Chapter 732 - : I See No One But You

The paparazzi guy in the car was elated. He immediately took a thousand pictures of Yan Qingsi.

The sight of a couple kissing under the streetlights was probably the best scenery the night had to offer. That was their best gift to the night.

Once they were done taking pictures, Yan Qingsi let go of Yue Tingfeng. “You’ve finished taking your pictures. Go back,” she said. “It’s late. No need to follow us to see if I live with my boyfriend. I do stay with him. You won’t be able to see anything, anyway. We draw the curtains at night.”

The paparazzi people suddenly felt as though this job was a little too easy.

It was hard to take pictures of celebrities last time. There was plenty that was especially difficult to deal with—they literally destroyed cameras once they realized that the paparazzi were there.

This though… this went a little too smoothly.

They did want to take pictures of Yan Qingsi and her mystery boyfriend sharing the same place. Then she straight up told them that they were staying together, so there was no need to take pictures to confirm the rumor. She straight up told them that there was no way that they would see anything with the curtains drawn at night.

Since she said it though, the paparazzi did not press on. “All right, all right. We won’t follow you. Thank you, thank you.”

Yan Qingsi pointed at his camera. “Don’t forget.”

“I won’t. I’ll definitely blur out the guy’s face. Don’t worry about it.”

Yue Tingfeng swept a glance over them before taking Yan Qingsi away, his arms around her.

The car engine turned on. “I didn’t wear my mask today,” Yue Tingfeng said to Yan Qingsi, dubious. “They saw my face, yet you’re not afraid that they won’t blur my face.”

Yan Qingsi lay her head against the window, angling it so that she looked at him. “It doesn’t matter if they don’t. I don’t think I can hide your identity for too long anyway. They’ll know, eventually.”

Yan Qingsi had made up her mind to keep his identity under wraps for as long as she could. If she could not, then just let the whole world know about it.

After all, it would be a compliment to Yan Qingsi even if his identity was revealed to the world. Just that when it came to that…

Yan Qingsi heaved a sigh.

“Why the long face?”

Yan Qingsi tilted her head, scrutinizing him for a while. His side profile made her heart skipped a beat. His forehead, his nose, his lips, his chin—they were beautiful. They were gorgeous.

Yan Qingsi reached out and hooked a finger around Yue Tingfeng’s ear. “I’m sighing because I think that once people know that I’m in a relationship with you, plenty of moon-eyed maidens will try to snatch you away from me. Such a nuisance.”

Yue Tingfeng was stunned. After a few seconds, he laughed aloud.

“You’re still worried about this? I’ve already told you that you’re the most beautiful maiden out there. Who can surpass you?”

The smile on Yan Qingsi’s face widened. “There are so many people on this planet. What if, what if there is someone even more beautiful than I am? What happens then?”

Yue Tingfeng stopped the car at the red light. He extended an arm and pulled Yan Qingsi close, pinching her chin and closing his lips over hers.

When Yan Qingsi returned to her senses, her arms were already wrapped around Yue Tingfeng’s neck.

They could not see each other’s faces, not in the cramped car or under the dim lighting. They heard each other’s heartbeats though; they felt every breath each other took.

After a while, Yan Qingsi gently nipped Yue Tingfeng’s lower lip. “If you don’t let go,” she said, “The drivers behind will start to bash your car.”

Yue Tingfeng sucked on her one last time. “I don’t see anyone but you,” he said.
