The next day,

Alex came out of his room alone with Anya. It would seem other than doing the usual thing, he had some discussion with her about the plan against the Fire God Clan. Unfortunately, no matter how they twisted the plan, there was no other way out other than escape.

At first, Alex thought escaping to the Sacred Continent might finish the problem, but with how huge the Fire God Clan was, it would only be a matter of time before they found him.

On the other hand, by seeing how Fire God Clan sent two 7-Star Martial Saints at them, it could be assured that the retaliation would be like a hundred Martial Saints… Albeit, the number of Martial Saints alone was still too scarce even on the Heavenly Continent. This was their only advantage since they knew the enemy wouldn't send more than ten Martial Saints at once because of the clan's stability. 

As for ten Martial Saints, they still had the confidence of killing them with Maxwell's token. In the meantime, they needed to get stronger faster.

"We only need time…" Alex sighed.

"Indeed. There is a realm there, and I want to check that place as soon as we finish dealing with the Blood Devil Sect. If the realm still stands after a few thousand years, we can use that realm to break through to Martial Monarch. With that strength, we can enter the Heavenly Continent. Although we couldn't contain the Fire God Clan at the moment, we can slowly raise our strength while escaping." Anya nodded.

"Yeah. There is another deciding factor, which is the Blackwade Clan. You said that the elder from their main clan reacted strongly about my VIP Card. We would investigate the card matter and what kind of reaction they would have if I show the card." Alex took a deep breath.

"It was according to the N squad though. In any case, the problem would be Rose."

Alex lifted his eyebrows, showing how troubled he was. "For the time being, we will split the N squad a bit and assign them for a specific task. Nelson has prepared everything for us on the Sacred Continent, so I doubt we would need many spies anymore.

"In that case, I want Nano to oversee this continent and see what kind of reaction the influences would have after their leaders died. Meanwhile, Noel will be watching over the port. After all, no matter if they are Martial Saints, they would need to first arrive at this continent before going to the Willow Continent… albeit Rose would likely enter this continent soon." Alex closed his eyes while crossing his arms.

"Don't worry. Ngina should be able to take her to that realm as long as they have a prior warning from Noel. Of course, we need to recall Ngina first so he could receive the information we have." Anya assured him.

"By the way, now we are talking about the N squad, do you really not get any N squad again? If I remember it right, there are ten Nelson's subordinates in the system. Have you checked the system if you get the other two?" Anya asked.

"No. I haven't gotten them yet since both of them are SR spirits. I need a Summoning Ticket instead of Summoning Coin, making it even harder." Alex shook his head and sighed.

"I see."

[Host, you should check the mission first before going back to Willow Continent. I want to tell you about this, but you are too busy.]

"Did I complete a mission?" Alex furrowed his eyebrows, not remembering completing any missions. In fact, he didn't get any mission for the trial, so he was wondering why the system wanted him to check the mission. Nonetheless, Alex still opened the panel and fell into silence.

"Oh. To think there are two complete missions and two new missions." Alex was astonished and checked the details. He never knew about the Secret Mission requirement that he never had for a few years to the point he completely forgot such a mission existed. On the other hand, he was pretty happy with the result.

He would usually get something nice from the dart. Although he wasn't very sure about the current dart, it would still give him something decent. Meanwhile, he had five Gacha Cards a few months ago, which he used three of them. He would still have twelve, which can practically summon sixteen gacha boxes. Thinking about this alone quickly made him happy. 

"Anya. Tell the other to wait for me since I have something to do." Alex quickly entered his room again.

Anya was startled by his reaction and could only think of one person who could do that. She shook her head hopelessly and walked toward the meeting room.

"Hmm… I can open Gacha Tickets and level up my spirits. Though I need to see what items I would get with the Dart and Gacha Card before coming to such a conclusion." Alex nodded as he was ready to open the gate to Gacha Palace, except the mission bugged his mind.

He didn't know why, but he felt a sense of danger when watching the new missions. Exterminating Blood Devil Sect only granted him ten Premium Tickets while refining his weapons gave him three darts. The darts were hard to get even though the mission only needed him to finish the refining. However, seeing it give him more generous rewards rather than the extermination mission, he couldn't help sense trouble.

"System… I feel like the Special Mission this time is foreshadowing something big…" Alex said with a complicated expression. "Do you know anything about this realm?" 

