The Chaos Sea had indeed been turned upside down!

Once the eight young masters and young mistresses got back, there was an uproar in the Random Star Islands. Countless young masters and young mistresses were enraged. The four great family clans immediately gave orders for all the Random Star Islands to be activated to kill Jiang Yi.

If Jiang Yi had not killed so many people or even that King-Ranked martial artist, he would not be in this much trouble.

The four great clans did not want to rage war on the Earth Domain. After all, they were neighbors, and the Earth Domain did not have less martial artists than the Heaven Domain. This pillar was, in turn, was being supported by the four Supreme Thearchs and countless prestigious clans in the Heaven Domain. Thus, after the young masters and young mistresses became enraged, they sent countless scouts to look around for Jiang Yi.

The young masters and young mistresses sent most people that they had brought with them. They even began to activate people back in the Heaven Domain. Each of the four great clans sent a million people to encircle the area within billions of miles so that they could conduct a thorough search.

What’s more, the Ding Clan—one of the four great clans—even contributed mysterious treasures that could spot people who were in hiding.

Only the Ding Clan had treasures like that; they were called Mercury Stones.

These stones focused heavenly powers and channeled them into space to cause turbulence. Although the Ding Clan did not contribute their best Mercury Stones and the turbulence generated were not considered powerful, they were good enough to locate both Jiang Yi and the Poison Spirit. What’s more, the Ding Clan had a significant number of such low-grade Mercury Stones. Almost everyone who was participating in the search had one with them.

The Art of Concealment did not allow one to really disappear into thin air. Instead, it hid them so that others would not be able to detect their presence. This meant that their physical bodies were still present. Back then, the spatial turbulence that one particular Primordial-Grade Chaos Beast had caused exposed Jiang Yi and the Poison Spirit’s bodies immediately. If the space in which the Mercury Stones worked was filled with turbulence, their bodies would not be exposed. However… strange phenomena would appear in the space. People searching would discover the two of them immediately.

The number kept increasing, too. All the Random Star Islands were covered with people. Most of them were holding onto Mercury Stones, searching day and night, not leaving any stone unturned. There were only two possible explanations: either Jiang Yi had already left the Random Star Islands or he had already used a great mystical ability to return to the Earth Domain!

No matter which it was, Jiang Yi could no longer be found. The Chaos Sea was too huge. Even if they gathered ten million people, they would not be able to locate him.

The latter situation was more likely because the young masters and young mistresses had a special treasure: the Divine Escape Talisman.

Once activated, these Divine Escape Talismans would take them back to a special place in the Heaven Domain. The talismans were very precious. Most of the time—unless they were about to die, it would not be activated. Even some of their King-Ranked bodyguards did not have such a treasure. What if Jiang Yi had something like that? After all, he was the most talented man in the Earth Domain and had many connections with the most powerful people there as well.

They could not find Jiang Yi, but they could find the others. The remaining three people who possessed a Demon-Killing Pearl each had all been found. All of them were from the Heaven Domain. One of them was even a young master from a small clan.

Unsurprisingly, all three Demon-Killing Pearls were stolen. Apart from the young master of the small clan, the other two people were killed. The young masters and young mistresses had nowhere else to release their pent-up frustration, and the three of these people were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Twenty-six out of the twenty-seven Demon-Killing Pearls had been snatched. The Demon-Killing Palace was going to appear. Nobody could afford to waste any more time on Jiang Yi. The Poison Spirit’s phantom figure floated into a small castle in Random Star City and gave an update to Jiang Yi and Qi Qingchen who were seated inside.

Both Jiang Yi and Qi Qingchen were in seclusion, training. When they heard the Poison Spirit’s update, they opened their eyes. Qi Qingchen said decisively, “Don’t worry. The Demon-Killing Palace’s gate will open in a day. We will only move out half a day after the Demon-Killing Palace appears.”

The Poison Spirit was very intelligent as well. The moment Jiang Yi passed out, he ran away, following closely behind the young masters and young mistresses into Random Star City. When he located a small yard, he took control of the family that owned it and then hid them in a safe place.

Nobody expected that the Poison Spirit had already entered the city long ago. Nobody even looked around the city; thus, nobody knew that the three of them were hidden there.
