"System, how many EXP cards do I have?" Alex asked, wondering if he should open Gacha Tickets or not.

[You have 387 UC EXP Cards, 102 Rare EXP Cards, and 1 UR EXP Card.]

"If I convert the UC EXP Cards to Rare EXP Cards, it means I have at least 150 Rare EXP Cards." Alex pondered for a moment before asking again, "How many Rare EXP Cards do I need to level up each UR spirit to 5-Star Martial Emperor?"

[Calculating]

[Leoz: 11

Anna: 14

Nelson \u0026 Jeanne: 15

Fabio: 21

Anya, Greg, and Vera: 23

Artur \u0026 Jean: 26

Total: 182]

"..." Alex was amazed by the number. "Sigh, they need more and more EXP Cards. And as soon as they enter the Martial Emperor Stage, they would need 9 Rare EXP Cards just to increase two levels… and I would not be able to level up everyone this way.

"Unfortunately, we are pressed by time. In the next operation, we need speed the most. If their strength is too low, the other party might be able to send reinforcement. So, they should be 5-Star Martial Emperors…"

"For example, I think I will exclude Anya first as a support and Leoz… probably. Anya is a support while I plan to use my UR EXP Card to Leoz after I get to 3-Star or 4-Star Martial Emperor.

"Which means I only need 148 EXP Cards. Though I can open my Gacha Tickets now and somehow make Anya to 3-Star or 4-Star, it might not be a good idea. Besides, all sect masters, family leaders and the like would be Peak Martial Emperor if not Martial Monarch. I will need another Martial Monarch beside Leoz…

"Hopefully, we can get a good amount of Gacha Tickets and EXP Cards before the Strength Plateau opens." Alex sighed. "System. Raise everyone except Leoz and Anya to 5-Star Martial Emperor."

[Complete. Do you want to see their status, Host? You still have 2 Rare EXP Cards and one UR EXP Card, do you want to use it now?]

"No for both questions. I want to open the Premium Gacha here."

[Processing]

She appeared out of thin air, walking straight to him while bringing the white box. "This is your package."

"Thanks." Alex nodded, putting the box down.

Before going back, she gave him a piece of advice. "You have twelve fighters right now and if you split the group into two, you need two group leaders, having to be at least an 8-Star Martial Emperor. Stina can be one of them, while the other one would be Anna or Jeanne.

"You are right to not use the UR EXP card to Leoz for the time being as it is not really cost-effective. That's why you should open the Gacha Tickets before starting your plan."

"Yeah. That's the plan." Alex nodded.

"Then, have you decided on what you would practice in these few months?"

"Yes. I have chosen three Sword Arts and Spear Arts."

"How about Element Art? You only have Fire Phoenix Art, Flame of Extinction and Flame Wave Emission. Seeing you have become a Martial Emperor, you should learn a Heaven Tier Fire Art. As for which art, I will leave it to your own decision." She smiled.

"Ah…" Alex realized he had neglected the Fire Element Art and Space Element Art. The Northern Continent had hidden dragons and crouching tigers, making him unable to hold his strength back. The first thing he exposed would be his Intent and Fire Element before using his Array while Space Element would be the last.

If people found Space Element, the reaction would be more dramatic than the Pure Fire Element due to its uniqueness. This thought made him wonder what kind of power would a Pure Space Element bring.

"If you are thinking of a Pure Space Element, you won't find them. Pure Element is only a term for Element related to Nature such as fire, water, ice, thunder, and so on. However, if you want to classify your Space Element, then yes, it is close to Pure Element due to its uniqueness." She explained.

"Should I also learn any other Space Element? I mean, I only know Teleportation Array, Space Plate and Spatial Gate. And in my memory, there are not many Space Element Techniques that I can choose."

"For now, no. The three that you have learned are the versatile ones. You can use your sword, spear, array, and fire as your strength while using the Space Element as a support."

"Thought so…" Alex nodded in agreement.

She smiled, waving her hand. "I have finished my business. Oh, there is one more thing about your plan. Sometimes one is better than two."

Alex tilted his head in confusion, wanting to ask her what she meant, albeit she had disappeared. He thought of that advice for a while before giving up, not having the slightest clue.

The box was calling him this whole time, asking him to open it. He waved his hand, directing the Spiritual Energy to open the box before opening them one by one.

