Chapter 1023 - Ellie and Eliot

The next day, Alex finally arrived in front of the black hole leading to Encore.

Because the planet he stayed during cultivation was in the opposite direction, he needed to cover more distance than he expected.

[What are you doing here?]

"I am going back to Encore." Alex smiled. "I didn't tell you because I promised myself not to tell you, so yeah, I will be back."

He then went out of the room, took another look at the last room that he could enter, and left the world, returning to the original universe.

Alex sat down on the couch while his eyes kept glancing at the long suitcase on his table.

Noticing Alex's glance, Song Tao opened the case and took out a silver spear.

When he touched the spear's handle, it sent Divine Energy before two streams of light flew out of the spear, forming a human figure.

Their presence woke Eve up as she left the sword while saying, "You two have finally become like this."

The Spirit on the left side was a seven years old female. She had long silver hair and sharp silver eyes. She wore a white shirt paired with a white miniskirt, looking very cute.

On her side was a male at the same age as her. He had the same silver hair, but his was short and spiky. His eyes appeared gentler than his cool attitude that he showed to Alex. He also wore a white shirt but paired with long white pants. This guy would surely become an idol if he were back on Earth.

However, their expression became happy when they heard Eve's voice. Their gaze turned to Eve, but what they focused on was the one behind her, Alex.

They leaped toward him, resulting in Eve bending down to avoid them.

"Master!"

Alex was startled and abruptly caught them.

"You two…It's been so long since I last met you two. To think you are not a consciousness anymore, but a full-fledged Sword Spirit." Alex smiled.

"Hehe. It's all thanks to Big Sister!" The male smirked before glancing at Eve.

"That's right. Come on, Big Sister. You look cool when you are in front of Master, but you keep talking about him when you are with us!" The female repeatedly nodded while stretching her hand, asking Eve to come and hug together.

"Wha—" Eve's body shook as she became embarrassed. "I was happy because Master gave me the chance to travel around. I am his weapon, that's all!"

"Yes, yes. We know. But look at your expression, aren't you jealous because he treats us like his son and daughter. Your expression is saying so." The female smirked, yelling all the secrets out.

"I just admired Master. That's all. What Father? I don't know what that word means." Eve looked away.

The two exchanged looks and smiled while Alex patted their heads.

"By the way, I don't know your name yet," Alex asked the twins.

"We don't have one yet. We are waiting for Master to bestow the name." The male shook his head while the girl confirmed his statement.

Alex thought for a moment. "How about Ellie and Eliot?"

"Ellie?"

"Eliot?"

The twins looked at each other and nodded. "Yes!"

"From now on, I am Ellie."

"I am Eliot."

[You have grown up.]

'You mean my naming sense?' Alex twitched his eyebrows.

Alex sighed before turning to Song Tao. "I am sorry for making you wait."

"It's fine, it's fine. I have long wanted to see what kind of kids the past Spirit God would have, but that dream was never realized. This one was a feast for my eyes." Song Tao smiled. "Most people treat their weapons as tools, but you treat them like your children. Haha.

He looked at the nostalgic world that would become his house from now on.
