Alex then went toward the floor for the auction hall, albeit he simply followed Firia this whole time since she knew everything about this tower.
Surprisingly, they didn't enter any auction halls. Instead, they went to another room where they registered the things they wanted to auction.
The room was spacious since many Alchemists wanted to sell their things in an auction. However, depending on their advertisement, their pills would go unnoticed.
There was also luck involved since a big seller might put something good in the auction where the entire list of that particular auction would be benefited as well.
And this might happen because of Alex.
As for those who weren't lucky enough, if they gave up selling the items inside the Auction Hall, they simply went to another floor to exchange their things with other people. In other words, direct selling.
Most of the people who were spreading their items on the street were such people.
Alex looked at the irony and sighed. "What's a good time to auction it?"
"I believe it's around three days to a week before the competition starts. Not only will it prevent anyone who participates in the competition from using it because there's not enough time to refine the pill's efficacy, but the people, who want to watch the competition, have come as well.
"As you know, there are many influential people coming to this competition, simply seeking for a talented Alchemist they could groom. This competition was indeed good for such a thing.
"After that, if possible, they want to make a good connection with the top ten or top three since they mostly come from a major influence or have a good skill," Firia explained with a poker face, remembering how she was swarmed by people back then.
"Well, I'm not interested in doing that, so I guess we will put it on the third and second day before the competition. I am sure that the first one will bring so much hype, raising the second pill's price." Alex smiled.
"I am not good at this. Maybe you should ask Sherry about this. After all, she seems to have a talent in Business. Even Korzan praised her nonstop about her ability in this area. Maybe Eulja will become a business empire like the Blackwade Clan." She shrugged.
"Ahaha. It's fine. I am not trying to get that much. Twenty billion Spirit Crystals are enough for me." Alex smiled and stretched his hand. "Let's go."
Firia nodded and led the way to the counter.
"Excuse me." Firia ran to a counter that had no people lining up.
"Yes. How may I help you?" The receptionist politely asked and saw Firia's badge. In that instant, she knew that something good would be auctioned soon.
"I want to put pills in the auction. Can I set a date?"
"Of course." She nodded with a smile. "We have so many rooms, so Senior can choose any date you like."
"Alright. Then, I will choose the third day and second day before the competition. Is that alright?"
"Definitely. May I know what you would like to put in the auction?"
"Well, it's not mine." Firia shook her head while glancing at Alex.
The receptionist first thought that Alex was Firia's disciple, so she thought this must be a doting master. However, the moment she noticed the golden nine-pointed star badge on his chest that Firia asked him to put on, that thought completely vanished.
No doubt that these two were a couple. Just imagining a love between two Highest Rank Alchemists alone made her shudder. Her eyes then loitered to William, finding his strong cultivation, which was even stronger than Alex.
She was convinced that William was their bodyguard.
She lowered her head as if asking Alex once again but in a more polite way.
Alex took out a White Ash Pill, which soon got recognized by the receptionist. "This is White Ash Pill?!"
Alex didn't use the Sound Insulation Array this time because he wanted the others to hear it. They would soon spread this rumor, so that meant more free marketing.
"What?"
"Did she say White Ash Pill?"
"Someone is going to auction the White Ash Pill?"
"What quality?"
"When is the auction?"
The people became even more curious as Alex before William released a bit of his power, stopping them from bothering Alex.
Meanwhile, Alex asked, "So, can you put it in an auction?"
"Ehm… Please enter our VIP room first to discuss this. White Ash Pill is truly beyond my jurisdiction. I need to call an elder for this." She politely stretched her hand to guide Alex to another room, so no one could bother them.
The room seemed to be surrounded by an Array that prevented any interference from outside, so it was a pretty safe room to discuss something.
Alex and Firia took a seat while William stood behind them while the receptionist called an elder to process this situation.
"So, what should we do after this? Taking a stroll in the tower and outside stalls? If we don't find something good, we will just use the remaining time to train inside the Refining Room?" Alex asked.
"Yeah. Don't forget to sell the remaining White Ash Pill. I mean, we don't need it for the time being. And in ten years, Sister Lin Xingzhi could harvest the tree again. With our success rate, we won't waste any materials, allowing us to gain a good source of income."
