Lucien had a lot to do this summer. His ultimate goal was to fuċk shit up. Nokby had put a plan in place last summer. So far Lucien had ultimate control of the European underworld. he beat anyone who tried to swoop in and take the open market. Ordered the massacres of entire families. Now it was time to put the nail in the coffin.

Letters had been sent out to some of the biggest bosses in the world. Sorcerers, witches, magical creatures and even Muggles that had found their way into the wizarding world for magical back up to corner the market in their perspective muggle territories.

The Small kingdom had finished construction and Lucien was now planning on gradually acquiring everything to the west of the sound of Mull. Whilst the Elves had completed transcribing as much knowledge as they could without the need for permission from the Royals of their Tribes. The Research and Development that Lucien had ordered finally began.

At the beginning of Lucien's second year at Hogwarts, he wrote a letter and sent it to the Queen of England, along with an Immortal Elixir. The Bennett Dubois family had enough land to meet the standard of a Duchy hence Dorothea Bennett's status as Duchess, However, She was the only 'English' Duchess that was not in the line of succession. That had changed a week before Lucien ordered the reveal of the Kingdom of Mull. Two months after that, she had begun to gradually cut off alliances, starting with small world countries. Finally, she began talks to acquire the northern kingdoms.

Salazar's ancestors were those evolved beast specifically the Basilisk and Hydra.
