Chapter 120 - First Encounter

When I stepped inside the school, a big building and tall trees surprised me. There are lots of students who also enters inside and wears their casual clothes. I was amazed by the surroundings, it makes me feel like I was welcome here even though I'm not yet enrolled.

Damn. I dream for this..

I took a step forward and still mesmerized by the view. I am now standing at the hallway on the way to the field. I never thought this university would be this big. Like wow, how such a place exist like this?

It was another level compared to my old school before. The paint of every building was highly polished and the soccer field was undeniably clean and wide!

All of the things inside of this university was well-organized and clean.. I could even believed that I'm going to study here soon. But one thing that's down side of this school was the gap of every department. In it's wide area, you would be tired of walking through different departments but it's still okay with me.

As long as I could study again.

"This is..beautiful.." I unconsciously muttered as I looked around, still standing with my position earlier.

I didn't know where to go now and I just can't think of that right now. The excitement inside me was taking a huge part. I can't hide it.

"Excuse me, Miss. I think you're blocking my way." A tall with a leather jacket guy spoke behind me so I had to turn around and look at him.

The moment that I laid my eyes on him made me feel like I wanted to raised my brow at him. His face looked so boastful and I could feel the cold aura around him.

I looked around and saw that there's a lot of space on my sides where he could freely walk without bothering me. What the heck!

"I don't think I'm blocking your way mister. Look at this space, can't it be enough for you?" I pointed the space beside me.

I'll try not to sound sarcastic since I promised myself to behave this time.

"But that's still the way so you can't tell me where should I walk through." He pursed his lips.

My blood boiled to what he said. What an arrogant and a rude guy! He doesn't even understand what I'm trying to say here! Why is he like that!

"I'm a newbie here so I didn't know what to do when you first come here.." Okay, I'll be the one to give way this time since I'm just new to their school and he's obviously a student for a long time here.

"As if I care." He rolled his eyes and leave me there.

"What the--" I greeted my teeth as I stared as his back. "You rude brat!"

I shouted there like a crazy. Gosh! I didn't know that this school accepted an arrogant and a rude brat like him! I just wish that I wouldn't get to see him again.

I swear, I won't let it pass next time he do that to me.

I felt ashamed, oh god.

And because of that, I just decided to find the dean's office where I could enroll myself. I decided to have the Information Technology as my course and soon I'll choose whatever major should I be in.

Once I stepped inside, I felt my hand shaking so I had to hold it with my other hand and walk straightly towards the table. I personally wanted to meet the dean so I could ask if there are some activities that can help me with my tuition fees like deducting it with my work.

I wanted to help myself financially too..

"How may I help you miss?" An old woman was seated on a swivel chair, wearing her eye glasses.

She looked respectable and strict, I wanted to speak but my mouth won't cooperate. I just keep on biting my lower lip while looking at the ground.

Seriously? You're a freaking kid to act like that, Raine!

"Miss?" She repeated, so I had to look up and face her.

I could see that she's waiting for my answer and who am I to make her wait, right? I can't waste her time.

So, pull yourself together bitch!

"I-I..wanted to enroll in this university, M-ma'am.." I bit my lower lip. Damn it. I need to be confident!

"Oh! You've chosen a great school, then." She smiled at me which made me released the tension inside my chest earlier.

God! I thought she's going to be mad at me!

"So, your name is?" She asked and I just tell her everything that's about me.

I even gave her all the documents that will be needed in my enrollment. Thank God, that my grade was higher than they expect with my course.

They also asked me why I didn't take up the higher course that will be suited with my grades but I just told them that I like IT and I will be good at it.

Well, I don't have an idea if I really made a good choice.

"I hope you enjoy your college life here, Ms. Scott. We promised to take care of you and provide your needs." She told me that I could join some clubs and the school will talk about the deduction of it in the future so I immediately thank her for that.

It will be a good help for me. I will do well. That's the promise that I'll grant for myself this time.

"So how was your day there? Did you get what course you want?" Noah seemed tired but still had the time to ask me about it.

We're now here inside his car and we just arrived in front of my building. He wanted to asked me so bad which made him looked cute. I wanted to tell him too anyway.

"It's blood boiling at first.." I remember that rude guy. Gosh! It's still annoying! "But it feels great at the end."

I smiled at him. Though, I missed him today. I stared at his face and this time, I saw some dark circles around his eyes like he used to before when he's still broken. I suddenly felt worried for him..

"What do you mean blood boiling?" He asked so I got a little bit startled.

I didn't want to talk about that rude person but it's here now. Noah won't stop until I tell it to him.

"I just met an arrogant and a rude guy on the hallway and he's really annoying!" I can still feel my annoyance.

He had the looks but his attitude was turn off. He's so rude to the point that I wanted to kick him out of this planet. Grr.

"Why? What did he do to you?" His brows furrowed.

"He just made me feel so pathetic and ashamed. But don't worry! I'm fine, as long as I wouldn't see him again!"

Why did I even mentioned that brat? He's not worth our time!

"Hey. Just don't think about it. It might just irritate you." He chuckled and fixed my hair like he's careful on it. "Are you happy?"

I stared at him and nodded. I just can't help but to feel thankful that he's not like that. Noah might be clueless and stupid sometimes, but for me he has the purest and kindest heart of all.

He's also sweet and caring which made me fall in love with him over and over again.

And now, he's also supporting me with my dreams and he's also treating me like his queen. I can't ask for more now. He's too much for me and I'll gladly treat him well.

"What are you thinking? Did you missed me?"

I pursed my lips and arched a brow at him. But he just chuckled and yawned.

I suddenly felt worried so I caressed his cheeks and stared at his face.

"Are you alright? I think you need to go and rest. Did you even took a nap, baby?"

But he just groaned and hugged me tightly. My heart beats fast as I feel his fast heartbeat against me.

"I'm so happy for you baby.. I'm going to support you, I promised that."

After that, we decided to part and rest. My friends were actually waiting for me at the living room so when I arrived, they asked me a lot of questions like a paparazzi.

Those brats.

But it feels good that I have some friends to share my insights especially in times like this. I could sleep peacefully thinking that I lasted a day without being sad.

I woke up in the morning early so I grabbed it to jog for 30 minutes. I used a sports bra and shorts and tied my hair with a ponytail. I wanted to jog around the park area so I used a jogging rubber.

While jogging, I saw a familiar man on the street walking with his dogs but I just can't seem to think who is that person, so I just ignored it and went straightly at home.

I drank a lot of water as soon as I reached the apartment and rest a bit before taking a shower. It feels nice exercising in this stressing week, it makes my mind calm and stress free. My body also feel light and energized.

When I'm done taking my shower, I immediately went to the kitchen and have my breakfast. As soon as I finished everything, I immediately fixed myself and wait for Noah.

I badly wanted to be with him today so I'm really excited. I'll get to see his face again.

I giggled and when the door rang, I immediately come outside and see him. But my smile fades when I saw Vin at the door, wearing his annoyed face.

"What are you doing here?" Now, my excitement was gone.

"Noah can't fetch you today and he asked me to send you to the shop. If you're going to ask me, just ask him straightly you have his number right?" He said and leave me there.

What the heck?!

My mouth parted at that and I have no choice but to come with him. Gosh! Why Noah left me to his brother?!
