Chapter 179 - A weapon doesn't discriminate

Yuta watches his uncle walk in the opposite direction. He comes out of his hiding spot. He can't destroy a person while his uncle is watching. His father knows. His uncle is also smart. He has to be careful around people. He will observe other children. He will learn how other children act. It's better if fewer people knew that he was reborn.

He needs to find a spot where they won't find him for a few hours. He will check on Nano and look more into Maddox. There's Yuan Bo.

In his past life, he didn't know where Yuan Bo disappeared after he killed Maddox. He also heard strange rumors about an old dark organization coming back to life and a war between two heirs. He had no interest in it back then, but there was one thing that bothered him. DH was actually a subsidiary of that organization. But, Maddox Kang was already dead by the time war began. Yuan Bo reappeared during the time of the war.  Maddox didn't tell him anything about his connection to that organization. Perhaps, Maddox couldn't trust him. Then, he was fifteen when he killed Maddox. He nearly died back then. Maddox wasn't easy to defeat.

With his four years old body, he won't even about assassinating Maddox. It would have solved all of their problems if he had the ability to assassinate someone like Maddox.

Yuta doesn't believe in coincidences anymore. In this lifetime, he has to cautious because he has a family. If Maddox Kang and DH are connected to that silent organization, then destroying them might be dangerous. If anything, Yuan Bo will do everything to find out Maddox's destroyer. Yuan Bo might come after his family if he finds out.

He must find a way to end all leads to his family after Maddox is taken care of. Before that, he must find everything about him. Maddox knows everything about his mother and he is probably busy thinking of ways to use her weaknesses against her. There's rarely anyone without weaknesses.

Walking while holding a laptop by his side, he looks around for a place where he won't be found. He stops walking when he sees a familiar figure -- not so familiar because his evil witch is a cross-dressing girl of around six now. It's only been seven or eight hours since he kicked her b.u.t.t. Usually, he won't beat up a helpless young child. But, he doesn't see her as one. He knows what kind of person she will become. Besides, Maddox taught him a few things right.

'Look through the scope and align yourself with your weapon. Your weapon is you and you are your weapon. A weapon doesn't discriminate between a female, child, man, and an elderly. If you are not one with your weapon, your eyes won't see the target and you waver. When you waver, you will miss the target and become a target instead. Either you become the devil or get destroyed by another one.'

The evil witch lying on the grass under the tree with her eyes closed. He notices that her wrist is purple-red. The swelling looks worse than before. He has to be rational. He can't waver. An enemy is an enemy.

He wavered once and she betrayed him.

For now, he will ignore her. He has to disband the outer circle of DH and destroy Jordan Law. The drunken man is the second leg of DH. He has hijacked several militaries systems and sold the secrets to the enemies. He's also an old member of DH. If Jordan Law is dead, Maddox will lose his footing.

"Yuki!" Yuta is about to leave when he hears someone screaming. He looks at the boy running toward the evil witch cross-dressing girl. He wants to leave, but his feet aren't moving. He stares at them. The boy is about six or seven, black hair, and brown eyes. He squats near the witch's head and leans his head closer to hers. Yuta purses his lips. If the boy loses his balance a tiny bit, his face will land on the witch's face. Though he doesn't want to care, he can't let a certain possibility happen. In this lifetime, she is going to die by his hands. He will decide when her time comes.

"Why are you noisy?" Yuki stares at the boy with warm brown eyes. "I want to sleep. Go away."

"You are still here." The boy is giddy to see him. "You told me that you were going away with your father."

Yuki's lips quiver. "He left without me."

The boy senses the despair in his friend. "Yuki, I know that you are upset that you couldn't leave with your father, but I am happy that my best friend is still here."

Yuki sighs. One person's misfortune is another person's fortune.

"When will you come to school?" The boy asks him with excitement in his voice. "I made three more friends. I told them about you. I also told the teacher about you. They want to meet you soon."

"Maybe next year." His grandfather doesn't want him to go to school. "We won't be in the same classroom. You will be a year ahead of me in school."

To be honest, Yuki isn't keen on going to school. He only wants to see his father again.

The boy grins at Yuki. "I will ask them to let me stay beside you."

Yuki doesn't reply. He closes his eyes again. His stomach hurts. His wrist hurts. Even his head hurts. He just wants to lie there until the pain disappears.

"Who are you to stay beside her?"

He recognizes that cold raging voice. He looks at the wild rabid dog standing beside her with a laptop. The dog is glaring at his friend, Sora.

"Rabid dog, didn't I tell you not to appear before me?"
