After she got into her car, she sat glumly in the backseat.

Jiaojiao smiled. “When did you rest last night? You don’t look well.”

“…”

She was busy the whole night. Of course she didn’t have a good rest.

Yan Su sunk further into her seat. She couldn’t tell her assistant about what exactly had happened.

She decided to post a question on an anonymous forum. ‘If you get drunk and you accidentally sleep with a man younger than you, what would you do? The context is that the guy hates you. Should you be honest or should you run?’

After she posted it, there were many replies.

@doudoudou, ‘It will depend if he’s handsome or ugly. If he’s handsome, I’m going to make him take responsibility. I would run if he is ugly.”

@ihaveadream, “Sis, you are so blessed. I want to sleep with a younger guy too.”

@peachy, “I think you should let him know the truth. Imagine waking up not knowing who you had slept with; that would be incredibly frustrating. If it was his first time, he would probably want to know the truth.”

@momoda, “What’s there to consider? You should just tell him the truth. Either he takes responsibility or not.”

@legendarycouple, “If he’s good looking, tell him. You can be friends with benefits.”

There were all sorts of replies.

Yan Su was speechless reading everyone’s input. She had finally witnessed how wild netizens could be.

Most of the comments stated that their choice would be determined by how good-looking the man was.

What was the point of good looks if he had such a lousy personality?

She had no interest in Mo Liuxi. She had made a mistake when she was feeling vulnerable and utterly drunk last night.

She sighed lightly.

Should she go and clarify things when she was done with her errands? Would he make her take responsibility?

Probably not.

He might just berate her. He couldn’t possibly punch her or might make her pay with her body?

Yan Su shuddered in fear. The more she thought about it, the more her legs shook.

She sighed again.

After reaching Hainan, she did a shoot for two consecutive days. The shoot was for her new music video, so she had no time to buy medication at all.

On Monday evening, she went back to her apartment and dragged her suitcase out from the elevator. After fishing for her apartment keys, she looked at Mo Liuxi’s door and hesitated about heading over and telling him the truth.

After debating for a long time, his door suddenly opened and An Ning walked out.

Yan Su was stunned. “You…”

“Senior, you stay here?” An Ning was even more shocked than she was.

Yan Su nodded her head. “I used to stay with Luosang but she moved out after she got married. I’m staying here alone now, but I’ll be moving out next year as well. Please don’t tell anyone about this.”

An Ning nodded her head. Mo Liuxi probably wanted to stay near Luosang when he decided to stay here.

She envied Yan Su but thank goodness she was three years older than Mo Liuxi. Yan Su was always away for events as well, so she wasn’t too worried, “Don’t worry, I won’t,” she told Yan Su.

Yan Su opened the door to her own apartment and looked over at An Ning curiously. “You two…”

An Ning looked shy. “We’re dating each other.”

Yan Su blinked a few times before she could react, “Oh…” She was a little stunned, as she never heard about the two of them before.

She recalled how An Ning was circling Mo Liuxi during the party. Did she become a third party? Did she sleep with someone else’s boyfriend?

Yan Su’s heart was pounding, “Um… how long have you been together for?”

An Ning thought that she didn’t mind sharing since Yan Su was Luosang’s good friend. “Not long. Senior, do you know how to cook porridge? Liuxi isn’t feeling well today and he wants to have some porridge. I wasn’t able to cook any for him, so I was just planning to go downstairs to buy some. But I still want to cook something.”

“Oh… I do know how to…” Yan Su took some time to respond to her. “Give me a moment to drop off my things.”

“Thanks Senior.” An Ning bowed to her gratefully.

Back in her room, Yan Su tried to make sense of the situation. She had slept with someone else’s boyfriend and she nearly went over to tell them the truth.

She would be beaten up if she did.

Suddenly, Yan Su was overwhelmed with guilt and felt especially bad towards An Ning. She decided to keep it as a secret forever, just in case it affected their relationship.

After all, she was three years older than Mo Liuxi. She could never get into a relationship with a younger man. An Ning was much more suitable for him in terms of looks and age.

Of course, Mo Liuxi liked her as well.

After she concluded to herself, she decided not to dwell on what had happened that night. She changed into something more comfortable and walked over next door.

She could tell that An Ning really wasn’t good at cooking. The kitchen was in a mess and the pots were burnt.

“Where’s Mo Liuxi?” Yan Su asked. “Has he taken his medications?”

“Yeah, he did. He’s resting in his room. He’s running a fever and his limbs are weak,” An Ning said.

Yan Su nodded her head. It was no trouble for her to cook some porridge.

There weren’t any other ingredients at home so she made some minced meat porridge. When An Ning passed her the salt, Yan Su was shocked to see wounds on her hands, “Your hands…”

“I cut them when I was trying to chop the meat,” An Ning said.

Yan Su looked at her slender fingers. She looked like she never had to do household chores in her life. She had an older sister, so she was probably doted on by everyone back at home.

“I have plasters at home. I’ll get you one later,” Yan Su said.

Ten minutes later, Yan Su had made a bowl of porridge. “You can bring this to him. I’m going to leave now.”

After Yan Su left, An Ning carried the porridge to the bedroom. Mo Liuxi was groggy as she woke him up gently. “Senior, the porridge is ready.”

Mo Liuxi opened his eyes. He didn’t have an appetite but he forced himself to take a few bites when he saw the platter in her hands. Unexpectedly, the porridge was delicious.

There were slices of ginger in it and his stomach felt comfortable.

“How’s the taste?’ An Ning asked tentatively.

“Hmm,” Mo Liuxi answered coldly as he finished the entire bowl.

An Ning was relieved. Although he didn’t tell her, she could tell it suited his taste.

“I’m ok now, so you can go home.” Mo Liuxi laid back down in his bed.

He was overly anxious and frustrated over these past few days. He had also caught a cold from that night in the hotel, but only started running a fever today.

“Senior, I’m worried about you. Why don’t I…”

“An Ning, thank you for making me porridge, but I’m not comfortable with letting a girl sleep over.” Mo Liuxi rejected her quickly. He wasn’t feeling well and he was not in the mood to handle her.

“All right, I won’t disturb you then. I’ll bring you breakfast tomorrow morning at school.” An Ning tucked him in before leaving.
