They teleported a few times before arriving at the empty field outskirt of the Ancient City, where the Ancient Blue Family resided.
The others didn't really care about the details, but Aileen was surprised, not by the town, but by Alex's precision. Even she couldn't make precision teleportation like him unless she knew the exact details, directions, and terrains. Yet, Alex had this kind of prediction a year after leaving the sect.
Insane might be an understatement for him. Now she understood why a 4-Star Martial Saint young girl seemed to be attached to him. If she added Rose to the picture, she was scared to think about the extent of Spirit Nest's power.
'How many people are like him or her in the Spirit Nest? I wonder what will happen if the Freedom Sect chooses to be their enemies… Seeing how many geniuses in their place, I am sure they have more powerful elders in their influence. Luckily, the Freedom Sect has allied with this super influence.' Aileen thought as her heart beat rapidly.
If they knew what kind of insane thought Aileen had, Viola and Riadon would agree with her. They might even put a drastic measure, including informing Licht. If they truly did that, Licht would probably have someone to stay on Alex's side, just like how the alliance with marriage works.
Unfortunately, Aileen had no way to think about this as she calmed her heart down, readying herself for a business talk.
Alex glanced at Aileen and asked. "I wonder if Great Elder Aileen can create a Spatial Gate to a precise location if you know my position with my token?"
"I can." She nodded without hesitation. "Well, I can also stay inside the Space World, following you around. As long as I am not near the people, they shouldn't be able to sense me. When you want me to appear, I will then create a portal and come out with Viola. As for Great Elder Riadon, he should be able to stay a bit longer.
"I will book an inn room and place my Spatial Gate there, so if he can't stand inside that place, he can always go back to the real world with that Spatial Gate."
Alex thought for a moment and nodded. "I understand. I will go according to your arrangement. As for an inn, I have booked a few rooms. You can use one of them since one is for me while the other one is for the meeting room."
"Should we join you?"
"No. It will be better if you only show your presence in front of the Ancient Blue Family. The Blackwade Clan and Drunken Pavilion will know anyway." Alex shrugged, waiting for another question, but it seemed she was no longer confused. "Let's go. I will lead you to the inn."
They nodded at the same time as Viola and Aileen put on a veil while Jeanne simply walked while hugging his hand.
To everyone's surprise, someone suddenly appeared in front of them as soon as they arrived in the city. Alex instantly recognized this person and asked, "Nano. Lead the way to the inn."
"Understood." Nano turned around and stretched his hand, asking them to follow him. "This way."
Alex and the others followed him. They had suppressed their aura, so they didn't cause a disturbance and walked according to Nano's path.
Alex realized later that Nano was actually walking while avoiding any places that might cause a problem in their plan, so he thanked him later.
A few minutes later, they arrived in a grand inn with a golden door as its entrance. There was no need to say anything since Nano suddenly pulled out a token that seemed to be the identity token as a guest in this hotel.
No one stopped them, and they headed to the highest floor. Nano showed them their rooms, and Alex entered the room in the middle. There wasn't anything to say about the building itself other than the word extravagant.
It seemed to be an inn for elites, so the decorations and other details seemed to be made from expensive materials. Albeit, Alex didn't really care much and sat on the chair while Jeanne took the seat in front of him instead of beside him.
"Master. Did I do anything excessive before?" Jeanne asked with a worried expression.
Alex shook his head. "No. You did great. Thank you."
"Master. Should I inform the other two?"
"Yes. Have them come to our meeting room." Alex nodded before heading toward their meeting room. He spared no glance in spending this much since he had more to make it up.
Alex sat on one of the main chairs, where he could face the two behind this round table. Luckily, the chair was large enough, so Jeanne suddenly walked in front of him like her own sister.
"Should I sit anywhere else?"
"No. It should be fine. Well, if we meet Ancient Blue Family later, you might need to stand up or rest your arms around my neck."
"Understood." Jeanne nodded.
Not long after, Nano informed him that the two influences were heading toward his position.
Alex waited for them with his eyes closed. It was only after two guys walked on the top floor, he opened it again. He started stroking Jeanne's head like a brother before greeting the two people with Jeanne. "Thank you for coming, Young Master Song Jiaoren and Patriarch Song Ping. Please come in."
He intentionally left the door open, so they knew where to go. The moment they entered the room, the duo cupped their hands and greeted him. "No, no. It should be us who need to thank you for your hospitality."
Jeanne lifted her skirt a little bit for a greeting and remained silent.
Of course, her previous action was noticed by the duo. They never expected there was a 4-Star Martial Saint this young and acted intimately with Alex like a sister. If she were more monstrous than Alex, the Spirit Nest would be extraordinary.
"If you don't mind, can you serve the tea, Jeanne?" Alex asked with a smile before noticing Manness had arrived on the top floor.
Jeanne also poured the tea for him, albeit only one cup for Manness since he came alone.
