Chapter 28 Attend a Cocktail Party

Walking out of the coffee shop, Qiao Ning called Chen Heng.

Chen Heng was reporting to work in Li Chengyan's office when his phone suddenly rang. She picked it up and wanted to hang up, but she hesitated after taking a look.

Li Chengyan frowned. He didn't like to be disturbed at work the most. Just as he was about to scold Chen Heng, Chen Heng took a step ahead of him and said, "Mr. Li, it's Miss Qiao on the phone."

Li Chengyan was stunned and said quickly, "Answer it."

Chen Heng smiled and nodded. He immediately pressed the answer button and said to Qiao Ning, "Hello, Miss Qiao. This is Chen Heng."

"Assistant Chen, can I trouble you to make an appointment with Mr. Li? I have something to talk to him about." Qiao Ning said nervously.

She was not sure if li chengyan would hate her the last time she spoke to Li Chengyan like that.

"This... Please wait a moment." Chen Heng covered his phone and said to Li Chengyan, "Mr. Li, Miss Qiao wants to meet you and say he has something to talk to you."

Li Chengyan was stunned, and a happy expression flashed across his face.

But when she thought of Qiao Ning's dislike of him, she felt indignant again.

"Tell her that I don't have time recently. By the way, tell her that I'm going to a cocktail party tonight and will fly to the united states tomorrow morning to discuss business. I won't be back for at least a month," Li Chengyan told chen heng.

Chen Heng understood, nodded quickly, took the phone back to his ear and said to Qiao Ning, "Miss Qiao, I'm really sorry. Mr. Li is flying to the united states early tomorrow morning. It may take a month to come back. He doesn't have time in the near future."

"Yes, but... Mr. Li is attending a cocktail party tonight." Chen Heng gently reminded him.

Chen Heng smiled and said, "I'll send you the address right away."

She looked familiar with the villa and immediately called the manager to ask him.
