Chapter 203 - Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign (2)

Hearing his obnoxious taunt, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign howled in rage as his transformation finally finished.

Since his current form was his final trump card, but the Moon Devil Slaughter Sovereign was still recovering from the sealing the Evil God placed on him, so the transformation that would have not cost him anything in the past, took much longer than an instant, and had severely cost him a large of time to restore, another thousand years he would have saved if he had not met Yun Long today.

Yun Long felt his power and it easily reached the peak of the mortal way, which made him happy, the one thing he seriously lacked was battle experience, he had either two options, annihilate or be annihilated, no one was on his level playing field when it came to his total battle power, but he was not on the playing field when it came to his actual cultivation strength, but now he had the ability of using Soul Profound energy, he would let this dying King be the first to experience the arts of the Sacred Spirit God, he had to give the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign a gift him on his way out after all, he would be taking a lot from him to not return some of the boon he would receive...

Said Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, was looking at Yun Long with an overflowing hatred, and the icy fury in his eyes consumed him, summarising it into one thought, he muttered one word.

"Die…"

Rising to the skies, the ground shook as the wind pressure rose when he shot into the air, as Yun Long just witnessed him slowly rise into the air as the devil energy formed around him.

Yun Long closed his eyes as he transformed into his Primordial Azure Dragon form, slightly startling the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, but not enough to prevent his momentum, his dark energy claw attack moved towards Yun Long with bad intentions.

*Rip* *Ding*

The claws of the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign slashed against Yun Long's ċhėst, but a strange white light had emerged from under the jumper that the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign had slashed off him.

Alarmed that his attack did nothing to him when he did not even defend, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign rose into the air as his pupils enlarged, letting out a furious roar, he raised his bone arms, they began to pulsate and become even more thicker.

Yun Long just sighed when he looked down to see the damage dealt by that devil claw,"Haiii… why do all my favourite clothes get damaged…"

That did not mean his insides were safe though, just before his body could not be destroyed, it still was a weak point in his arsenal, which is why he condensed the soul dome around his body, his Primordial Azure Dragon form was bathed in a constant golden white barrier that was even more pronounced within the darkness of the Moon Slaughter Devil Nest.

'Hong'er… you can go back now'

In the split second that the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign started to gain more power in the air, Yun Long sent Hong'er back, since he wanted to finally test out Est's sword ability, and he could tell that she was angry right now… but he did not know if it was due to this Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, or the fact that he had used Hong'er to fight instead of her.

'Est come out' Yun Long said as she appeared within the Moon Slaughter Devil Nest.

Stunned at the presence of another person, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign said "Who are you?!" as his pupils radiated in a hellish light "Impossible… how can another god still exist in this world!!!" he said with apprehension, his killing intent flooded the area.

Yun Long and Est ignored him, he held her hands, saying a chant that the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign could not understand.

"Dispassionate Sacred Sword Goddess,"

"Sacred Destroyer of Evil,"

"Now become my Sacred Sword,"

"And become my Power!"

A blinding light engulfed Est, before a white and blue, one-handed longsword appeared in Yun Long's right hand.

He had been comprehending how to use soul energy with Est, and could only adapt his soul energy to the first five stages of the Sacred Sword Style, as the forbidden arts are directly used from his profound strength, unlike the intent that was required for the basic stages.

As he and Est were chanting, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign felt an enormous fear and wildly launched attacks at the duo, but Yun Long used Moon Splitting Cascade to avoid his attacks.

'*Boom*

The previous attack of the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign left a dome on the floor and Yun Long looked down onto it as if he were on the top stands of a gladiator arena, smiling coldly, he circulated his soul energy as the figure of Est appeared behind him

Raising his right arm, the figure attached itself to the Sacred Sword, Yun Long then slashed towards the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign who bȧrėly dodged him in time, only to see his attack travel into the distance as it almost shattered the barrier.

"Hehe… hahaha… Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, it seems that this Young Master's attacks will destroy this sanctuary… a few more and this dome will shatter… I wonder how you will react to the light then… oh mighty King… let us see shall we?!" Yun Long said as he kept sending slashes towards the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign who heard his words and did not believe his attacks could do achieve such a feat.

*Crack*

A crack resounded in the Moon Slaughter Devil Nest as the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign looked towards the dome and noticed a spider-web crack that had surfaced on the dome, realising he had underestimated this worms' attacks, he roared in rage as he ran right towards Yun Long for a final confrontation.

The Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign's hair fluttered as it stood on its ends, the blood moon imprint on his boned ċhėst shone in a frightening crimson black light, as the devil tattoos on his body shined a bright, bloody light.

"AAAHHHHH!!!"

The dark devil energy had paused for a second, as if the time in the place had stopped progressing, until the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign let out a furious howl as he gathered all the dark devil energy to form a devil god avatar, which started to swallow everything inside the Devil Dome.

"Eternal Night's Oblivion!"

As it brought Yun Long inside of it, and just as he was about to be swallowed, he fiercely opened his eyes, the sword intent condensed around the Sacred Sword, Yun Long thrusted right through the domain until he reached the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign that was resting within the Devil God avatar, and pierced his body, the devil blood spurted from his body like a broken fountain.

The Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign coughed blood as he looked at Yun Long in fear and hatred, so Yun Long just smiled at him.

"Before you pass… I may as well tell you one thing… I am the successor of the Evil God, and I am also his Son-in-Law… so know that your demise eventually came from the Evil God…" Yun Long said as he spun around with the sword in his body, which led to him severing his body into two halves.

"Heeheee… haha… hahahaha" the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign laughed crazily as his words had made him lose his sanity, to think the worm was in fact that damn Evil God's successor.

Even though his body was separated, with his Devil Origin, he was still able to communicate as he faded away from existence, his laugh was filled with the resentment that covered the Moon Slaughter Devil Nest.

"AHHH! DAMN EVIL GOD!!!"

His body immobile, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign's soul just cried out in pain.

"Why!!! Why play with me all these years!!!"

"Because you are too arrogant… if you obediently became my slave you would not of had to wait another year to regain your power… and yet this is the path you chose…" Yun Long said as he froze his bottom half of the body with the Ice Profound Energy of his lovely Bing'er, walking towards the top half to do the same.

Hearing his mocking words, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign just laughed in an odd manner, his right arm shone, a jet-black orb appeared on the arm, before it rapidly flew into Yun Long's body, submerging itself within his Dantian.

But as soon as it passed through his body, Yun Long smiled abnormally, as it was just the moment he was waiting for, the reason he told him about his relation to the Evil God was just for this action right here.

Unlike the pain the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign expected to see, he noticed Yun Long was fine.

"Why… why are you fine!?" the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign roars were fading with each word.

"Hmph… I must thank you… Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign… even though I cannot fully obtain the benefit that you gifted me… albeit unintentionally… one day I will be able to free use your power…"

Hearing his words, the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign just laughed pitifully, but as his laugh faded into existence, as Yun Long froze his remains and the end of the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, a peak King True Devil, had left the Primal Chaos forever...

"Now then… I should go and retrieve that whilst I am here…" Yun Long said in a mysterious manner as an ice-cold smile appeared on his face.
