.

I immediately looked away to give them some privacy to talk, I didn't want to eavesdrop too.

"Just be happy," Sam giggled so I chuckled.

She's really crazy.

"Come on, I'll introduce you to my friends!" The woman dragged her that's the signal that I'll have to chase them.

Sam turn her eyes at me and wave her hand, gesturing me to come. I rolled my eyes and chased them. We ends up on a lot of people on a large couch which tons of guys are drinking there.

The woman introduce her to them and some of the guys are already hitting on her. Well, Sam's really pretty. She had a nice body and she's really tall. She's taller than me and her skin is more bright.

She sometimes like hooking with some hot guys which very unlike me. I don't want to flirt when everybody's looking at me. I'm a private kind of woman.

"Hey," I was startled when Sam held my wrist. She pulled me on the table and introduce me to the guys.

My eyes widened when she told them that I was here to have fun. This girl! I know that it has a different meaning.

"What are you doing? I'm just here to have fun with you!" I whispered on her ear but she just giggled.

"That's it, babe. You're here to have fun! And your boyfriend won't even know it," I rolled my eyes at her. She's probably enjoy teasing me.

I was kind of surprised when she introduce me to those guys. I just held their hand one by one and immediately took my hand away, I also avoided their gazes. It makes me feel awkward.

"He knows that I'm here, bitch," I whispered.

She didn't respond to it and he talked to the guy on the other side. He lips rose up when she looked at me, I raised a brow when I turn my eyes at her. She just smirked to the guy and shook her head.

I was a little bit bored so I really did my best to find Jess. Samantha looked like she can't ditch those guys and I'll probably left alone here.

"Excuse me," I heard Sam's voice and when she faced me, she immediately made a peace sign and dragged me out of there.

"Sorry. Those guys can't stop bothering me. Can't you imagined? I told them that you already have a boyfriend but they don't believed it! Gosh! I'll gonna had a headche from this!" She looked annoyed.

I was a bit startled to what she said. Well, I know that I'm quiet attractive and some guys wants to date me but this is something like new to me again..

I didn't even know that some guys still likes me..

"Is that because you keep on looking at me earlier?" I asked while we're headed to the bar counter.

She offered me a cocktail which made me shocked. I immediately shook my head and gave it to her but she just glared at me and give the glass back.

"I'm not going to drink!" I shook my head.

I don't really plan to drink. I'm here to just have fun with them.

"You're such a baby, Raine. You should try explore things since you're getting older. You'll probably regret it in the future!" She drinks her glass. Her face crumpled when taste it which made me refused to drink.

"I don't drink, Sam. No one would take care of me if I got wasted. I don't even know if my alcohol tolerance is high or low.."

That's true. I've never been drunk in my whole life and I don't have a plan to experience it.

"Then, why are you here?" Her brows furrowed. I was getting pissed with this bitch. Can't she see that I'm here to join them?

I looked around still trying to find Jess but I failed again. Sam's getting weirder now and I want to escape her crazy mouth.

"I want to have fun with you! But our friends are freaking nowhere!" I'm starting to think that it's a bad idea to come here now.

She laughs and puts her arm on my shoulder. This bitch really!

"You know girl, it's better for you to get wasted tonight--"

"WHAT?!" She chuckled and asked me to calm down.

"You know.. This is your chance to taste the heaven, girl--"

"Fuck!" I covered my ears not to hear it. I gave her a warning gaze but she just keep on laughing at me.

"Stop being so innocent girl, you probably wonder--"

"Stop it, Sam! I sweat I would leave you here!"

"But--"

"Shut up!"

She pouted. "Fine!"

After that, I saw our friends greeting some other people on their way so I suddenly felt relieved. Sam was just drinking on my side. She probably expected them to come here now.

"Jess!" I shouted and with that they turn their eyes at me smiled.

Gia's next to her and a guy which I think he looks familiar. When they're already in front of us, my eyes widened when I recognized the guy beside her!

It was Sean! Sean Furrer! What is he doing here?

He also looked surprised when he saw me. He gave me an awkward smiles before turning his eyes on Gia again. He scratched the back of his head and blushed. It's dark but I could still see his reaction.

Jess's hugged me and gestured me to the bar area and when I turn to Gia she looked pissed, I don't know what's making her like that while Sean was just quiet beside her. He seemed like he doesn't care if my friend's having a bad day.

I raised a brow as I observed them. What's their problem?

"Ah! I forgot to introduce you to Gia's friend--"

"He's not my friend." Gia rolled her eyes.

Jess's only chuckled at that and ignore her bitchy attitude. Honestly I'm wondering why she's like this now. She barely talk but she always smiles. I wonder what's up to her and Sean.

"Don't be a bitch, Gi!" Sam laughed behind us.

Gia was quiet grumpy today and I have this feeling that it's because of Sean. They're obviously awkward with each other which really make sense.

Jess's came towards Sean and turn her eyes at me. "Uh, this is--"

"We know each other, Jess.." I cut her. I already know that she'll going to introduce him to me.

But since we know each other, that's useless now.

"How did you know each other?" She grinned like she wants to know another news about me.

"He's our lawyer," I simply said. I somehow felt embarrassed, I don't know why.

I smiled at Sean who's still casual to us. He nodded at Jessy and Sam and when he turn to Gia, I got surprised when she looked confused.

She gave us a weird look but suddenly looked away. But that's normal since they didn't know my connection to her friend.

"Uh. By the way, Ms. Scott--"

"Just call me, Raine." I smiled.

He nodded and laugh a bit.

"I saw Mr. Clark--I mean, Noah. He looked like he's waiting for you outside," He said that made my eyes bigger.

I told him that I'll just text him! Don't tell me, he's waiting for me until I finished here!?

Damn, Noah.