"It's good to see you, Elder Manness." Alex cupped his hand, greeting him like he didn't know any shrewdness.
Manness was clicking his tongue inwardly, knowing that all of this was an act of Alex. However, he indeed couldn't ignore Jeanne as he maintained his silence not to show his weakness.
The same applied to the Blackwade Clan. They were waiting for Alex to open the meeting and wanted to end it immediately before the damage broke their heart.
"The Ancient Blue Family has known our presence here. I will ask for the current patriarch to let us enter their mansion to talk. I think he will be accompanied by the previous patriarch."
"It still won't help them from this checkmate." Manness snorted.
"Yeah. He should be able to choose which one is better when I heard how he rejected the Fire God Clan's proposal because the risk was too great. That's why I am confident in 'persuading' him. My only concern is his greed." Alex narrowed his eyes.
"True enough. Although the current patriarch still doesn't have much support, he should have grasped some power from the previous one. In other words, he can negotiate with us, but it won't be too high."
"Do you think a million Spirit Crystals can buy their loyalty?" Song Jiaoren asked.
"I don't know. It can be considered as a few decades' worth of revenue… But their family will be threatened by our presence the moment the Fire God Clan disappears… Probably with Snow White Mountain. After all, no one will be able to stop us later." Alex shook his head.
"How about the Heavenly Oath? If we can swear not to touch his influence, I think it won't have any problem." Manness stated his solution.
"No! I am going a bit further." Alex shook his head and waited for a few seconds before giving his own opinion. "I will promise them to disband the alliance and doesn't threaten any influences for a few decades to show them that our true targets are only the Fire God Clan and those who side with them."
"In that case, I think you might want to promise to stay neutral. Spirit Nest is always unknown for us, so if you stay neutral, there won't be a threat to any other influences." Song Jiaoren suggested before realizing what kind of absurd request he just made.
However, Alex thought this was a reasonable request. "Alright. If the war has finished, I will disband the alliance and stay silent unless they are bothering me."
"I agree with this solution. Our Blackwade Clan will follow your instruction," Song Ping stated as the patriarch. "However, I would like to request you one thing, Sir Alexander."
"!!!" Manness lifted his eyebrows, wondering if he misheard that the majestic Song Ping called Alex with Sir. He blinked a few times and realized it wasn't a dream, nor was he hallucinating. This would mean… Manness kept staring at him in this conversation.
Alex ignored his stare and nodded. "Since that is the case, please do tell me your request."
"Father!" Song Jiaoren wanted to stop him, but Song Ping felt if he said it at this particular time, it would be more valid than the one in Song Jiaoren's plan. So, he ignored his son and continued with his thought transmission. 'I wish for you to nominate my son to the Main Blackwade Clan.'
Alex didn't say anything as he had expected this. Still, he also felt troubled with the request because of the uncertainty of this matter.
After thinking for a while, Alex nodded and replied with a thought transmission. 'I will promise you that I will nominate him to the main clan. However, I can only nominate you when I actually arrive at that place, so you need to wait."
'We have prepared for it. Besides, I believe Sir Alex won't need too long.' Song Ping nodded and bowed his head again.
Meanwhile, Song Jiaoren didn't know whether this was a good idea or not. In the end, he accepted the shameless word that was attached to his back. Even though he couldn't listen to their conversation, Song Jiaoren already knew what kind of thing they talked about. "If you need anything, just call me. I will surely complete it."
Alex thought for a moment and sighed. "I understand. Just make sure that you are prepared to go there."
"Thank you for Master's word. It will remain on this one's heart." Song Jiaoren smiled and bowed.
'But you don't mind if I give your Blackwade Clan only ten percent of shares from both influences, right?' Alex asked.
'Yes. That is completely fine.' Song Ping had great expectations for his son. Even though ten percent was big, it couldn't be compared to the future of his son. Not only would he become a respectable God Rank Expert, but the wealth that could be brought to their family and other things were going to appear one after another.
Alex squinted his eyes for a few seconds, observing Song Ping's expression before nodding his head. "Alright. We have come to an agreement. As for Elder Manness, you are satisfied with the twenty percent of loot, right? You also didn't need to spend a single penny on this occasion."
Manness nodded.
"Good. We are going to meet at this place tomorrow morning before facing the Ancient Blue Family." Alex concluded the meeting with only a short session because he had been building up the relationship and plan for a few years already.
These three also had no objection and left the room before taking another glance at Jeanne's and Alex's scariness.
They wanted to ask about the fourth influence, but it seemed they had no need because they could sense two 10-Star Martial Saints aura coming from another room. They thought the first one would be Alex's backing while the other one came from the fourth influence. This misunderstanding allowed Alex to persuade them without saying anything.
The night soon came, and Rio, the current patriarch, had retired early. He was exhausted after dealing with so many matters, but he was stopped by a single letter in front of his door. He took the letter and saw something written on it.
"Tomorrow morning."
