(Third pov)

"Hei Lorky! What are you doing?"  Lauren asked Lork from over his bed

"How many times do I have to told you to stop calling me Lorky" the later growled at him "and for your information I'm doing my homework, as what your supposed to do too"

"Ehh…" Lauren pussed his body up to sit up and his face darted to where Lork was, he cried "do I have too?"

"Yes"

An devilish smirk crept on Lauren's face "Sadly for you, I already finished it!" He sticks his tongue out

*Crack*

'Why this little…' Lork frowned, eyebrows twitching slightly.

*Ding dong* The bell rang

"You go get it--

*Snore~* "...I'm sleeping…" *Snore~*

*Crack**Snap* the wooden pencil that was cracked was now snapped into two halves. 'How more obvious can you get?' he thought

"--Nevermind I'll just get it myself." He muttered to himself angrily

He closed the book that was on his table and threw away the pencil- or what was the remaining of it, to the trash bin. He went towards the door and then downstairs to the front door.

*Ding dong*

"Yes, yes I'm coming!" Lork shouted a bit, rummaging the key holder to find the right one.

*Click*

The door opened, revealing an elderly woman around her late fifties. Her grey hair was pulled up to a loose bun on top of her head, grey eyes and a warm smile fixed on her face. There was no mistake, she is

"Mrs. Flickchered!" Lork smiled wider than ever

"Hello dear" she said, ruffling Lork's head to a mess "I brought apple pie for you and Lauren dear, fresh out of the oven"

"Do you need help?" Lork asked after he saw the tray that Mrs. Flickchered was holding with one hand. Wondering how an old woman like herself was even able to hold it.

"Yes, thank you dear" she handed the tray to Lork. He stepped aside letting Mrs. Flickchered to get in before he closed the door and followed her to the kitchen.

Arriving at the kitchen. Lork put down the tray and immediately went to take the plates, the forks and a knife to cut the Pie with.

"Hiya Mrs. Flickchered!" Lauren greeted her, all smiles on his face "what did you bring today?"

Lork eyes darted to where the blond was and glared at him. 'I wouldn't mind even if you would just pretend to be a sleep for the next hour' he thought to himself again 'means more pie for me'.

"Apple pie, A recipe from a friend of mine" she said "She's a great cook!"

"Oh lucky!"

He sat down to one of the seats. Lork reluctantly sliced a slice and put a plate in front of Lauren. And with a clatter sounded from a table, it signaled him that a plate was already sitting in front of him with a slice of the apple pie. He took the slice with his bare hands and stared consuming it with a blissed expression on his face.

Meanwhile Lork still was glaring at him with squinted eyes, but his demeanor changes almost instantly when a slice of the delicious apple pie entered his mouth-- He stopped.

'The taste,' he thought 'It tasted familiar…'

But he continued eating it, nonetheless. It was, after all, delicious.

"So, where did those two went off this time?" Mrs. Flickchered suddenly asked the two brothers, putting down the fork to the now empty plate.

Lauren stopped munching and Lork freezed, but answered it anyway "Their friends house"

"Again?"

"Again"

"How long?"

"It's been more than six months" this time Lauren answered

Just when the air around the room started to drop. Mrs. Flickchered let out a pretty loud sigh, for an old lady, and leaned back to the chair.

"Honestly, They've been going off more than they spent their time in this house lately." She eyes the two brothers with concern "Are you two sure you don't want to just stay with me the rest of this summer?"

Lauren shook his head left and right before answering her, "It's okay Mrs. We can always call you if we needed any help" then proceed to finish off the slice that was in his hands, returning to his previous demeanor.

Frowning, Lork blurted out few sentences in mumbles before he returned to finish his slice.

*Kriiing* This time the mail receiver sounded

"Lorky--

"Yeah yeah, I'm on it" Lork stood up, as he didn't want to deal with any of Lauren 'Antics' when he was told to get the door, get the mail or anything of the like. Lork went towards the front door and strolled outside taking out two mails from the the receiver.

The envelope of the mail was a bit Yellowish with a weirdly written address on each of it. It shows the following,

'Mr. L. Khornelious'

'First room on Second floor'

'16. Hereford'

'Kingston'

'Surrey'

Lork knitted his brows together for a bit, then he look at the other Letter.

'Mr. L. Glinderlyn'

'First room on Second floor'

'16. Hereford'

'Kingston'

'Surrey'

It was the same, only with a difference on the name part. 'Is this a joke?' he scoffed 'they got the address right, but the surname wrong'

Going back to the house again, he closed the door behind him and entered the kitchen where Lauren and Mrs. Flickchered we're laughing at, probably, one of Lauren's weird puns.

"Took you long enough" Lauren ask after he catches his breath "So what's the letter about?"

"Probably just some prank those gits--

"Language" Mrs. Flickchered reminded

"Er.., ehem-- those pranksters, pulled" Lork corrected his sentence

Interested, Lauren also leaned to the backseat of the chair, crossed both of his arms to his chest and smirked knowingly  "So what's in it this time?"

Lork also had a smirk on his face, opening his letter, he began to read it out loud.

"HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT AND WIZARDRY

Headmaster. ALBUS DUMBLEDORE

(Order of Merlin, First class, Grand Sorc, Chief Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed, of Wizards)

Yours sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall, Deputy headmistress."