"Indeed." Alex nodded and looked up. "Though I am curious about the competition. Will you tell me about it?"
When she was about to answer his question, an old man opened the door, entering the room with a serious expression.
He was also a Highest Rank Alchemist, so they were equal.
"Nice to meet you. My name is Ethan. I will be handling your White Ash Pill."
"There are two." Alex smiled and put out the second White Ash Pill, showing it to him.
"That… That appearance… It's a Perfect Purity White Ash Pill!" Ethan drew a gasp and looked at Alex. For such a young Alchemist, he had the ability to refine two Perfect Purity White Ash Pills?
However, when she recognized Firia next to Alex, he somehow understood how it could happen. Firia's talent was already recognized by so many people as one of the youngest respected Alchemists. That Sacrificial Fire of her had truly brought such an impact to the entire Pill World.
If these two were a couple, he could imagine how these two made such pills.
He then cupped his hand and asked, "Then may I know what you want to request? Such as the date, the treatment, and other things."
"I don't have many demands. I just want the pills to be sold on the second and third days before the competition. After that, I would like to pay the advertisement service," answered Firia, acting as Alex's secretary.
"I understand. The date can be arranged. However, what kind of advertisement service? We provide—"
Before he finished, Firia cut in with a smile. "The highest one. I want the tower to broadcast it to the people inside this tower."
The elder thought for a moment before explaining. "Are you sure? This requires one billion Spirit Crystals per shout-out. After all, using this advertisement means we are putting our credibility on the line. There is also a chance that we're annoying our customers."
Alex could understand such a price. With so many influences coming to this place, if an elder abuses their right as an elder of this tower, many will complain. The Pill Tower surely can't hold against so many influences, so they need to be careful.
"Well, we have past experiences you see. To take revenge, he spent all his money just to insult a person. The elder who allowed such a thing to happen had also been banned. That's why unless it's something important, we rarely use it. Of course, I can guarantee you that your White Ash Pills are qualified to do that." The elder assured him with a smile.
Alex thought for a moment and nodded. "Sure. Just tell them we are holding an auction for White Ash Pills along with the date. I won't be observing the auction, so if everything's solved, can the money be delivered to my room?"
"Of course. We will ensure its safety as well."
"That's good." Alex nodded before taking out a Space Ring.
Suddenly, the elder declined it by saying, "Ah, you don't need to. Since we have taken custody of your White Ash Pills, we can subtract the cost of the advertisement from the pills revenue. At the same time, you're not allowed to withdraw the pills."
"It's a long time, you know." Alex narrowed his eyes.
"Of course. There is a contract specifically for it and it's been recognized by many. So, if something happens, we will compensate for it. If we don't do something like that, you certainly have the right to make a fuss about it outside, breaking our reputation. Of course, offending Eulja is the last thing we want to do." The elder smiled while glancing at Firia.
Alex thought for a moment and turned his head, asking Firia's opinion.
After he got a nod from her, he handed the pills to him.
The elder then took out the two contracts, one for him and one for the Pill Tower.
He read it once and agreed to the terms. They used a drop of their blood to sign the contract since this was the best choice other than the Universal Oath.
"Then, I will be leaving these two pills on you." Alex smiled and stretched his hand.
"The pleasure is mine." He shook Alex's hand.
Of course, Alex didn't forget to check the entire thing with his Spirit Eyes. If someone dared to cheat him of his White Ash Pills, he didn't mind bringing Eulja Army here. At the same time, they would be terrorized by the Godly Pure Fire.
The Pill Tower surely couldn't operate with such a suppression.
He then rose from the seat and left the room.
"William?" Alex asked after putting a Sound Insulation Array.
"I have gotten everything, Your Majesty." William gave a thumb up as he recorded everything with the Memory Crystal.
"Alright. Hopefully, they are not fools." Alex shrugged and smiled. "Let's go outside then."
The two agreed as Firia eagerly led him outside the tower. Although it was to search for something useful to Alex or his wives, Firia considered it as a date with him.
Unfortunately, Alex couldn't find something that piqued his interest and returned to the Auction Floor to sell the third pill.
Firia also agreed to that choice since all his wives, who had Fire Element, had benefited from the White Ash Pill.
Since the world was about to turn dark, they returned to the room and took a rest.