[Metal Bullet Technique (R) x1]

[Metal Orb (UR) x1]

[Water Tank (R) x1]

[500x500 Array Paper (SR) x1]

[Lightning Hammer (UC) x1]

A glimpse was what he needed to ignore the Metal Bullet Technique, Water Tank, and Lightning Hammer. It was different for the SR Array Paper as he was planning to use it to create a few arrays for later purposes. The most important thing was the UR item, Metal Orb.

The appearance of Metal Orb caused a change of his decision in the Spear Art. After considering the pros and cons for a while, he decided to imbue the Metal Orb to his rank 6 spear. The moment the metal element was infused, the spear hardness increased several folds.

Although it did not compliment his Fire Element, it had another purpose due to a certain technique he wanted to learn.

After dealing with the Gacha and EXP Cards, he started his training inside the empty base.

The first sword technique he learned was a low Heaven Tier Sword Art called Heaven Light Slash. This technique was a stronger version of Heaven Breaking Sword or Berserker Strike.

He learned that every Heaven Tier Art would relate to nature and after observing this technique, Alex realized it was true. Though it might seem not that different, the Art itself did not take only his Spiritual Energy. Instead, it would also absorb the energy around his sword, creating a stronger attack. Alex believed this was the Nature part.

He felt that this technique could crack Qeigess's scale in a few hits.

The second sword technique was related to his Fire Element named Ignition Break. An explosion would occur the moment he struck his weapon, blowing the opponent's weapon away. They could retain the weapon, but it would take the energy on their hand to do it since the force was powerful.

The Nature part was similar to Heaven Light Slash. The difference was the Spiritual Energy in the air became the fuel while his fire energy became its ignition, triggering a powerful explosion. This sword technique was not popular because it was a double-edged sword, but the negative could be ignored with Alex's Pure Fire Element, making it a perfect sword technique for him.

The third Sword Art was Blade of Conquest. After two close-range techniques, Alex certainly needed a ranged attack to replace his Seven Stars Cut. Alex noticed that the Seven Stars Cut did not have the Nature part despite being a low Heaven Tier Sword Art.

The ancestor of Heavenly Sword Sect never knew what distinguished a Heaven Tier Art, making him unable to comprehend the Nature part. It could be said that this technique was not a Heaven Tier, but a peak Earth Tier.

He could also send a powerful Sword Wave with Blade of Conquest, but its strength lies elsewhere. If the sword wave traveled on the ground, it could create a Stronger Sword Wave due to the absorption of Nature Element from the ground.

Though it could also absorb from the air, the effect was very small, only enough to maintain the same strength from start to finish.

The training needed for all these three Sword Arts was one month with his Sword Mastery and unique Sword Ability, making normal people look away in shame as they required, at least, a year.

He did not stop there. The training spree continued to his spear with Hundred Spear being his first technique. The technique allowed him to shoot out one hundred bullets like Quick Silver. He could even shoot them in a straight line, making it look like a snake. If it could strike at one spot a hundred times, its strength alone might surpass Blade of Conquest, albeit it was too hard to do it in a battle.

The second spear technique was Phantom Trust, allowing him to trust his opponent from a distance. From the opponent's perspective, they would see an extended part of his spear, ranging from 1 meter to 20 meters. This was caused by the sunlight or darkness that allowed Phantom Trust to utilize the slight change of shadow to create the extended spear.

This technique might not be as strong as the others, but it certainly had a similarity to Alex's Spear Throwing Technique. He could use spin or insane power for the absorption part. The power itself was far stronger than his Silver Sovereign, so he did not have any objection to this spear technique.

Finally, the third spear technique was changed due to the Metal Orb. The third technique, Weapon Consuming Spear, focused on destroying an opponent's weapon. This was why when his sear got strengthened by the orb power, he chose this spear.

It took him another month to master these three before going with the request of his system, A fire Element Art.

After careful consideration, he only learned one technique called Hell Inferno due to Flame of Extinction and Flame Wave Emission was still usable with the power-up of his Pure Fire.

The Fire Art was surprising for him if it did not have a time limit. This technique might not need a huge amount of Energy from him as it took the energy from its surroundings, creating a huge fireball and exploding.

It took the fireball thirty seconds to its max form while creating a huge explosion that did not care about friends or foes. Luckily with Alex's Pure Fire, he could make the fire not hot for his friends. He needed to thank that Fire God in the Phoenix Trial for this.

The total time he needed for his training was two and a half months. Alex decided to extend it to three months, trying to break through to 2-Star Martial Emperor. He might fail in that, but he was close to 2-Star.
