Chapter 131 - You Are Meant To Be Mine

Yue Tingfeng was taken by surprise, ‘The hell? Is this the real Yan Qingsi? Why would she be so kind? Shouldn’t she be plotting to take down Xu Qianxi?’

Hearing Yan Qingsi’s voice, Xu Qianxi cried even more miserably, shuddering unconsciously. The fear that Yan Qingsi wreaked upon her was very real.

It did not even bother her that Yan Qingsi called her retarded, turning to Yan Qingsi, she cried even louder, “Sister, you must believe me.”

Yan Qingsi walked over to her side, smiling, “Of course I believe you, you’re definitely not that kind of scum, are you?”

After recording Yan Qingsi’s statement, the police did not find any evidence to remand Xu Qianxi, and subsequently released the both of them.

Once out of the police station, Xu Qianxi was a different person altogether, her expression changing in an instant into a gleeful gloat.

“Gloat all you want while you still can, you’ll have it coming very soon,” Yan Qingsi said with a smile.

The police did not have any direct evidence linking Xu Qianxi to the case. Even if they do manage to find something, god knows how long it would take. Yan Qingsi could not wait that long.

Xu Qianxi shuddered at her gaze, she knew how wicked Yan Qingsi could be, but she was not afraid, she had a strong backer supporting her.

In a show of defiance, Xu Qianxi puffed up her chest like a proud peacock as she entered her car.

Looking at Xu Qianxi’s silhouette, Yan Qingsi shook her head, “After all these years, different people, same trick, don’t they have any newer tricks up their sleeves?”

Three years ago, Yan Ruke drugged her and set a group of thugs on her.

Now, Xu Qianxi was taking a leaf out of the same book, but at least she did not call in the paparazzi, she is not as vile as Yan Ruke was.

Yue Tingfeng wrapped his arms around her waist, leaning into her, “That’s true, it was me who saved you all those years ago, and it’s still me who’s saving you now. I guess you’re meant to be mine.”

Since they came out of the police station, Yue Tingfeng was silent. He wanted to see what Yan Qingsi was really up to.

Yan Qingsi smirked, “You’re right, I got bitten by a dog once, and now I’m being bitten by the same dog again.”

Yue Tingfeng raised a brow, “That is what I call destiny”

He had already gotten used to being derided as a dog he thought nothing of it. “Judging from your temper, this incident is far from over, what’re you planning to do?”

“You want to know?”

Yue Tingfeng nodded.

Yan Qingsi reached out and patted Yue Tingfeng on the cheek, “When Yan Ruke plotted against me all those years ago, I slept with you to get at her. Now it’s Xu Qianxi’s turn, so I’m going to —”

Her mouth was stuffed before she could finish.

Yue Tingfeng pushed her onto the car and gave her a deep, passionate kiss right in front of the police station. It was so passionate it made the onlooking police and staff there uncomfortable.

“Her man is a 70-year-old geezer, are you sure you have the stomach for it?” Yue Tingfeng questioned, scrutinizing her intently.

Yan Qingsi laughed icily, “You’ll find out soon enough, in two days.”

After two days, Yan Qingsi’s preparations were complete.

Yue Tingfeng finally managed to witness her wicked scheme, and it really was very wicked.

Yan Qingsi had already wrapped up her part in the shoot, but she did not go back immediately. She checked out of her hotel room but quickly checked in to another hotel. She instructed Xiao Xu to go back to Luo City to fetch her some stuff.

In the dark of night, with her stuff in hand, Yan Qingsi put on a wig, drew herself into a man, and walked into her previous hotel.
