It's too dark. I can't see anything. The fear grips my soul. I can't drag myself more. I am scared. Something wants to break out of the ground.
"What are you scared of?" The woman asks me sarcastically.
I try to step back. Two large hands are keeping me on the spot. I fall on my b.u.t.t.
The woman comes toward me. Her face is surrounded by dark shadows. She laughs, "What will you do when you remember? Can you live again knowing the past? Isn't it better to run away and hide?"
It's eerily quiet. I glance at the little arms holding my feet on the spot. It belongs to a baby. I touch those arms. My unborn baby.
"If you want to dig your baby out, you have to remember." She sneers at me. "You can't. You won't do it. You won't remember it because you are a coward. You would rather hide. Isn't that right? You hid in the past. This time, you will hide again."
How can I live like this? I don't want to be afraid. I want to save my child.
I hear the muffled crying sounds of my baby. His arms are bleeding. "No."
"No?" She chuckles. "Then, dig it out. Open the pandora box. I will see whether you can stand up on your feet again or go where your baby is."
I don't care. I can't see my living baby like this. He's crying for me. I dig with my fingers. "Your mother is coming to save you."
The crying voices change. It sounds like the crying voices of a little girl. I don't stop digging. My son. I have to save him. He's alive. I know that he is alive.
The baby in my arms isn't moving. His body is twisted beyond shape. The blood is leaking out of the flesh. But, the crying sound isn't gone. The cries are louder. I realize that it's me who is crying.
"Ah..." The woman sits in front of me. "Are you going to still hide after seeing the corpse of your child?"
I shake my head. The child in my arms is gone. He has never been born.
"Then, take my hand." The shadows around her face disappear. It's my face. "Remember who you are."

"Wake up!" He yells at her. He is afraid to see her so still. She has never acted like this. He slaps her face. "Come back."
Yuhara freaks out to see her like this. "Professor is coming. Keep talking to her."
"Rie, you can't break again." He cups her face with his palms. "Please. Come out of this. Be strong and come out."
He doesn't know how long he keeps saying that. He wonders if his voice is reaching her. He prays desperately that she will come out of this.
"Kamiyama?" She blinks her eyes suddenly. The clarity returns in her eyes. "It's you, Kamiyama."
"Rie..." He whispers. "You... remember?"
She doesn't answer him. She closes her eyes again. Her body is turning cold. Kiyohira carries her in his arms. "We can't wait for the professor. We have to take her to the hospital."
Yuhara gives him a nod. They rush out of the office. Kiyohira barely gives a glance at the people who asks him what's going on. He takes her straight to the hospital.
Chisa and Morikawa are at her office. They hear about the chaos.
"He took her to the hospital?" Chisa raises her brow. She found it odd that he wanted to talk to the gamer alone. Then, Kiyohira is serious about the game company. She knows that he doesn't trust her. "Who is the gamer? Find out more about her."
Morikawa bows slightly and leaves.
"A gamer, huh?" Chisa leans back on her chair. "You are finally showing interest in another girl? Is it because she is a gamer like Rie was?"
