Alex came back and opened his system. "System, I can go to the Gacha Palace, right?"
[Yes. But because you have gone last time, you can't stay for a long time this time. So, I suggest, after getting the boxes and the darts, you need to go back immediately.]
"I see." He then took out the ticket from his inventory and channeled his Spiritual Energy to it. A door then appeared in front of him.
This time, the door was opened by the system as he saw the system girl again. "Please come in."
Alex nodded and walked inside but as expected, he immediately changed into his ghost form as his body fell down to the ground. He did not say anything and went ahead to the Dart.
He opened the Gacha System and took out three darts from it.
"Are you going to play this first?" The system asked.
"Yes." Alex nodded.
She then clasped her hand. The roulette wheel was filled with ten items but all of them were still having question marks. So, the moment she clasped her hands, the mark changed into their original reward.
Alex only set his eyes to one item which was the UR reward. It was a glowing orb. The glowing orb was filled with a reddish aura.
"Ah, you are very lucky today. The UR reward for the dart is Fire Element Orb. You can enchant your Sword or Spear with this and become a Fire Elemental weapon." The system girl said with a smile.
"But, I might choose a rank 6 weapon for this since it will be a shame for me to use it on my current rank 4 weapons. After all, this is different from the weapon that I gave to Letizia." Alex frowned.
"Indeed. You can do that. However, if my prediction is correct, then Elemental Sword would not be that scarce in the Northern Continent. At the very least, those who are wealthy will have one. If you use it at that time, maybe it will also boost the prestige of this small faction you want to build."
"You… might be right." Alex nodded. He then focused his entire being to this dart. He could not push it too strong since it would break the roulette wheel and he also could not do it too weak, since it would be pushed away. It became even more hard when the wheel started going left and right while rotating. In fact, this one would be the only thing that looked less like a Gacha.
If the roulette was still having the Question mark where he could not see the reward and without rotating or moving, it might have looked like a gacha even if it was rotating.
"Your suggestion will be put in the suggestion box. I will review the system for it." The system nodded.
He shrugged and threw his darts like usual. But when the dart touched the wheel, it bounced off. Alex frowned when he saw this. He already got used to the rotation but when it was combined with the left and right movement, the calculation was wrong.
"Fu." Alex took a deep breath. He wanted to scold the roulette, but he did not know why, after he became more and more mature, he just did not feel like it. Sometimes, he might feel annoyed or something, but he just lost the feeling to rant or something like that.
The system girl only smiled when she saw this, albeit felt a bit tad lonely since they could talk more if they had gotten into a small fight like that. And she could insert some flirting in their conversation too.
Alex did not notice her expression as he was focused on the roulette wheel, adjusting his strength. He threw the dart but it slipped between his fingers. "Crap!"
The dart flew toward the roulette, completely missing the UR reward. It targeted the bottom row. However, he might be lucky today as he saw the dart that was supposed to miss, planted on the SR reward.
"Oh…" Alex blinked his eyes a few times in disbelief. Meanwhile, the system only took out his reward from the system and handed it to him. The reward was a book called 'Draw a Bow for a Hundred Meter but fly for a thousand meter.'
He just stored it inside his inventory as he felt this was a story book. Of course, he knew this was a Heaven Tier Martial Art, but the title looked like a story book, he felt. Anyway, he did not use a bow, so he did not care about it.
He took a deep breath again. He already knew the strength needed to win this dart thingy. As long as he controlled the strength right, he should be able to get it.
And for the last box, he finally threw it and landed on the UR reward. He pumped his fist and shouted, "Yes."
"Congratulations, Host. You get the UR reward."
"Of course, there is no way I will miss the UR item that is in front of my eyes." Alex smiled.
The system took out the red orb and handed it to him. This time, he stored the item first. He did not have any use of this orb for the time being and he might get a higher rank weapon later.
He then went to the Premium Gacha Vending Machine. He looked at the system and said, "I will exchange a thousand Gacha Tickets with five Premium Tickets."
"Understood." The system nodded. He then got the notification.
[Gacha Ticket x2007]
[Premium Ticket x20]
Alex nodded before turning his head to the vending machine. There were twenty boxes he could choose but he could only grab four. There was no different in each box, so he did not know which one was a lucky box or an unlucky box.
