The farce of the duel Club ended with Harry's amazing performance.

After Maka stepped down, Lockhart immediately recovered from embarrassment and frustration. I have to say, his face is really not generally thick.

"Well, you see!" he said, staggering back onto the stage. "It's a disarming spell - as you can see, I lost my wand - ah, thank you, Miss Brown."

He took the wand, cleared his throat and continued: "yes, Marca. It's a great idea to show you this move! However, don't mind if I say so. Your intention to do this is obvious just now. If I want to stop you, I don't need the power of soot blowing. I think in order to increase their knowledge, I might as well let them see..."

Snape stared at Lockhart from the stage.

Marca doesn't care. Just let him say. Anyway, the next thing has nothing to do with him.

Not long after that, Lockhart asked the students to start team practice.

But before long, the scene seemed uncontrollable

"My God, my God!" said Lockhart, jumping around in the crowd and watching the consequences of the duel. "Stand up, Ernie... Watch out, Miss Fawcett... Hold it hard, and the blood will stop right away, bout --"

In order to stop the farce, Lockhart had to stop the failed attempt.

"I think I'd better teach you some ways to stop unfriendly magic."

The scene was too chaotic.

After Lockhart's "speech", the scene finally turned into a one-on-one demonstration again - he and Snape were responsible for guiding.

And the first couple are Malfoy and Harry.

"Well, Harry," said Lockhart, "when Draco points his wand at you, you do it."

He raised his wand and waved it around, trying to change complex patterns, but accidentally dropped it on the ground. Snape sneered.

Lockhart quickly bent down and picked up the wand.

"Ouch - my wand is a little over excited."

Snape approached Malfoy, bowed his head and whispered to him, and Malfoy sneered.

"Professor, can you show me another way to stop the spell?" Harry looked up nervously at Lockhart.

"Scared?" Malfoy said in a low voice, not to be heard by Lockhart.

"You're dreaming!" Harry came in and out of the corner of his mouth.

Lockhart patted Harry on the shoulder happily and said with a smile, "just do as I did just now, Harry!"

"What to do? Drop the wand on the ground?" Harry could not help but make complaints about it. But lorhart apparently filtered Harry's words out.

As Lockhart began to count down, Harry had to raise his wand and concentrate as much as possible.

"... start!"

Malfoy quickly raised his wand and shouted, "the oolong is out of the hole!"

As the tip of his wand burst, a long black snake suddenly jumped out and landed heavily on the floor between them.

The black snake's scales are slightly shrouded with black gas, its mouth is slightly open and its fangs are sharp. It was facing Harry, its head high, and it looked clearly ready to attack.

The crowd screamed and quickly stepped back to make room.

Maka also stepped back and hid in the panic crowd without making a sound.

"Don't move, Potter," snape said lazily.

Obviously, he was very happy to see Harry standing there motionless, staring at the angry snake.

"I'll get him away --" let me! "

Lockhart grabbed Snape's words, and his hand was sharp. He raised his wand and waved it at the black snake.

Suddenly, with a loud bang, the snake not only didn't disappear, but jumped up more than a foot high and fell heavily back to the floor.

He was furious, hissing his letter and swam straight to Justin Finley, the nearest one. Then it raised its head and showed its fangs, as if it were going to attack in the next second.

Harry didn't understand why he did it. He didn't even realize that he decided to do it. All he knew was that his legs moved forward automatically, like stepping on a small caster, and then he shouted foolishly to the snake, "leave him!"

As soon as Harry spoke, the snake collapsed on the floor, soft as a pile of thick and black plastic pipes, and its eyes were fixed on Harry.

"Succeeded?" Harry looked at the black snake in surprise.

He then looked up at Justin and grinned.

Harry had expected to see a relaxed, confused or grateful expression on Justin's face - not the anger and panic now.

"What do you think you're playing!" Justin shouted.

Before Harry could speak, he turned and rushed out of the auditorium.

Snape waved his wand and eliminated the black snake. He looked at Harry with a deep expression. Around Harry, the students whispered to each other - which made him feel even worse.