Unfortunately, the system didn't reply to him, so he decided to enter the Gacha Palace and asked her face to face.

Upon entering the gate, Lin Xingzhi smiled at him and warned him. "There are many things that I can't explain to you. However, I would love it if you can go there because it will be beneficial."

Alex was astounded as she had already rejected him before even letting him ask. "How so? By bringing troubles to me?"

"I can't say anything about it." She shook her head with a calm expression.

"Sigh… Asking about this will only make me frustrated." Alex sighed. He thought about it for a while. If he didn't have the mission, he would still rush there without knowing anything. However, the system was already kind enough to warn him of the reward. In the end, Alex apologized. "I'm sorry for being entitled."

"Haha… it's normal to have such a reaction. However, I should say you need to be careful in this journey because it's not going to be an easy journey."

"Alright. I will put it in my mind." Alex nodded before looking at the Gachas.

"Let's go then. Which one do you want to open first? Dart or Gacha Box?" 

"Dart first." Alex nodded as he walked toward the Dart area. The newly implemented dart was still a spinning roulette wheel with seven different sockets.

Alex looked at the question mark in each socket and wondered what was inside. He could see the reward before, so he was kind of disappointed when he met this.

"There are three Rare, two SR, and two UR rank items. The wheel would spin altogether, and you can throw your dart anytime. This will become a kind of roulette, but we use your dart instead of an arrow on the roulette wheel to stop the spin." She explained carefully.

Alex nodded before taking out three darts from his Inventory. Because the roulette wouldn't change, he threw three darts simultaneously without any hesitation.

"You seem to be in a hurry." She smiled while walking toward the roulette.

"No. I don't want to see them before I finish throwing the darts since I don't want it pummeling my mood." Alex shrugged. 

Lin Xingzhi opened the first '?' and showed him a picture of a sword. It slowly turned into a real item.

"Sword Mastery again?" Alex was a little disappointed since he didn't need any Mastery Card again.

Lin Xingzhi only smiled at him while opening the other two.

He opened his mouth in surprise because he never expected two URs. After seeing the Rare item, he was a bit disappointed. Still, he thought this must be his lucky day if he got two UR items, even with the disappointing rewards.

Meanwhile, Alex walked toward the Gacha Box area. Lin Xingzhi quickly gathered all the twelve Gacha Boxes along with the four bonus boxes.

The same as the Sword Mastery. If he had this Sword Mastery when he said goodbye to Evelyn, he could use it to Evelyn as his parting gift. He could ask Evelyn to close her eyes and whatever just to direct her focus elsewhere while activating the card. By then, Evelyn would be a one hell sword user.

"Haiz… My luck is good but also not good." Alex sighed.

"Look, you still got ten Summoning Tickets." Lin Xingzhi consoled him. "Should I use them now?"

"Yeah." Alex nodded and waited for another disappointment.

Surprisingly, a person came out of the gate at this time before slowly walking toward him. 

"Young Master." He kneeled on one knee.

Alex was startled for a second before glancing at Lin Xingzhi, who told him to see the notification.

"Narman, Dark Elf Spirit, greets Young Master. People usually call me Night Ranger." 

Alex observed this brown-haired man with pointed ears. He indeed looked like a Dark Elf, according to the description from Earth. "Yeah. Nice to meet you." 

"Besides him, you also got two UR spirits, Jeanne and Anna. You can raise their level by one if you use them." Lin Xingzhi added.

"Yeah." Alex nodded and quickly used the two cards. He looked at Narman and said, "Go back for now. I will summon you after this."

"Use all my Gacha Tickets."

She nodded and worked like magic. After using all Gacha Tickets, she quickly used the summoning tickets without having any instruction from Alex.

The Rare EXP Cards entered his Inventory. He was wondering whether he should raise Namran's level or not. In the end, he put the matter on hold and waited for how troublesome the Underworld would be. After all, he might use Nelson, Njomo, and him to acquire information.

After settling the business he had in the Gacha Palace, Alex came out and quickly went to the meeting room. Anna and the others had been waiting for him.

"I don't think we need any boats since we are already a Martial Emperor. We are going for the speed anyway rather than for comfort." Alex said.

They understood his meaning and went back to either his cards or body. Alex then flew out of the barrier before using his Teleportation.
