Chapter 206 - Demons In The Fort Of Sulo

"Should we wipe them out in one go?" Aaron asked as soon as he killed another 50 on one side.

The werewolves and demons there cried, "Where is this fire coming from?!"

Ellena chuckled.

"It will be easy for them to die if we wipe them out immediately. I already saw that the human side was starting to gather their morale after I appeared, and so, I don't have to worry about another death."

"You're quite tenacious. Well then, I'll let you shine brightly." Aaron said, and just after that, Ellena disappeared from his sight, appearing on the other side in front of a demon.

"So... Cules, should we just clean some? Let's go to that side?"

Cules just grumbled then fakely made a smile.

"Groooh!"

"You're bored? Don't tell me that! I am also bored!"

"Grooooh!"

"And so? Let's just go to that overflowing dungeon!"

"Gooooh!"

Aaron and Cules smiled widely as they left the battlefield. Heading to the west where the rift was, Aaron was filled with enthusiasm.

'Who would have thought that my time as a solo diver would come?'

And that idea was erased after realizing it was only an illusion.

'Stupid... I am getting more stupid. I wonder if this is really what I am.'

Aaron flew and Cules dashed. They passed through woods, and with Aaron's lead, they arrived at the rift.

What they saw just after they arrived was a bloody scene. There was blood everywhere, as well as dead humans lying on the ground.

There were also some corpses of monsters, from slimes to kobolds to werewolves.

"So... I guess they were the ones who defended first," Aaron mumbled.

After some seconds, he continued moving with Cules at his back, ignoring the dead bodies. They finally entered the rift and just as soon they entered, another world greeted their eyes.

Pillars in the hallway were what Aaron and Cules saw. Clueless about what was happening, Aaron inspected the surroundings.

"This place seems like a demon version of the Pantheon. There was a ceiling, but it looked too dull. The walls and pillars were also dull and darkened for some reason." Aaron commented.

"Groooh!"

"Right! Let's clear this... I think there are still monsters that will follow them."

"Grraaahh!"

"Just as I mentioned." Aaron snickered as a group of goblins appeared from their east, which noticed Cules's presence.

"Let's kill them!"

Ellena equipped Light on her right, and the left was for her other sword. As much as she wanted, she didn't only want to fight with magic. As much as she enjoyed it, she wanted to move physically, and practicing it on weaker enemies would be greater than being impromptu against stronger enemies.

"Kill that human!" a demon roared, pointing at Ellena with great anger.

A swarm of werewolves tried to overwhelm Ellena, but with her great swordsmanship, she effortlessly dissipated any monsters that appeared before her.

As the tide was being rampaged by Ellena, humans couldn't ignore it. Everyone was dumbfounded at how she handled the number of werewolves in front of her.

They were having a hard time killing one another, but for her, it was as if she was cutting meat with ease.

"H-How is this possible?"

"Amazing..."

"We aren't still doomed."

Every sentiment went out of their mouths as they watched Ellena. Even those who were fighting with them left them just to follow the demons' commands.

'These variants were their leaders?' The leader of Class A thought.

"Alright!"

When everyone heard that roar from Ellena, they all looked at her with surprise as there were no monsters left from her rampage.

Her strength was unmeasurably strong. Even the demons at the back were trembling.

Werewolves are stronger than humans. Even if only one werewolf can handle five average humans, but just this... Ellena was not getting tired of them.

"That was all?"

After 20 minutes of the rampage, only demons were left.

Ellena looked at each of them with tired eyes. Even though she wasn't visible because of her mask, her aura was already obvious that she was a predator, greater than they were.

"Sir Greed will succeed!" And with it, every werewolf activated their runes, but just with it, Ellena's eyes widened.

'Greed? Like, Sin of Greed?!'

Ellena uncontrollably dashed at them, killing everyone except for one.

Her lightning electrified each of them, and when the only demon realized he was the only one left, he quivered in fear.

He suddenly bowed in front of Ellena as if a crying puppy, powerless in front of a hyena.

Ellena lowered her stance then grabbed the neck of the demon.

"You'll tell me... What do you mean by Greed? Was the Sin of Greed here?"

When the demon heard it, his eyes widened.

"H-How... did you know him?..."

"You don't ask! You'll answer!"

The demon flinched at how strong Ellena's roar was.

'What's with this human? How could she be this pressuring?!' The demon cried inwardly.

"Answer me... Is Greed here?"

"Yes!"

"Then, next question... Why is he here?!"

"Because he desired to base himself in this realm, like the other sins!"

Ellena looked as if she was stunned. Hearing that it was a blockage to her ears, she couldn't believe that the Sins had already infiltrated their world.

Does it also mean that demons can easily attack them? But why weren't they doing it immediately?

"Why only the Sins? Where are the lesser demons and others?" Ellena grabbed the werewolf neck again with a furious question.

"W-We couldn't bring them easily. That's why Sins built a foundation here. We are having a hard time passing through the dimension"

'It was fortunate that fear was all over him. Then, if what he was saying was real, can he answer the important question?'

"Where's the base of those Sins?"

Ellena's eyes were filled with anticipation. Her aura was already drowning the demon. And just when she was expecting a helpful answer, the demon gulped before answering.

"I don't know."

Slash!

'Tsk! Now.... what will happen? Is it even useful to kill my grandfather? Or we should just push further?'
