150 Trouble

They all smirk before grabbing things to leave the house. I walk back down the hall and lean against the wall as I ask "Did someone call me?" Enzo turns around to face me, eyes blazing with anger as he yells "Let me out! Now!" 

I shrug a little and say "I can't do that. You see... everyone thinks your dead and it needs to stay that way or I'm gonna have a bigger mess to clean up. So, until I figure out how to undo this..." I point between the both of us "You're gonna stay here where I can keep an eye on you."

Enzo bears his teeth at me but tries to calm down as he says "My darling wife... you can't keep me locked in here like a prisoner. I have things I must do..." I continue to give him a dry look as I say "That's a pity... so do I." 

My brother is the first to walk down the hall, quickly followed by my parents. I give my Mom a knowing smile as they walk through the living room. Enzo watches them with anger, probably trying to decide whether to kill them or not, not that I would let him, but he decides against it. Smart.

As everyone steps outside, my mother turns back to me and says "I'll meet you at the hotel at six." I nod my head as Kian comes to stand right behind me with his hand on my hip. My Mother turns to Enzo and says "Behave!" before turning around and walking off. 

I snort in laughter but quickly cover it when Enzo turns to look at me with disbelief. I clear my throat and say "Now that that's been taken care of, I need to get a few things done." I give Kian a knowing smile before walking off to my workroom. I need to get busy making protection charms.

KIAN

As soon as Eris slips into her workroom, I turn back to a very irritated Enzo. I smirk at him and say "We're looking into a good training school for you. We don't want you to have any accidents in the house while you have your short stay with us." 

Enzo smirks and says "I'm really starting to regret making you immortal." Kian smirks at him in return and says "As soon as I can, I will rip you to pieces before finding a Voodoo priest or priestess to destroy your spirit for good." 

Enzo's smile turns dark as he slowly walks over to the couch. He looks around and says "You know, it's not so bad here." He plops down on the couch before wiggling his butt and throwing his arms out over the back of the couch. 

He looks back up to Kian and says "In fact, I may just take advantage of my time here and get comfy. This way, I have waaay more time with my beloved wife." Kian feels his anger rising but he keeps it hidden as he says "Enjoy it while you can..." 

Kian turns away and walks straight to the workroom with anger blazing in his eyes. As soon as he sees Eris hard at work, he feels himself calming.

He places a slow kiss on my lips before moving to my jaw but when we hear someone at the door, we both look up to find Enzo standing in the door eating my favorite ice cream! I give him a glare as he says "Don't mind me, I was just watching. Well... unless you want me to join?"

I hear Kian's teeth as he grinds them in anger but all I can do is sigh. I lean up and kiss Kian's jaw before saying "I need to get ready." As I walk past Enzo, he watches me with a smirk before popping another spoonful of ice cream into his mouth. 

He turns back to Kian, giving him that same grin before wiggling his eyebrows at him. Kian curses as Enzo turns around and goes back to the living room. Once he finds the controller, he starts flipping through the channels.

After my shower, I walk out and start going through my dresses. Which isn't a lot... I pick a plain black dress that flows down to my calves but has a high thigh slit and an open back. It showed a little cleavage but it wasn't bad at all. I feel like it'll be good for tonight. 

After dressing and fixing my hair, I realize my hair was starting to change again. I turn to see my bare shoulder in the mirror and see that the moon is filling out once again. My demon will be coming out once again on the next full moon...

I bite my lip and do my makeup before looking up in the mirror to find Kian watching me with hungry eyes. My stomach flips a little as he slowly walks up behind me and trails a finger up my bare back. My skin heats at his touch but when he bends down and places a kiss upon the moon on my shoulder, I shiver with desire.

He slowly drags his lips along my shoulder before slowly kissing up my neck. I turn my head, giving him access as I lean back into him. He stops at my ear as he says "I think you and I need to get a hotel tonight as well..."

When I look back into the mirror and lock eyes on him, I smirk and nod my head, instantly earning a smile from Kian as my phone goes off. Kian sighs and steps back as I pick the phone up and see that it's my mother. 

I text her I'm on my way before slipping my heels on and leaving Binx in control. Kian can't come in and join us tonight but that won't stop him from standing guard close by so the only one who can watch the troublesome demon was Binx.

It took some convincing and a promise of large fish... it was a price I was willing to pay.
