Chapter 101 - Ruckus

"Will you promise me that you'll never leave once you knew what's really happening?" He asked, looking nervous in front of me.

I was so confused at his question but I just gave him a smile and nodded. "Promise."

Once we entered the building, my eyes immediately fixed on the big wall glasses and to the staffs and employees who's busy with their stuffs.

The look on their faces suddenly went shocked when they focused on this person beside me. Though, he seemed not intimidated like he's used to it so I just did my best to walked straight and chin up.

The police officers are probably behind us and surely, Mr. Furrer was with them. I was panting while hearing the sound of my heels on the tile floor. The pressure was killing me even if Noah's holding my hand. I shouldn't be this weak right now.. We needed each other's strength to get through this.

I was kind of confused while watching the people bowing their heads as soon as they turn their eyes at Noah. It looked weird. We went inside the elevator and Noah was the one who pressed the 15th floor. Good thing, our size was enough to occupy the whole elevator.

"I've turn the evidence to the police and I hope Shawn will cooperate or else, his face will be smudge with so much blood," He said in a dangerous tone while still holding my hand.

I swallowed hard as I watched him getting more angry at his reflection on the elevator door. The need to punished them was evident on his face. I cannot back out in this fight.

As soon as the elevator clicked, we immediately headed towards the right hallway and I was still surprised when Noah really knows where to go.

The man in a suit was actually surprised when he saw Noah, his hands trembled causing him to spill the papers on his hand. He looked like he saw a ghost and it's really weird.

I just ignored that and stopped in front of the door where Shawn's probably waiting for us. Noah held my hand tighter and looked at me with the emotion that I can identify. He's too hard to read now.

I nodded and we opened the door together. Once we entered inside, my eyes immediately scanned the whole room to find the person who did this to us.

I saw some employees busy with their computers and and when they caught our presence, they immediately stopped what they're doing and actually surprised when their eyes locked on the person beside me.

They started to whisper as their eyes are still focused on Noah. My brows furrowed when they stood up and bowed in front of us, no. I think, it's for Noah. The respect on their faces was obvious but there's a bit hesitation as they looked at those people behind us.

"Where's Shawn?" Noah's cold and intimidating voice made everyone trembled.

They can't look at him and when I looked around to see if he's around. I stopped when a guy from the edge suddenly stood up and face Noah.

The coldness on his face was actually battling with Noah's reaction. They looked like they're about to punch each other's face now.

I gripped the hem of my suit to get some strength to hold on and face him with braveness too. Shawn turn his eyes on me and stared at me for a second and immediately fixed it on the police officers and Mr. Furrer behind us.

He didn't even looked bothered nor scared when he locked his eyes on them. Like he's expecting this to happened now. I don't know but I suddenly felt angry and I want him to pay for all of this now.

"You're here.." He casually says while fixing his suit.

He even nodded to the people inside this room and gestured them to continue what they're doing. I pursed my lips as I gave him a disbelief and disgusting look. He walked over to us while wearing his cold stare.

"Have you completely lost you mind?" He smirked and tapped Noah's shoulder like there's a dirt on it.

I saw how Noah clenched his jaw while his eyes formed into a dark expression.

"Did you come here having that piece of evidence? Do you think it would scare me?" He asked in a very sarcastic tone. He's obviously mocking him.

I held Noah's hand tighter which made him turn to me. He stared at me for a few seconds before punching Shawn's face. Oh my god!

He walked towards him and grabbed his collar and punched his face again with his bare face! Dammit! I saw how Shawn's nose and lips bled and it's dripping on his white polo dress!

Noah was fuming mad that he punched him again for how many times until his knuckles got bruised too! Everyone's panicking like me now! They don't know if they'll stop them or not! Fuck! What's wrong with everyone!

I fucking want to stop them but I don't know how! I didn't see it coming, oh my god. What should I do now!

"Noah! Please, baby.." I covered my mouth with my palm while silently crying.

Noah keeps on uncaging Sean's grip from his back to punch Shawn again but he can't go since the police officers were holding his arms too. I didn't know what to do now.. Shawn's face was full of blood now and he looked so weak.

