9 Raid Chapter 8

Tyler immediately browse the whole shop. He first check out the weapons in the shop and saw various weapons with different rarity. His eyes fixed on a magical sword. The sword structure was strange, the handle of the sword have an eye and it's looking at Tyler, Tyler felt a little shiver when the sword look at him. He then checks on how much the sword is.

'WTF! 1,000 gold just for a sword?' Tyler scream into his mind.

Tyler continue to browse the shop but nothing catch his interest. Tyler next explore the Armor and it shows different rarity of armors. Tyler notice that he wasn't wearing any armor and decided to craft one later. Tyler ignore the class and job selection and close the shop.

"So does something catch your interest?" Zack asked after he Tyler finish browsing the shop.

"I do, but i don't have enough gold to bought it." Tyler shrugged.

"So does close the de--" Zack didn't finish his word when someone open the metal door loudly open it.

"What's the rush?" Zack ask.

"Monsters raiding our base" The guy on the door said.

"What!? Get all the men that can fight!" Zack shouted and all of the men started to move.

"Im sorry but we'll temporarily stop the deal because of this problem."

"Is this the first time you got raid?" Tyler ask

"Yes and honestly speaking. I don't know what to do." Zack said in a worry tone.

Zack run through the place where monster were raiding and saw that his mens were blocking the front door and windows. Zack hurriedly run and help his fellow to block the monster that is trying to get in. Tyler observe the place and notice that 1 double door that blocking the monster to get in. Tyler also notice almost all of the people were panicking and seems don't know what to do.

'If this is a game, what would i do?' Tyler thought to himself.

Suddenly a idea came out of his mind. Tyler equip his Wolf fang spear and goes straight to the front door.

"Open the door on my signal." Tyler shouted. Everyone look at him like they were saying 'what are you talking about?'

"Do it!" Zack shouted.

The men who were holding the door slowly open it and the monsters excitedly run inside, but once were inside, monster met the blade of Tyler spear and quickly die.

"Close it!" Tyler shouted again and the door closed

"What are you planning?" Zack asked while the door shut.

"One by one i'll decrease their number until no one is left. I'll also teach you how to reach this kind of power" Tyler explained and he commanded again to open the door and 2 monster came inside without knowing what leads them.

Tyler look closely at the monster and realize that it has a humanoid shape. Tyler use his skill observe and look at its status.

Goblin

Health: 250

Mana: 10

Attack 150

Critical chance: 0%

Speed: 50

Defense: 25

Magic defense: 0

Skills: None

Tyler now see why it has humanoid shape. Tyler charge with his spear and stab the goblin direct into its eye and died. Then the last goblin attack him with its knife but Tyler was so fast that he can see the goblin attack in slow motion. He dodge it and counter attack it by cutting its whole arm he next targeted the next arm and both of its leg. Tyler successfully cut all of the limbs of the goblin and immobilize it without killing it.

"Now finish it off Zack!" Tyler shouted and Zack didn't think twice and use his sword and stab the goblin in its head and dies.

"Did you level up?" Tyler ask after Zack kill the immobilize goblin.

"I haven't yet" Tyler use his observe skill on Zack and he didn't lie.

"Okay once more!"Tyler shouted and they slowly open the door, surprisingly 5 goblins came in and the men holding the door get attack. They didn't die but it injure their arms or legs preventing them to close the door.

Tyler curse as he saw the goblins were rushing in the front door. Zack quickly make his own way to the door but end up getting damage by those goblins while other men started fighting those goblins at their sight.

"This is bad!" Zack said.

"Zack, close the door, I'll support you." Zack nodded in response he also recruited some of his men to join him.

Tyler started to kill the goblins and make a way through the door. The men who were on the door were just a minute ago were slaughtered by goblins. Tyler didn't mind it and started killing any goblins who cross his sight. Zack and the other manage to get to the door and successfully close it.

"Good job, but the problem is the one that get in." Tyler look at the goblin that enter the base, estimated 30 goblins manage to get in. The other men on the main hall were now blocking them off, but Tyler knew that they wouldn't hold off.

"Zack follow me" Tyler commanded Zack and he obey it. Zack leave his men blocking the door to prevent more goblins to get in.

"I'll teach you how to kill them."
