152 Under the Sea II

Within some dark ruins, with only some glowing stones as his source of light, Ye Qin marked the surroundings within his brain. Memorizing the details and the location of all the stones, he prepared to teleport again.

Whoosh!

On the other side, he arrived in a large open space. In front, only a single pathway was seen. Rather than going forward, he remained in his location, as dark shadows were approaching around him.

As the dark shadows approached, their details could be seen. Large fish that resembled eels, but had teeth around its entire body, as well as a large horn on its forehead surrounded him.

A numerous amount of Bone Eels had surrounded him and the dragons. With Ye Qin in the center, the Qiulong and Yinglong transformed, returning to their original size, and breathed dragon flames at the eels.

The eels swum closer, in a zigzag, they moved swiftly in the water, making it a little difficult to catch them. But no matter, the twin dragons swum in a circular motion, creating a spherical barrier of golden-silver dragon flames around them.

The eels that came close were burnt even while underwater, while those further away fired hundreds of bones like a machine gun into the flames. Unfortunately, the flames were hot enough to turn the bones into cinders, letting them flow along the water.

Being in a barrier of flames, Ye Qin was protected, while he could see through the flames, giving him a clear view of what was happening around him. The Qiulong and Yinglong passed through the flames, opening their large mouths, attempting to swallow the bone eels whole.

Roar!

The bone eels in front swam away, while the others shot spikes. The bones were fired into the tough scales of the dragons. The scales were incredibly hard, being impossible to penetrate. The bones simply bounced off and didn't even cause a single scratch.

Those that were unlucky, were shredded under the fangs of the twin dragons. Their claws had sliced through the eels that approached from the sides, cutting through them like paper.

Soon enough, all of the bone eels were dead. Ye Qin collected their corpses, as he followed the single pathway forward. Moving forward, the walls seemed to be narrowing with every meter he swam forward, eventually, the walls were incredibly thin, barely allowing him to pass through.

The twin dragons had to shrink in order to get through, one at a time. After passing through, a large drop awaited. Ye Qin, as well as the two dragons were sent downward by a torrent of water, while they could breathe, they couldn't quite control the direction they moved upon.

Dropping down, they moved along with the current, letting it take them along without struggling. Wherever he would end up, he would deal with the situation once he arrived.

After following along the current for a while, he could see a source of light, in a single spot. Just by looking at the source of light, it was obvious that there was land above the surface.

Swimming toward the light, Ye Qin reached the surface, popping his head out of the water and looked around at the surroundings. Looking around, the cavern was dark, and only a single pathway was seen.

He went closer to the ledge and climbed up, walking forward and following the pathway, with the twin dragons by his side. As he walked by, he noticed an abnormality within the cavern walls.

With his sharp eyesight, he noticed that a certain part of the wall near him was slightly lighter in color. That single spot was rectangular shaped, which meant some sort of mechanism must've been set up.

Looking around him, he could see small circular shapes on the walls that were also slightly lighter in shade. Despite it being so dark, he could see clearly by shining his flashlight towards the walls.

The Qiulong went beside him, allowing him to hop on its back as it flew straight ahead, avoiding the trap. As they went forward, Ye Qin and the twin dragons avoided all kinds of peculiar traps.

Counting them, there were a few dozen within just a short fifty meters! That was almost one trap every, one to three meters. Along the way, there were also different pathways. The Yinglong went one way, while he along with the Qiulong went another.

If one were to end up at a dead end, they would simply go back, and try another pathway. On the other side, he met with the Yinglong, which had gone through another passage.

It seemed like two of the five passages were connected, leading to the same destination. As for the other three, one leads to a dead end, while the other two lead them back to their original location.

So far, he had yet to see any kind of treasure. At the end of the passageway, he was met with five waterfalls that were going downward, right on him. Looking at the ceiling, it didn't seem like the water was leading anymore.

Instead, he got off and walked through the water, giving the twin dragons the same instructions. At the same time, Ye Qin and the twin dragons passed through the water, which felt as though they had passed through nothing, and simply entered behind the waterfall.

As they went inside, the entire place started trembling. Ye Qin could clearly hear the sound of the two remaining waterfalls being moved, while the heavy trembling continued. Turning back, the water had all disappeared after a while, leaving behind a large room with stone flooring.

The twin dragons came out, and followed behind Ye Qin. They would explore the other two pathways later, after searching through this one. Around him, a strange material that resembled plastic tubes, ran along for hundreds of meters. Every step he took echoed softly as he walked.

When he tapped on the walls, a clear 'ding' sound echoed in his ears. Continuing on forward, the end of the pathway was seen, as light could be seen from the other side.

