Lucien scanned his record carefully and properly and noticed some slight changes in his record. Even though his Psionic Energy Level was still stagnating, because of lack cultivation method for the psionic energy or some special energies he could devour like mana, Qi, arcane. Lucien also found out that if he wanted to devour those energies to raise the Psionic Energy Level, he would first need to condense Psionic Energy Core to store those energies somewhere and to construct core, his body would first need to reach Count Rank before doing anything. So this thing was to be postponed at a later date.
What was nice to see, was that he achieved the Kakuja V3 which meant the entire body armor with the mask, another armor layer (extra thin), kagune katana. These kind of boosts were too massive and could give him a huge rise in his strength. Now only thing, which could force him to go all out would be only demons in this Low-Grade World as nothing else was here which could be a danger for him.
His RC Level was already nearing the threshold required to reach the Viscount Rank which would give him another type of Kagune. Lucien would for sure chose the Ukaku-type as if he could develop this type of kagune properly he would gain the ability of flight all the time. He wouldn't even need to wait till he reached the Count rank to use the Psionic Energy to fly.
After he finished reading through the entire record, he went to the library and read some books. He learned a new function of the Akashic Records, creating whole books from the records. And thus, he gained thousands of books about the various topic about the multiverse. Now Lucien was studying books that were talking about the Psionic Power and Psionic Energy. He was searching for a method of condensing the Psionic Core which could store psionic energy and convert devoured energies into the psionic energy.
Fortunately for him, the Charles Patricius: Our Transient Glory was getting bigger and bigger, because of the absorption of energies from the void. His beloved Floating Fortress would finally reach the Imperial Grade. For some weird reason, the absorption rate of the Void Energy was getting faster and faster, but as this would only benefit him, Lucien didn't care about this.

Lucien looked at the record of the Charles Patricius: Our Transient Glory and noticed that the growth was already at the 67% which indicated that reaching the 100% and breaking through to the Imperial-Grade was already nearing. Maybe after a few months, it would finally reach the Imperial-Grade allowing Lucien to teleport anywhere in the Low-Grade World.
When he was going through all those books talking about various races out there and how vast the rest of the multiverse was, he couldn't help himself and he wanted immediately leave this Low-Grade World and go to the vaster world. Unfortunately, now it wasn't that possible, from the information know, they must construct firstly five dreadnoughts and several airships to move their entire population and army. That would take around two years at most.
Because of this, Lucien also started creating something like guidebook about the God-Devil Plane which contained the most important information about the plane. Like cultivation levels, comparison of their cultivation system with our cultivation system and many others. This would greatly help the entire Holy Niflheim Empire to assimilate to the God-Devil Plane faster.
After reading through some books, he returned to his mansion in Tokyo. In the entire estate was a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere ruling. Mercenaries were training, playing cards or watching TV. Some of them were even doing their jobs, but Lucien didn't care. As long as nothing happened. On top of that, now after a half year, most of the mercenaries reached the S-rate so even though they weren't doing anything, they would be still able to detect the intruders.
Zelilios spent most of his time in the training room in the estate or in the Charles Patricius: Our Transient Glory. Most of his day was filled with training spear mastery or reading some books. Currently, even Itori was at the estate, Lucien quickly went to find her to do some certain activity that was needed for him.
She was in the garden, sitting with a cup of coffee and reading book. Lucien silently sneaked at her and hugged her from behind, but his hands didn't stop there and were going to certain parts of her body. Then he whispered to her ears with a silent voice.
"Itori-chan, please."
Itori shook her head and looked at Lucien.
"Hmm."
Then both of them went away to the bedroom, where a sweet time awaited full of pleasure and moans. It took around two hours, for the activity to end, and then, the silence was the only thing in the entire estate.

Lucien and Itoir were laying on the bed, both naked, only covered by a simple blanket. Itori was laying on his chest as she was looking at Lucien who had his eyes closed, probably thinking about something important.
"Lucien what will you do about that girl? She always steals glances at you and she is very interested. Probably you are her first love."
Said Itori with a light laugh as she went more close to him and kissed his lips. Lucien didn't say anything and just looked at Itori with a loving expression. He was still thinking about some various but when Itori mentioned again that topic, his thoughts went back to that problem. What to do about that.
Maybe he would go visit Anteiku later to talk with Touka about this. He was aware that she probably won't start the conversation about this because deep inside she was just another shy teenage girl, that had a cold cover. So it would be his responsibility to start talking about this.