There was a slight silence

"And the other one?" Lauren asked Lork, a bit mumbling

Lork open the next one and said it casually "same, just different name"

After he finished, he saw Lauren and Mrs. Flickchered frozed on their spot with wide eyes. Getting the wrong idea, Lork snorted "Yeah, yeah I know, their pranks are becoming more and more unbelievable. They even got the name wrong!"

Still silence.

"Em… did I said something wrong or..?-- Oof" Just as Lork was starting to feel awkward in the silence, Lauren hugged Lork so tightly he felt his bones we're being crushed. "We got excepted!" Lauren literally cried

Getting out from silence, the room was now filled with joy. Mrs. Flickchered clapped her hands "Congratulations you two!" She congratulated them

"Okay… now I'm confused" Lork frowned

Lauren raised his head to face Lork and stared at him with disbelief, "Come on you blockhead!"

'Blockhead?' Lork felt a mental thwack on his head

"Can't you be happy that you were accepted to the most amazing school ever???" He said it in a 'matter of fact' tone

Lork's face twitch a few times as he strained a smile on his lips "How… do you expect me… to be happy… when I had no fu- ehem, idea what your talking about?" He tried to phrase it as politely as possible.

Lauren let go of his bone crushing hug and prop his right hand to his chin and the other supporting the right elbow, knitting his brows together "Ah right, I forgot, you don't have any memories right now..." He mumbled softly.

"What did you say?" Lork leaned closer to try to listen to the mumbles.

"No, nothing" Lauren waved his hand to dismiss the topic.

'Why this little…'"Excuse me" Lork abruptly stood up and cleaned the table from the now dirty dishes, he put the dishes to the sink. He took a sponge and deep it to the soap container, he began cleaning the plates rashly, but not too rash, to vent his anger.

'Why is it every single time we speak of something concerning stuff like this 'he' always changed or waves off the topic! I also deserve to know! First it's my parents, now it's him-- even Mrs. Flickchered seems to be keeping something from me!...' he kept on rambling on and on, until the last dish was squeaky clean.

Lork inhaled deeply before he finally felt a bit refresh. He dried his hands and went back to the table again. There, He saw Lauren talking in tiny voices with Mrs. Flickchered, and as he came closer the chat stopped.

He honestly felt hurt right now.

Lauren and Mrs. Flickchered nodded at each other before Lauren started the talk, "Lork, what we're going to tell you is something that you should know if you want to enter Hogwarts, basic knowledge. So whatever words we say to you later on, please don't be too surprised. Especially faints" he finished the sentence with a tease.

Lork didn't answer and just raised an eyebrow, he pulled a chair, sat back there and lay back "Mhmm" he hummed

There, Lauren and Mrs. Flickchered told Lork about Witches and wizards. Adding few comments on their side as well, about their existence, Their game called Quidditch, The currency, Animagus, Magic, and many other stuff.

It piqued his interest.

"So in simpler terms. Witches and Wizards are real, magic is real, and those weird things around the house are actually real and not just my mind messing with me?" He said with a raised brow.

"Yeah…" Lauren shrugged his shoulders, but then realized "wait-- what weird things?" He questioned the raven haired boy

This time, the raven hair boy shrug "You know…, floating objects around the house, You pulling something out of thin air, Creepy smiling faces at the window at night time, disgusting stench from time to time from the back garden, Giggles chiming from the attic-- stuff like those" Lork answered nonethically

"Er… Lork…" Lauren put on a worried face, same goes to Mrs. Flickchered.

Seeing this, Lork got the meaning. He raised a hand to stop Lauren "Wait-- don't tell me!" He gestured with his hands and act like a worried Lauren "'those things are actually not what 'I' meant.' is that what your going to say?"

The other nodded and added "except the first and second one"

"Good, at least I didn't hallucinate about those" Lork sigh.

Suddenly, an eerie whistle sounded right behind his ear and a cold shiver ran down his spine, his entire being tensed before it and his head started darting all over the room. "Who's there!" He asked

"Hm?" Lauren asked confusedly "Who are you talking about Lork?"

"T--

"Why hello there" said an eerie hoarse voice behind him

Lork's heart jumped as his legs also jumped from the sudden Surprise-- which he ended up tripping one of the chairs leg, stumbled and falling onto his arse. "Au.." a small whimper escaped his mouth.

"Sir Lockwick!" Lauren greeted him

"Hello there Sonny!" The ghost greeted him back

"Lockwick!" Mrs. Flickchered raised her voice "Don't go surprising Lorkhan like that!"

Meanwhile Lork's Violet- stardust like eyes were widen in surprise.

In front of him was a man in his late forties, floating and nearly transparent. He was wearing a shirt, strip cardigan and pants, and a hat.

Mr. Lockwick simply chuckled at Mrs. Flickchered's and calmed her down "Come on Sunshine, It's quite amusing on how he reacted"

The ever so caring Mrs. Flickchered glared at Lockwick and turn to help Lorkhan get up. "You okay dear?" She ask concernedly, lending a hand to Lork up

"Yeah, thanks" Lork thanked her, taking the hand Mrs. Flickchered lended as the later pulled him up.

"Either way, I think we would probably go to Diagonally tomorrow. Today must've have been a information load to you" Mrs. Flickchered informed the two brothers

"You're going to love it there" Lauren whispered to Lork's ear.