"What's the matter?" Harry looked around suspiciously.

Just then Harry felt someone tugging at his clothes.

"Let's go!" Hermione whispered as she approached Harry.

But when they looked back and wanted to call Ron, they found that he had left at an unknown time.

When Harry and Hermione hurried back to the Gryffindor common room, it was a long time before they saw Ron coming in through the door.

"Ron, where have you been?" Hermione asked.

Harry, on the other side, sat in the armchair next to him, slightly lowered his head, as if thinking about something.

"I'll go -" Ron looked at Hermione, a tangled look flashed on his face, and then took another breath, as if he had made some decision.

"... I went to find Maka." he said it after all.

"Looking for Marca again? After all --" Hermione was saying, but Ron interrupted hurriedly.

"Hermione, Harry... Listen to me," Ron came up to them and lowered his voice. "Remember when you saw Filch's cat hanging on the wall that day?"

"Oh, of course... But what's the matter?" Hermione asked curiously.

Harry looked up at the speech and waited for Ron to go on.

"At that time, while you were watching the cat, I saw a man there at the back corner!" Ron looked around and confirmed that no one paid attention to it, which was a word. "Although I only saw the back of the man leaving, I'm sure it was Marca!"

"Marca's robe is too characteristic. It's wide and big. I won't be wrong."

"You mean... Marca did it?" Harry said incredulously.

"No! It's impossible!" Hermione said firmly, staring at Ron. "He can't be the heir to the chamber of secrets!"

Maybe Hermione's voice was too high. The second half of her sentence attracted many people's eyes. Everyone turned and stared at Harry.

"Oh, I'm sorry!" Hermione looked back and apologized to Harry.

"No, it's nothing... It's just..." Harry shook his head, but his face looked a little dark - he had been concerned about it since he came back from the hall.

Ron could not help feeling a burst of suffocation in his chest when he saw Hermione's disbelief.

"You... Why don't you believe it! Didn't you see it the last time Harry played!" Ron shouted. "Besides, Marca has been very wrong since the beginning of the semester!"

"That doesn't prove anything!" Hermione immediately blew her hair and roared back uncontrollably. "I think Marca is controlled by Voldemort -"

She immediately found something wrong and took it back.

"Keep your voice down, Ron!" whispered Hermione. "Do you want everyone to know?"

Ron looked back and saw that many students looked at him with a frightened face. He was obviously frightened by Hermione's word "Voldemort".

"It's not because of you..." Ron whispered.

"Well... Hermione, you just said... What happened to Marca by Voldemort?" Harry asked hurriedly.

"... I'm not sure yet," she said with a complicated face, "but I think Marca has become abnormal since the end of last semester."

"You should know that when Maka came back, I was the first to see him. As I told you before, Voldemort attached to Chilo and instigated Chilo to steal the Sorcerer's stone."

Harry and Ron nodded.

"Only professors Marca and Dumbledore know what happened to Voldemort in the end, but -"

Hermione said and recalled the expression of Marca again. She couldn't help pursing her lips, with an unspeakable expression on her face.

"But when Marca came back, he looked... Strange." Hermione found it difficult to describe in words. "I think Voldemort may have escaped."

"Oh -" Ron and Harry looked at each other with a look of amazement on their faces.

"Looking at Maka's state this semester, I think he may be subjected to some black magic..." Hermione said more and more and felt that this guess was very reasonable. "It's really possible! You know, Dumbledore was there at that time! When he came back, he didn't bring Chilo, let alone Voldemort..."

"If it hadn't been..." she looked down and said in a depressed way, "if it hadn't been for Maka's purpose to save me -"

"In other words, Maka robbed the Sorcerer's stone, but maybe she was also subdued... The dark magic of the mysterious man..." Ron, who had heard enough of Voldemort's horror legend since childhood, didn't even dare to mention his name.

Harry, on the other side, was stunned again.

His attention was not attracted by Voldemort, but recalled by the word "dark magic".

"Ron, Hermione," Harry thought, "I think maybe we can confirm it with our own eyes."
