Courage does not always roar.

Sometimes it’s the little voice at the end of the day that says,

“I will try again tomorrow”.

I find the perfect spot to practice my the move. On a cliff's edge a short distance away, it has a decent sized forest covering the majority of it.The perfect place to excise out a wood based martial arts move.

Now on a regular day I might walk, but then why walk when I can fly. I have the air element you know, and it is not just for show. I summon the air around me to morph around my body, acting as a propeller to push my body forward in the direction I dėsɨrė. The wind around me is cool and calming, the fresh scent of flowers, specifically chrysanthemums thickly my nose with its sweetness.

I land on the cliffs edge, my bȧrė feet sinking into the soft lush grass, tall trees standing proudly before me, there intimidating stature seems unmovable. I follow the instructions just as it said. I close my eyes and dig my feet into the dirt. I curl my toes and send a signal through them into the ground, a mixture of spiritual energy and my wood element I send them a command to obey me. Nothing happens at first. Damn these trees are stubborn. I guess the output I gave out wasn't enough, let's try again.

I gather all the spiritual force I could muster and with my own wood element intertwined in it I shoot them into the ground. It travels deep down into the earth like an explosion, and before I knew it I got shot into the air by the abundant root life forms poking their tips out of the ground. They rap around my feet which helps me from falling. They sway patiently, obediently waiting for my order.

"Okay you got this media, just do what you know." I whisper before I rise up my hands into an L shape, the roots follow and take the movement. Opening my eyes I look in astonishment that it actually works!

"Haha, I did it! Eh, should I have expected anything different though, I mean look at me! Absolutely gorgeous! I do a hair flip, but the breeze blows my strands the wrong way, and I end up with hair in my mouth. I wonder if there's a way I could make these roots just a bit smaller. Right! There is....now what did the manual say, it was something about reducing energy. Okay, but how do I do that. I can try calling back some of the energy I put in the ground, but is that even possible.

I try to absorb the energy I inserted in the ground from the roots using my feet, sadly nothing happens. How am I supposed to re absorb the spiritual energy I willingly inserted into the ground. Hmm, what if I command the roots ?

to give me it back. Eh, it sounds stupid but it is worth a shot. I just have to figure out how I am suppose to do that now.

No never mind, it is stupid. 'think Melia think, what do you have that could make the roots release the 'energy.' That's it! Energy! I can just burn the wood, and then absorb the energy that gets released from the flames.. Though, I'd hate for the air to be filled with smoke, so I'll do it internally as well.
