"I ask again... Do you think you are funny?"

Mika straighten her back and dust off her gown.

She looked over at the King as she stood up from the trampled brushes. Luckily, she had quickly manipulated the air to soften the blow and her fall, or she would not be able to stand up right now.

Rychell slowly stepped towards her, "You have talent, I admit, but you think too highly of yourself. Did you get this from him?"

Mika could feel another intense force of energy coming at her.

"Did he make you think you are special…?"

*Boom!*

This attack was faster and stronger than the former. It threw her up towards the stained glass doom. Within a few centimeters from touching it, she fell back down towards the gardens below.

*Bang!*

"To him you are something to be loved, but to me you are less than the dirt beneath my feet."

All of a sudden a strong wind blew through the gardens, stripping leaves and flowers petals from the trees and brushes.

Together they moved to gather around Mika, creating making a barrier she couldn't escape from.

Clenching his fist, the leaves and flower petals encircled themselves into a sphere that encase Mika from all around.

Spinning at an alerting rate, they become sharp as metal blades, disintegrating all the surrounding grass and plants in its way.

Inside the spinning sphere, Mika tried to distort the air and create an opening for her to get out, but it was no use. Every time she created an opening, new leaves and petals would take their place.

Rychell stared at the petite female fighting against his attack helplessly, "Since I can't kill him... yet. I guess, I have to suffice myself with you."

As time went past, the sphere sunk little by little as Mika was trapped inside being torn to shred.

"Aaaah!" Blood dripping her body and slowly turned to sphere red.

Faster and faster it turned as Mika screamed inside. Her body was being was being sliced to bits.

Soon her dress was nothing, but lint captured in the sphere along with her hair and skin.

Growing bored with her torture, Rychell ended it by increasing the speed and sunking the sphere even more, to squish her like a bug inside.

The sound of Mikaela dying was horrible and the sight was even worst.

When he finally stopped, lump from meat fell from the air onto the ground.

Satisfied with his work, Rychell called for his steward, "Send someone to clean this up."

"Yes, your majesty." The steward has long grown use to his master's ways, and went off to swiftly get servants to clean up the mess.

Taking one last look at the pile of bloody meat on the ground, he smirked and quietly walked away.

That has sedated my bloodlust...for now. Rychell disliked waiting to kill Ailwin, but since there was no qualms about his female, he didn't see a problem with use her life to substitute his real prey.

It least I know it will bring him heartache, He smiled thinking of Ailwin distraught face.

As Rychell was musing to himself in the corridors of the palace on his way to the banquet hall, he bumped into a panicked Ailwin.

"Where is she!?"

"Excuse me? Although we have never liked one another, we have always kept up with protocol when we meet each other." He walked a few paces towards his son, "I am King here, in case you have forgotten, and you are...heh." Soon to be dead.

Ailwin gritted his teeth and reached out to grab the King by his collar.

"You will tell me where she is!"

The smiled fell from Rychell's face. He grabbed Ailwin's hand that was clutching his collar.

"I'm so glad you are stupid." A force exploded out of the King's body.

However, Ailwin was ready for it, the two energies were battling, one trying to over take the other.

To the untrained eye it seems like they were on even ground with each other, but Ailwin could felt himself losing ground.

"Is this all? This is all you have and you want to go against me with just this?" Rychell calmly said as he pulled his son's hand off of his clothes.

Ailwin felt his wrist shatter in his father's hand. "Aaargh!" Ailwin couldn't take the pressure anymore, he sight was blacking out. It was only through sheer determination that he didn't passed out.

"Let me show you your fate."

Rychell slammed Ailwin down into the granite floors.

*Boom!*

"Ugh-ah!" The energy Ailwin had been fighting against was only a portion of what was weighting on him now.

He could hardly take it, not only was his body being crush into the floor by his father's power, but his arm had ripped out of its socket as Rychell had never let his hand go when he was smashed into the floor.

"Rychell!" Voron came running down the hall, "You gave us your word!"

Rychell glare at his long time friend before releasing his son's wrist.

"Prince Ailwin!" Several guests came running down the halls towards Ailwin, two of which were Joanos and Saavi.

"So he brought back up with him." Rychell sighed in disgust at the disguised Shadow Wolves soldiers.

"Sire!" The King's steward came running towards.

"What is it now…?"

"There is a army stationed outside the palace, the royal guards are trying to keep them at bay, but...."

Rychell and Voron looked down at Ailwin, "Are you rebelling now?"

"Mik..ka...la…" Ailwin said before losing consciousness.

"I don't know where she's at." Rychell said, peeking over at his steward, who nodded his head.

A second later, numerous footsteps could be heard stomping towards them. The royal guards had arrived.

"Your Majesty, there is-" Rychell held his hand for silence.

"See Prince Ailwin and his men to their shuttles, they are leaving." The King walked away with Voron in tow.

Shadow Wolves' knew they were in a dire situation, they needed to leave immediately before the King changes his mind.
