One week has passed since we arrived at the City of Raging Sands Eniado.

Since we arrived here I kept taking commissions from the local guild of merchants, trying to learn the layout of the city in the process.

…Thanks to spending several weeks before we arrived at Eniado at leisure in post towns to get rid of exhaustion from our previous battle there were now no problems with moving around.

I made a full recovery.

Just in case, I took time and observed my condition, but found no problems.

I wasn’t in a hurry, so I took plenty of time to rest while heading to the center of the City of Raging Sands.

This was our current base of operations.

A large, isolated house that originally was used by Daisy as a base during the war.

At the moment, we were sleeping there as well.

Finishing a couple of requests early in the morning, chatting with the people at the guild and going home while the sun is still up. Spending days like thatー

Today as well I returned to the building we are using as our base.

「Welcome back, Axel.」

Were Berzelia and Saki, dressed in some kind of bizarre clothing, both came out to welcome me.

Short dresses combining brightly colored fabric with transparent parts, revealing the skin. With Berzelia’s red and Saki’s black hair, they surely had different colors that would fit them, so their outfits were slightly different in color scheme, but they were wearing the same thing.

…Swimsuits…No, that’s some other kind of light wear.

Anyway, what they were wearing was flashy and eye-catching. Is there some kind of celebration going on? Thinking so I asked, thenー

「It seems that《Dancers》from this area are wearing such clothes. They were selling them at the market, so we thought it might be a good chance and bought them. What do you think, Master? Any comments?」

Her clothes might be different, but she is the same as always.

Berzelia was injured a while ago and Saki acted pretty reserved because of that.

The room behind a huge iron door. I knock on it.

「Daisy. I brought what you asked for from the merchants’ guild. 」

Calling out to Daisy behind that door, I then step inside.

There was another one of my traveling companions, carbuncle Daisy.

「Ooh, thank you, my friend! Sorry for troubling you so early in the morning.」

With a carbuncle’s characteristic jewel glittering on her chest, she turned my way, speaking those words.

「Don’t mind it, Daisy. It’s to fix my equipment after all.」

With those words, I handed her a paper bag that I received at the guild.

I merely got it on my way to finishing a request.

It’s not like I spent any time or effort on it. And alsoー

「Since we came to this town you are doing nothing but repairs, confining yourself to this room. I can’t help you with repairs, but I can at least carry the materials.」

Yes. Daisy, for almost the entire duration of our stay at this town, Daisy keeps to this room, working on repairs.

Be it day or night, sounds keep coming from it. It was the same both last evening and this morning. That alone is enough to understand just how exhausted she should be.

Because of that, if there was something needed, I will provide it myself, I said that a long time ago, so there is no problem at all. When I told her thisー

A sound of a rumbling stomach resounded through the room, with the source being right in front of me.

Daisy lowered her head a bit embarrassed.