I saw how Shawn didn't fight with him. He just let Noah punched him for how many times which made me confused again. I almost thought that he still cares for him even if he's not..

He probably just want to have a credit for this.. He wants to prove that this is Noah's fault.

He's so pathetic..

"FUCKING ASSHOLE! COME HERE AND I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" I closed my eyes in so much fear. I didn't want him to be like this..

We agreed on this earlier but since he really can't contain his anger anymore, he just burst out and I understand that. I'm just worried..

I stood up in front of him and gathered all my strength to speak to him. And that's the time that he turn his gaze on me, I want to pity him when I looked at his bruises but I suddenly thought about everything that he did. I immediately erased all my guilt inside me and replaced it with anger.

As long as I could, I'll stay calm for Noah. I want to be his strength not his motivation to do violence.

"I don't know where did you get all your freaking courage to do all those bad things to us, but you're unbelievable.. Isn't enough that you hurt him that you still can't get enough of it so you're going to find another way again just to destroy him?" I looked at him in disgust. He doesn't even deserved my respect. "I don't know if you're just this stupid jerk who wants see other people suffering or you're just.." I scanned his whole body which made him a little shocked. "Insecure.."

"W-what?" He asked in disbelief. He even laughed like something's funny with what I've said.

"Seriously, you're funny miss.." He chuckled again which made me feel annoyed. I glared at him and crossed my arms.

His face suddenly got serious and he took a stepped forward to get close to me.

"You probably don't have an idea of everything.." He smirked and turn his eyes on Noah.

"Don't listen to him, Raine!" I heard Noah's voice from behind so I turn my head to face him.

His eyes were bloodshot and he looked so tired and worried..

I bit my lower lip and smiled at him. He needs me now and I would never leave him as I promised.

"Excuse me, Sir." Mr. Furrer went between us and I'm a bit relieved when he showed the piece of paper in front of him. "You're under arrest for Cybersecurity, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. You have the right to remained silent until you find your own lawyer and protect your right to defend from other party.

"The police officers went beside him and was ready to put the handcuffs on his hand and to other developers who's also involved with this but he suddenly made a ruckus.

"YOU DON'T HAVE FUCKING EVIDENCE THAT I DID IT! YOU CAN ARREST MY DEVELOPERS BUT NOT ME! HUH! FUCK YOU NOAH! YOU DON'T KNOW A THING!" He cursed at Noah who's face were dark while looking directly in his eyes.

He closed his fist while swallowing so hard. I walked towards him and held his hand to try to calm him. He got stiffed when I did that and he slowly turn his eyes on me.

"R-raine.." His eyes watered while his voice is damn tired.. I nodded and gave him a smile..

I know baby, I know you're tired..

"I'LL FUCKING COME WITH YOU IF YOU'LL FINALLY PROVE HERE THAT I'M INVOLVED WITH THIS!"

"I think you're not stupid for not realizing how dumb you are for admitting that your developers are involved with this. Who's their boss, by the way? Will they do that without your orders?" My eyes widened when Sean's monotone interjects him.

Shawn froze when he looked at him. He probably realized how really dumb his action was. He just dragged himself in his grave more..

"See? You're stupid. I am now wondering how you ends up being the CEO here.." Noah laughed sarcastically.

"Shut up! Bring me the evidence, fucking asshole!"

Noah clenched his jaw again and about to attack him but the door suddenly opened and Pierre entered. He walked very fast towards Shawn wearing his usual expression and placed his brief case under the table.

He reached for something in there and when he got it, he immediately put the computer on the table and inserted the flashdrive in there. I was wondering what he's about to do and show to him since we didn't even talked about it.

The smirked on Shawn's face immediately replaced with a fear when he turn his eyes on the computer.

"Is that an enough evidence to come now?" He still sounds formal and calm while staring at Shawn's face.

I walked over to see what's in there and it actually surprised me when I saw Shawn's username on the computer and I think he's also one of the developers who hacked our shop's computer.

"ARREST THAT FUCKING BASTARD!" Noah's furious voice filled the whole room and I don't know how Pierre did this..

I stared at him but he just put all his things casually inside his brief case and nod. Fuck this..
