Chapter 148 - Hong'er (1)

As he flew towards the Cloud's End Cliff, Yun Long realised that the devil half of the daughter of the Evil God that resided below there would only react to things related to three people, the Evil God, or his profound veins, the Heaven Smiting Devil Emperor, or her devil origin, and finally is the other half of her soul, the god half of her soul.

Realising his mistake, he then approached Xisu who was calmly sitting in a lotus pose within Vimana.

"Like I was saying previously, I need you to sense a Profound Ark… even though it is weakened it is without a doubt the greatest Profound Ark in the known Primal Chaos… it should be hovering around sixty thousand kilometres above the ground level of this planet, it should not be that hard for you to sense"

'Well Vimana is not known within the Primal Chaos… and there is a good chance that it just is not within this planet… which would ruin the chances of my plan working… but it was lacking in power so I doubt it could move such great distances within a decade…' Yun Long thought internally as a slight frown appeared on his face.

Xisu however managed to change his frown upside down as he just grabbed his arms and Yun Long found himself at the doors of the Primordial Profound Ark.

Summoning the World-Piercer, he created a temporary gate on the outer surface of the Primordial Profound Ark to pass through the ark since the doors only opened with the sequence placed by the current owner.

Xisu and Yun Long passed through as the distortion of space on the surface restored as Yun Long then looked at Xisu once more.

"There should be a city around here, however it is surrounded by a dark blue wall that extends out of the view of ones eye, try to locate where the stone door located is, if you want specific details it should be three hundred metres tall and wide… however there is a good chance we can only find it if the owner wishes to see us…"

'Hmm… since the owner should possess enough power to see exactly what occurs inside this profound ark…"

Yun Long then shouted to the surprise of Xisu "Spirit of the Sword Spirit God Clan… if you wish for me to save your Young Missy, hurry up and appear before this Young Master!" Yun Long shouted as he released the aura of the Sky Poison Pearl's purification from his left hand.

As his voice lingered in the distance, before Yun Long and Xisu's vision, three hundred metres in front of them appeared the same majestic wall that appeared previously, with the door being opened already.

Yun Long then proceeded to walk through, as he arrived in a hall that's length was immeasurable, a stone door appearing every sixty odd metres, but Yun Long only cared for the person that was at the end of the hall.

After a few minutes they arrived at a huge round stage, around thirty metres tall and three hundred metres wide.

Yun Long carried on walking until he found the flickering red glow within the crack of the round stage "Xisu, create a hole in the stage where that Red Glow is, then you can return to Vimana before we head to one more location"

Xisu just followed his orders as usual before he disappeared from his sight, Yun Long hopped down the gap and fell only around 6 metres, and turned around to see a ball of light that was slightly larger than him, and a hoarse voice appeared within the crevice.

"Who… are… you…"

"How… do… you… know… of… this… place"

"Because, your little mistress is my master's daughter, of course I know of her current predicament, just lead me to her and I will accomplish your final wish, lingering spirit of the Sword Spirit God Clan" Yun Long said in a tranquil tone.

"Daughter… impossible… she is the daughter of our… patriarch"

"Heh… you do not truly believe you will fool me with that will you now? How could she be his daughter when she is not even a person of your race, which explains her sword form…" Yun Long said cheekily, but remembered this lingering spirit was on its lasting on threads, he just changed his tune to a serious one.

"I only wish to complete your wish and take Wanhu out of here, will you trust me?"

Looking at Yun Long's eyes, the lingering spirit just sighed "If you ever harm my little mistress… even as a ghost I will exterminate you…"

"Mn… if I harm her, I would beat myself senseless before you can try, elder…"

As her spirit disappeared, the red ball of light cracked as it then turned into countless shards of red like petals, before it disappeared and the coffin holding the daughter of the Evil God appeared.

Looking into the Coffin of Eternity, Yun Long finally saw the appearance of Ling Wanhu…

She was a girl similar of his age… she had a petite body and she lied in the coffin as a true dead person, her hands folded on her ċhėst.

Her long ruby red hair sparkled as it reached her waist. But Yun Long paid attention to the heaven defying beauty of her face… even though she was a child and held that usual immaturity, her face could easily be the picture attached to the word perfection.

She had creamy skin as her little nose pointed upwards, her soft lips had a slight curve as if she was always smiling, and her red eyelashes stood out on her face.

Everything about this little girl was red, from her hairs, to the imperial robe she wore, to the ruby princess shoes and the bangles on her wrist and ankles which reminded Yun Long of his mother who always loved to ask him about his opinion on the bangles she would always buy.

Opening the coffin, a black fog instantly enveloped the airspace as Yun Long had fully activated the Sky Poison Purification within his left hand and placed it on the little girls' ċhėst whilst combining it with his origin energy to improve its potency.

Her red eyelashes started to flutter as Yun Long witnessed ruby eyes that had been created from the very essence of the Heavens themselves.

After sitting up, she looked at Yun Long, and noticing him just looking at her with a gentle smile, she just said the first thing that popped into her mind.

"Wow… Hello handsome big brother"

Hearing her, Yun Long just broke down and went over as he wrapped her in a bear hug. "Finally, someone finally had comprehended that this Young Master is not beautiful, but is the most handsome" he said with fake tears running down his face.

"Waaaa… Big Brother… you cannot eat me okay… stop warming me up already!" said the tsundere little girl.

"But I want Big Brother to carry me out this coffin, so I will let you hug me once more" she said with a cute face, her bubbly cheeks as rosy as her ruby eyes.

Smiling at her antics, Yun Long then just lifted her out the coffin, as she began to stretch and began to look around curiously.

*Growl*

Looking at Yun Long pitifully, she just asked him "Big Brother… my stomach hurts from how hungry I am… bring me some food!"

"Come and sit-down little girl, a young lady has to have good table manners now" Yun Long said with a mischievous smile.

The little girls' eyes sparkled even greater as she quickly sat down, before snatching the sword and chomping it down in a few bites.

"Hehe… thanks Big Brother… but stop calling me little girl, I am a young beauty!" she requested forcefully.

"Hmm… then what is your name?" Yun Long asked in amusement.

"Umm… I don't remember, I don't remember anything Big Brother" the little girl tried to think by putting on a cute thinking pose but she still could not remember.

"Then do you want me to give you your new name?" Yun Long asked knowing she would agree.

"Wahhh… really Big Brother! You have to think of a great name for a super beauty like me!" the little girl became super excited at the thought.

"Since your whole being resembles red, I will grant you my surname, from now on your name will be Hong'er… Yun Hong'er" Yun Long said trying to act as cool as possible.

'Kukuku, take that reverse Bond…' were his actual childish thoughts.

"Hong'er, since you share my surname, I wish to become truly close with one another, but I changed my mind and will only do the lesser binding until you become more aware of relations, or do you trust that Big Brother will never do anything to harm you and do the best binding?"

As he questioned her, he placed his finger on her forehead as he transmitted the knowledge of the Spirit God Soul Binding to her.

"Woooowww… Big Brother, with this does that mean I can always play with Big Brother all the time, and eat delicious food all the time?!"

Yun Long just nodded, so Hong'er just smiled happily and just agreed to do so.

Unlike many of his future women, Hong'er was actually a spirit sword, so she will actually become directly connected to him just like Yuehai and Est.

Once they finished the Soul Binding, Yun Long took Hong'er out to walk around the Primordial Profound Ark to play for a little while.