He never played a game that had a Gacha System, but he knew Gacha itself. He thought this must be the frustration of people who needed to choose something and felt afraid it was an unlucky one.
He also had some rumors about having the first gacha and got the legendary beginner luck. It was said that it was a definite system to lure the people to go deeper and deeper. That way, they would spend thousands if not millions for the Gacha alone.
Luckily, this Gacha did not need to use money. It used Tickets which he got from wrestling his way between life and death. From a normal point of view, it looked more dangerous, but Alex did not get the addiction of the Gacha since he did not use something that was easily obtained to open the Gacha. He did not know whether it was supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing though.
He just relied on his luck and chose random boxes. He tapped number "2", "7", "14", and "19."
The four boxes immediately fell down to the basket and the system grabbed it before handing it to Alex.
"Then, your business is done, so you should go back. Staying longer is bad for your health." She said.
Alex nodded and walked to the exit. However, before he left, he turned back and looked at her. "Hmm… See you later."
The system girl was startled at first but immediately smiled at him. "Yes. I will always be waiting for you."
Alex then left the gate, placing the boxes beside his body. He then came back to his body and watched the door slowly vanish.
He then started opening the boxes.
[Deep Sea Trident (SR) x1]
[Hammer Stomp the Mountain (R) x1]
[Water Bottle (R) x1]
…
[Dagger Mastery (UR) x1]
…
[Summoning Ticket (SR) x5]
[Random Elemental Orb (SR) x1]
…
[Super EXP card (UR) x1]
He only had his interest in the UR card and SR card, but considering the reward he got, he only had an interest in the Random Elemental Orb in SR items and Summoning Tickets. As for the UR items, he thought his luck was a bit crappy since he only got two UR items from four boxes. Normally, he would get around three or four UR items from this.
He sighed. "Well, there is at least the Super EXP card. I will hold onto it for now and use the normal Gacha to rack up some EXP cards."
[Processing]
[Water Gallon (UC) x1]
[Treacherous Axe (R) x1]
....
[Summoning Coin (C) x1]

…
It continued a bit longer since Alex had used two thousand Gacha Tickets at once. And as expected, he got plenty of summoning coins. Before he proceeded with the summon, he wanted to check his Spirits first. After all, they had indeed killed a hundred thousand soldiers.

Alex looked at his status and could not help but smile. All of his spirits were unique, he thought. "Anna is a supportive type while Anya is a Proactive one. Leoz is a battle maniac while Nelson is the reliable guy. Fabio and Vera are a tsundere couple. Greg is the silent one while Artur is the righteous one. The last one… Haiz, Jean is like the male lead in shoujo manga, while Jeanne is a type that is NSFW (Not Safe For Work). And to think these two are S\u0026M. I am speechless. Still, the journey might not be boring with all of them."
He smiled. He then checked his Summoning Coin and found out he got 584 Summoning Coins. With these alone, he could get EXP cards enough to raise their level into Martial King without using the Super EXP card. So, he would hold the Super EXP card for the time being.
He then used his Summoning Coins and got 70 Rare EXP Cards, 120 Uncommon EXP Cards, totalling around 82 Rare EXP Cards. This was the highest record he thought since he never had these much. Even so, to raise Jean from level nothing to 1-Star Martial King, he needed 47 EXP cards and for Artur to reach Martial King, he needed ten EXP cards. As for the others, he needed another eight EXP cards. Which meant, he needed a total 65 EXP Cards to make all of his Spirits Martial King.
Even then, the cost for each level after that was 3-4 EXP cards, so the road ahead was really…
Alex also had the SR spirits but since they could grow relatively faster than the UR spirits, he decided not to spare any cards on them and just relied on leveling up.
After using the EXP cards, he stored the last 17 EXP cards for the time being. It was a precious resource.
He was thinking he would be the king of this continent with ten Martial Kings by his side. However, he was wondering why the people from the Northern Continent who knew they were without any talent but still had a powerful cultivation did not come here and stayed.
They would be treated like a king in this place. If it was him, he did not want to stay in this continent because he needed to reach a higher place to meet his wives. However, he did not know about those people. Maybe there was a rule for that or something that kept them there. Or they might treat this continent as a slum and that place as a high end place.
Alex shook his head, thinking it should be the former. He then took out the seed that was covered by fire, Blaze Tree Seed. He was just about to proceed with his own 'Torture.'
