20 The Heart of Eternity Rings

After taking a refreshing bath Evelyn dried her hair as she sat in front of a huge dressing table in her room. Rayland's new mansion 'Rose Wood' was originally a rose garden which was gifted to Evelyn's mother by her dad after they married. When Eve returned from abroad after her studies she really can't tolerate her two-faced grandparents. With help of her Uncle Robert, she found that her father left all the properties which were in his name to her. When she was a child her mother often brings her to this place to relax with her dad. The place where they used to spend days like a normal family. So she renovated the garden into her residence.

Today was her mother's birthday... When her father and mother is alive they used to celebrate her mother's birthday here. Remembering about the barbeque's her dad especially put all his effort to see a smile in her mother's face. Hide n Seek game which her parents play with her. Bedtime stories and their kisses by calling her princess...

Eve looks at her reflection on the mirror she felt her looks resembles like her mother. A warm smile touched her lips. She touched the mirror "If mom and dad were still in the world, they would have been the sweetest couples till now." She opened the wooden box which was left by William in Silver Springs. She used the sapphire blue key and opened the wooden box.

In the wooden box, there were two platinum rings one is thicker than another and slightly large compared to other, the design was simple but it is a flawless blue diamond! which was beautifully mounted on the ring and around the ring "Rarest but mine" was written in Italian. "OMG! isn't this 'The Heart of Eternity'[1]!!!" Eve's curiosity increased she eagerly took another ring which is thin but the craft work is simply marvelous and it is crowned with same 'The Heart of Eternity' blue diamond "My Life" was the only thing written in it.

Eve's mind clouded with many questions like 'do my parents really wished me and that jerk William, to get married?'. A four flooded paper and a recorder at the bottom of the wooden box caught her attention. She gently picked that paper and carefully unfolded it the name was addressing Xi Zen! she placed the paper on the dressing table and picked the recorder found in the box and she pressed the red button. Her parent's voice emerged from the recorder.

*Evelyn's mom* 'Sweetie, we always wish you to be happy and we know when you read this letter we will not be there for you. It's a mission that we both sacrificed our lives to protect it. *Eve's dad voice* My dear Princess... Eve baby don't stress so much Zen is a good chid and he is the Eldest son of your fathers best friend Marvin Zanantious of Zanantious family. If you love or you have any man you like when you hear this recording from Father and Mother we won't force you Sweetie pie.

*Eve mother's voice* Sweetie please stay away from Silver Wolfs and find Z.E.D before they found your existence. The thing is... we did a mistake it's mom's fault... that it will activate when you are 23 years old... *sobs*

*Eve's dad voice* Honey don't scare our child. My Evelyn is the strongest girl. Sweetie, listen to your dad go to our room in silver springs. *Little Evelyn* Mommy...daddy... Eve wants to eat cake! cake!! cake!!!

*Little Evelyn*ok mummy! but daddy has to sing Eve a song~

*Eve's Dad* dad will sing your all-time birthday song since it's your birthday... for the one here and for the one we can't be there...

Eve stopped the recorder tears flow from her eyes the gentle breeze touched her golden blond hair and blue eyes filled with her crystal tears. In the silent night where even one could hear their heartbeat clearly but Eve couldn't hear the knock on her door.