Passing through, Ye Qin and the twin dragons quickly made it to the other side. There, they could hear the sound of something snoring, while a dark space filled with blue lights being emitted from crystals, surrounded them.

The snoring was loud. Just by hearing the sound, it was obvious that the beast was large. How big was it exactly? The Qiulong and Yinglong are twenty meters long each, the beast in front of them was almost as big as the two of them combined!

A bubble was seen coming from its nostrils, as soon as Ye Qin and the twin dragons took a step out from the tube-like material, the bubble popped, as its eyes opened.

Its eye alone was as big as a human torso. Its iris was golden, while the pupils were black. Rather than a ball shape, its pupils were somewhat like a snake's eyes. As it got up, the huge beast turned and glanced at the intruders that entered its territory.

As it got up, Ye Qin was able to see the beast's huge body. Its head was filled with scales, long antlers grew from the top of its head. Long whiskers on its face, and long hair, similar to a mane grew on the back of its head. A long beard was flowing from its chin.

Its body was long, and huge at the same time. Judging from a glance, it seemed to be roughly thirty-five meters long, and five meters in thickness. It had no arms, or claws. Only its huge body and head, as well as the fins that grew along its back.

Its entire body was pink. Only its eyes were of a different color, while its hair and fins were lighter. The huge beast in front of him was a dragon. To be exact, it was a flood dragon.

A flood dragon is a part of the dragon family. Despite being so, they were amongst the lowest kinds of dragons, and only by transforming, would it become a true dragon.

The dragon in front of him was exactly so. By exerting their aura, the flood dragon became weaker under the powerful bloodline suppression of the twin dragons.

The twin dragons reached their full size. Despite being so, the space around them was extremely large. Even the three huge dragons didn't take up even a tenth of the place.

Facing two divine dragons, the flood dragon had no advantage. Despite its superior level and grade, its bloodline was under immense pressure from the twin dragons.

Its strength was only seventy percent of its true strength. It couldn't muster anymore than that, under the suppression. Its blood was boiling, making it feel like trembling and lowering its head.

Nevertheless, it was still a dragon. Indefinitely close to transforming into a true dragon. It didn't allow itself to lower its head, even while being weakened greatly.

A large wave of water came out like a tsunami from behind it, attempting to swallow the twin dragons, along with Ye Qin. Standing inside the tube-like material, Ye Qin took out a bunch of sandbags and placed them all in front of him, creating a small fort that would protect him.

A small space allowed him to see what was happening, the flood dragon took flight, as the tsunami came rushing towards the twin dragons.

Roar!

The twin dragons moved, gold and silver energy erupted from their bodies. Their eyes shined with light, appearing demonic, while gold and silver light that resembled lightning was flowing from their eyes.

A powerful energy erupted from the bodies of the twin dragons. Suddenly, a beam of gold and silver energy was fired from the dragons, aiming for the flood dragon.

In the air, the flood dragon created tens of thousands of shards of ice. The shards of ice changed direction, flying straight towards the twin dragons. At the same time, a surging blue light emitted from its mouth, a terrible flow of water energy that seemed to erupt at any time, suddenly sprayed forward towards the dragons.

The gold and silver energies combined into one, as it penetrated the sky, aiming directly for the flood dragon. The golden-silver energy stream shot through the sky, splitting the tsunami apart, as well as the ice shards.

Boom!

The two energies clashed. Golden-silver on one side, and blue on one side. Two powerful energies clashed, causing a great explosion in the air. The glowing crystals below, were blown away, spreading out into many directions from the eruption of energies.

Watching from below, the twin dragons were being pushed back in Ye Qin's eyes. Suddenly, the twin dragons exploded with a surge of powerful energy, making the golden-silver beam bigger, and denser at the same time.

The combined energy pushed back the blue energy, ripping it apart from the center. The flood dragon was being pushed back. A stronger flow of energy surged from its entire body, to its mouth.

Unfortunately, the combined might of the twin dragons were too powerful. Directly splitting it apart, while a huge explosion occurred.

Boom!

Roar!

The majestic and huge body of the flood dragon was seen falling from the sky. Wounds were seen all over its body, while its eyes were closed. While it was falling, its eyes suddenly opened, its pupils locked onto Ye Qin's location.

Its head turned, as it used its remaining strength, putting it all into a single attack. A burst of energy was sent flying in Ye Qin's direction, it soared through the sky at an incredible speed.

An attack made by the remaining energy of a powerful monster was no laughing matter, it crossed through the air, giving almost no time for Ye Qin to react.

Roar!

In the blink of an eye, two dragons teleported in front of Ye Qin, as the final burst of energy approached, it disappeared. When it reappeared, the attack was aimed at the flood dragon instead!
