Chapter 58 - Ch 58 : Ellen's Scheme

The fak!!! Ray almost splurted another round of water at the explanation of the little guy.

Really worthy of the title, little Demon King Ray thought.

The breakfast soon ended with no big problem.

Ray ignored any other comment from the little Demon King and urged them to go to school while he also went in the direction of Ellen's office.

" Go, the teacher is waiting for you at school."

" Humph, I know, I know. Just.. Take care of Big Sis, and don't make her sad."

" You..."

Ray really shook his head at this guy. Who knew who this guy took for to be like this.

Still, the name Morningwood that he gave Ray before was pretty good, and Ray was thankful for this.

He took the address that Elin had given him before, and after saying goodbye to Big Sis, Ray also left the orphanage.

It was still 7 in the morning, and since the appointment Elin told her was in 9, Ray still had plenty of time.

He arrived at the area of Ellen's office at 7.30, and he decided to take a few strolls.

Ray had agreed to be Ellen's bodyguard, so surveillance and knowledge of his surroundings were also pretty important. It only takes Ray about an hour to take notes of every shady part around the office.

There was a dark alley near the office that was usually used by homeless people to sleep at night and a shady karaoke bar about 800m from Ellen's office. Other than that, the other places should be pretty safe.

However, Ray did feel strange that since he came to Ellen's office, he felt the presence of people stalking him.

He tried to use the danger sense and indeed perceive some hostility from them. Still, Ray would not act before making sure what their aim was.

This world was not the lawless martial world where the strong could act as they wanted, and Ray also surely would not kill or act on people just because they have a trace of hostility on him.

Ray returned to Ellen's office, and the stalker kept following him, making him feel a bit uncomfortable.

On the highest floor of Ellen's office, Ray was sitting in front of Ellen.

The stalkers had stopped following him after he entered the office, which made him sigh a relief.

Even so, Ray still wanted to make sure of their purpose following him. And if they indeed pose some intention to endanger the little guys or Big Sis, Ray didn't mind becoming lawless for a bit.

Ray currently was chatting happily with Ellen, and they hadn't even talked about the bodyguard part yet, only chatting about their daily lives or some past memories. However, Ray could somehow perceive that Ellen was nervous about something.

" Ray.. can you promise me something?"

" Eh..."

Ray didn't know why, but he really got a bad feeling about this.

" What's the matter, Ellen? You can tell me first then-

" No, you must promise me first!"

Ellen's sudden pressing made the situation a bit more awkward. She blushed for a bit and coughed to hide her embarrassment.

" Umm, can you please promise me first, Ray?" Ellen now was looking at Ray with her big beautiful eyes. She emphasized her charm as a mature woman that even Big Sis didn't have and made it hard for Ray to look.

Under such temptation, Ray wasn't sure where to look anymore and unconsciously nodded.

" Yay, I know it, Ray. You're the best. Therefore from now on, I declare you as my lover!"

Ellen said happily, but contrary to her, Ray was really shocked now.

Fuck... this woman, was she such a person?

Ray was dumbfounded by Ellen's declaration. Currently, he has no intention of getting a lover yet. And if he indeed wants to have a lover in some special case, it will be Big Sis.

Looking at Ray's state, Ellen knew that he must have misunderstood and started to explain.

" *Cough* Actually, it's about this. Later my husband will come, and I want you to act like my lovers."

*Sigh* Ray really wanted to say no. However, when he looked into Ellen's eyes and saw the worried hidden deep inside them, Ray eventually decided to help.

" Okay, but just this time."

" Hehe, I know it. Ray is the best!" Ellen jumped to Ray and give him a big hug, making the virgin Ray flustered.

" Don't be that close!" Ray tried to avoid it, but it was too late and Ellen successfully latched into his arm.

This was his first time getting so close to a woman other than Big Sis, and furthermore, it was a super charming mature woman like Ellen.

" Hoo, a bit shy aren't you? Maybe if you act well this time, I will give you some benefits." Ellen looked at Ray being like this started to get amused, and she gave a wink to Ray.

That wink gave a critical hit to Ray, and his little brother almost can't hold it back anymore.

Luckily, Ellen didn't stay that long in that position and decided to release Ray.

" Okay, okay let's stop joking around."

Ellen was back to her usual serious mode and Ray sighed some relief. However...

" Still, you are a bit too stiff to play as my lovers. It seems you still need some round of training. Okay, let's go for another rehearsal!"
