She hailed a cab to her mother's place.
When she walked in, her mother was glued to the TV in the living room. When she saw her there, the first thing she did was pinch her thigh to make sure that she was not disillusioned then sprang up from the sofa and rushed towards her with gleaming eyes
"why did you come without telling me first?"
She smiled acutely and said "I wanted to surprise you"
Having not seen each other for over a month, in normal family's they would first hug then ask about each others well-being, of course her mother was far from normal or ordinary.
After an emotional moment, she again sat back on the sofa. Completely neglecting her daughter she restarted watching TV. Such a heartless mother. Only in front of her mother would she act spoiled, resentfully walking over and sitting beside her, pulling her arm, complaining "Are you not happy I am back?"
"You heartless girl, if not due to your and Madara's fight, will you still have come here?" Her mother questioned.

Her mother finally pulled away her eyes from the TV to look at her, rubbing her head a bit and said "So, what happened between you and Madara?"
"Nothing. Why do you ask?" She didn't want to keep talking about it. Her mother knocked her head to express her doubt about her words then saying "You are still too young to fool your mother" Maybe it was just her mother or all mothers have it, but her mother had a feeling that her daughter was lying. She brought her up her entire life, so she could clearly tell when her daughter lies.
Suddenly, the home phone rang and her mother left her to pick up the phone. Her mood soured when she noticed it was her damned 'husband'. What did he want? Did he not want to seperate?
At this moment her mother was smiling and chatting pleasantly with him, occasionally interjecting sentences like "Seira is overly pampered, she does not understand."
"Tomorrow I will send her back to apologise to you" Seira clicked her tongue in annoyance, she will not apologise to anyone.
Her mother hung up the phone and returned to her side. She told her how difficult it was for a mother to give birth to a child, to how we only get one life to live so we must cherish all the happiness regardless of circumstances, then how lonely her precious son-in-law must be feeling at the moment and then she followed up by exchanging views (of course, it was only her opinion) about the reason behind her and Madara's fight.
"When a person is attacked, it's only justified to fight back or else should he wait till he is beaten to death" her mother added.
He threatened her first, why should she sit around and let him reign over her like some almighty emperor. She was not one of his men, threatening her is one way to piss her off.
"Nonetheless, when Madara called he kept apologising to me, saying he did not take good care of you."
"..."
Her mother then announced "Madara will come tomorrow to pick you up"
"I won't go" she said.
Her mother nonchalantly said "That will be all the more better. Tomorrow when he comes, he need not go as well then both of you can stay here with me"
She promptly thought of Sakuya, coincidentally her mobile rang. Just as she thought of her, she called "Damn it, you still ran away from home?"
Seira "???"
Without any delay Sakuya preached to her about 'her running away from home' problem. "As a couple, whatever problem both of you have with each other, you should sit together and talk about them clearly. How can you think that running away from home will slowly solve everything? I did not expect this from you"
She found out from Sakuya he called up to check if she was with her or not, afraid if she was in any trouble or anything. She sneered at the thought of his 'worry'. Sakuya then added he would probably find it embarrassing to call her considering how they just quarrelled hence why he did not call her instead. She didn't understand why Seira was unsatisfied, her husband was just concerned about her.
Concerned? This manipulative fox turned her mother and best friend against her in his favour, in the end she decided to return back to their home tomorrow.
She did not need him to pick her up tomorrow and messaged him "You do not have to come tomorrow"
Madara, "Well, I will still drop by your mother's house tomorrow to say hello"
*Next day
On Saturday morning she slept soundly in her room while her mother was already up. Suddenly, her old mother with an iron grip shook her, saying "daughter, Madara is here"
She ignored her mother, leaning down to continue to sleep. In her lethargic state she overhead her mother's "You should wake her up now" and then she went out.
Madara standing by her bed, called out to her. She continued to ignore him, she was still feeling tired and wanted to sleep. She faced her back towards him as she held her blanket and went back to sleep.
She did not expect that he not only removed her blanket but also put his hand on her shoulder, making her turn around and shrug off his hand, glaring fiercely at him "Get out!"
She picked up a teddy bear from the bedside throwing it at him. He swiftly caught the teddy bear and sat down beside her on the bed. He stared at her for a moment and said "I'm sorry, please don't be angry with me anymore, okay?"
She almost thought she misheard. She sat up and faced him not saying a word. Although he spoke such words with a deadpan expression but his voice was more gentle. She studied him suspiciously, before telling him to leave so she could change her clothes.
