18 Spears Arrows and Bloods

It's been 2 days now since they travelled from Amanesk Town.

They met people who were Traveling more frequently . It seems that a lot of people were going from Alephis Capital to other town.

Akio was lazing around in the cart while.

Touya was practicing Magic spells as Akio told him that he would help experimenting it.

Akio told him to practice Long sense.

Akio has already casted long sense on himself and he could see some Lizardmen in spears attacking a formation of ten guards who were guarding a carriage.

Touya reacted when he smelled the sweet iron scent in the air. He knew it was the smell of blood. He scouted and said urgently

"Yae, There are some people being attacked by monsters ahead"

".....Ok"

Yae went to full speed when she heard that people were in danger.

Touya was worried if they would reach there quick or not.

In anime there were not much gore but this is reality for Touya and Akio and also everyone near him. Those lives were lives and they had a family and died to protect someone.

Akio for the first time took out his swords from his storage magic.

Touya and others were shocked even Yae.

She had never seen Akio using magic and this was her first time.

Akio kept silent and waited till they reached the spot.

"Flame come forth, Whirling spiral, Fire storm"

Linze casted an offensive spell at the herd of Lizardmen confusing them.

Elze jumped down to rush to kill the lizardmen followed by Akio, Touya and Yae.

Linze stayed behind as a magician and took the reign of the horses.

Akio rushed at the group of 10 Lizardmen and slashed everyone a swift manner.

Green blood sprayed out when every lizard men head loped off.

The scene was beautiful like fountain spraying water but no it was spraying green blood.

A solo lizardman went in Touya's direction but

before it could reach

"Slip"

The lizardman fell down and hit his head .

Akio noticed a bit of anger on Touya's face but then It returned to usual .

Touya had pierced the lizards heart. Another one came on Touya's direction and he fought it simply.

Whereas Elze and Yae were doing a combination. One would distract while the other will flank .

Linze also was taking care of Touya's blind spot.

Akio was currently elated at the free experience point he was getting

Helping out the soldiers .

Akio was fighting joyfull.

Linze, Touya ,Yae and Elze were fully shocked when they saw Akio in middle of lizard men crowd loping off their head one by one the blood splashing out colouring the whole ground green .

They were speechless.

At first Yae was worried when she saw Akio surrounded by lizardmen but after that the scence had left her dumbfounded.

Akio was going in his own flow with his sword.

Akio sword style was his own creation. He did not follow Hattori's sword style.

At first when he was trying his sword he just did some swings for but then he got bored and remember those cultivation novel practicing swordsmanship according to nature aspect for like flow of water, flow of wind ,etc.

He slowly knew how to use the katana is the best perfect way.

Then he made his new style which was that he had to keep absolute defense.

He trained with Kenji and Kenechi slowly and slowly.

And when he practiced with them after every session he would feel enlightened and improve on his swordsmanship.

Akio swords flowed smoothly with out stopping abruptly and whenever the lizard men wanted to Peirce their spear the katana would be blocking it in every way. When he was simultaneously attacked from all corners he would change his position to be in his advantage.

Akio was never in disadvantage.

Touya , Yae, Elze and Linze were watching when suddenly they remembered there was someone who needed helping so they finished what they can.

While Akio had spent 5 minutes fighting the Crowd of lizard men .The crowd thinned and he saw a man panting gasping for air.

He was the summoner who had summon all the lizardmen he had no lizard men guarding around him.

With his last breath he tried to summon again but

" Slip"

He tried to stand up but there was no friction below him so practically couldn't get up quick.

" Prepare Yourself"

Yae jumped In and cut of his head which flew quite far but was still in sight.

All the other remaining lizardmen also vanished after their summoner died.

' I never saw this scene in the anime ,Is Yae really so ruthless to cut off a man's head with out being scared of what happens next. '

' If so I better keep everything nicely and in control or else she may cut off my d*** when I'm unprepared (Refering if Yae was a Yandere).

Akio was a bit scared now .

I went near the party and asked

" Is everyone safe!"

" Yes"

Well that's good news.

Akio was being stared at by them weirdly but he ignored them and asked if they were fine.

" Yae I couldn't believe you could kill a person."

" Akio Sama that person had killed a lot of them here so I could not take it and leave him alive for his crime "

' so that's where her reasoning comes from. Yae is still young but considerate at times so I guess it was fine'

" Yae you did well today and saw the whole situation well and judged him well. Keep going like this but you should avoid killing as much as possible. We could have used him to extract information as to who asked him to attack but oh well. Good job"

" I'm Sorry de gozaru. Akio Sama I didn't realize that we could catch the mastermind behind the attack through him" Yae was a bit teary eyes.

" It ok Yae. If one door is close there are others to open so cheer up after all you did a good deed here." Akio said while smiling at Yae

The others were shocked on to what kind of relationship does Akio and Yae have to be so Intimate with words.

Before they process anything they heard a guard who was dragging his broken legs by hand call out.

Touya went ahead to the guard and the guard spoke

" Thank you for repelling the attack and saving us and our young lady."

" How many casualties?"

" 7 of our soldiers died out of ten when the lizard men ambushed us. If only I had noticed them a bit before we could..."

Before the soldier could finish .

A voice was heard

"Someone! Is someone there?! Jii is… . . Jii is!"

Akio and party turned their heads simultaneously when the sudden cry of a young girl resounded again.

The door of the carriage opened and a young girl who was about 10 years old with blonde hair shouted while crying .

Other than the young girl clad in white clothes, there's was an old man with white hair in black formal clothing who was lying down, when the party went near they saw that he was bleeding from the chest and also panting in pain .

"Please help Jii! His chest…there's... an arrow that pierced his chest!"

The young girl pleaded with her face drenched in tears .

'The old man must be someone important to her' they though .

The two other soldiers lowered the old man from the carriage onto the ground.

"Linze! Healing magic!"

"I, I'm sorry . The arrow broked and penetrated deep into his chest when he was attacked. Under such conditions, a foreign object will remain in his body even if I used healing magic . Moreover, with an injury this much…even my healing magic can not fully cure it."

Lindsey said apologetically . The face of the young girl who heard this was gradually stained with despair . She clasped the old man's hands with trembling hands and tears overflow one after another .

"My lady" The old man said in pain

" jii...jii" The girl was in tears still clasping on the old man's hand.

Touya asked the soldiers to move away from the old man.

The soldiers move aside and Touya got on his knees beside the old man .

He took a broken arrow and Imagined it's Image.

"Aport"

In the next moment, a broken, blood-stained, arrowhead had appeared in Touya's hand.

" wow, you really pulled it out"

Elze screamed while looking at Touya .

Touya continued

"Light, come forth, become a gentle solace, 'Cure Heal' ."

The wound on the old man chest was filling up and regenerating from molecular level and after sometime It filled up as if there was never an arrow pierced near his heart

"what? The pain is really fading…? How did this happen. I'm healed, there's no more pain"

The old man gots up as from his sleeping position like he was never in a death like situation and the young girl jumped to hug on him . The old man had a troubled face as the young girl continued to cling and crying in his embrace.

Akio went up to Touya and said

" Nice work done there .You're a hero now. You saved a good person"

.

" Hope he has a daughter to make her your wife"

Touya was speechless at Akio's random joke.
