Chapter 217 - Improvement

Ellena and Aaron were on their way to the Wester's estate, where they'd be talking about their partnership. It wasn't actually a partnership in the beginning, but since the Wester family was also widespread in the whole kingdom, it would be better to be equal with them.

As Ellena passed through the street near the walls of the estate, everyone greeted her. They were the servants of the family that was cleaning outside the walls.

Ellena just nodded at them, then proceeded to enter the mansion. When she was finally in, she was assisted to the office of the head and was greeted there by Uranos.

"Welcome, Miss Noelle." Uranos greeted.

Ellena just chuckled then nodded.

"Please don't be too formal with me. I am here to have a partnership with you, not to put you under me." Ellena humbly said.

Uranos scratched his nape before answering, "Even you hoped to, I couldn't help but respect you formally since you saved my daughter."

When Ellena heard it, inside her mask, she was surprised.

"Does that mean that she's healing?" Ellena asked.

"Yes. Because of your help, she was now healing."

"Can I ask what exactly made her sick?" Ellena asked once more.

"It was stamina deficiency. Since her stamina couldn't get connected with her activated rune, she couldn't stand, and even breath helplessly because of it."

Deep inside, when Aaron thought of it, he was intrigued by it. Not just because it was something uncommon and absurd disease for people in this world, it was fatal.

If stamina drops to zero, even in any circumstances, they die. It was the danger of the condition her daughter had.

"I see... It was fortunate that I stumbled upon that flower." Ellena muttered.

"Really. I can't get enough of thanking you."

"It's okay. Let's now talk about the plan."

Ellena and Aaron were confident that Uranos would agree with the partnership. Not just because he offered to sponsor them, but because he was also too respectful towards her. Just those qualifications are enough for them to trust Uranos.

"Then, right now, the Wester family offers 70% of the total budget for The Black Summons."

Immediately, Ellena reacted to Uranos words.

"That's too much! We can't accept that much money, Mister Uranos." Ellena complained.

Uranos just chuckled, seeing how Ellena reacted.

"Don't be like that. It's not even that big compared to what you did to our family. So, for this to be big enough and last a long time, I offer you to make a branch in the capital of Phobious, Balutte City."

Ellena paused for a moment to think about Uranos's proposal. It wasn't a bad proposal, since it would spread more of "Noelle's" name.

Aaron also agreed with the plan, and so Ellena gave her answer to Uranos.

"If you say so, we will make a branch in Balutte City, but does that mean you will sponsor the foundin gof the branch?" Ellena asked.

"Yes. I will sponsor with it. And since we've already had a branch there, our patron will be helpful since we are the number two top merchandising business in the Balutte City."

Ellena and Aaron were amazed at how Uranos was confident. Technically, this wouldn't be possible if not for his confidence.

"I see... We will really build a branch there."

"Thank you very much for the opportunity. My family will not forget this generousity. " Uranos said.

"Don't think too much about it please." Ellena was flustered.

The talk continued until the final part of the proposal. There Uranos put into the table about of the primarily important when making a branch there as well as how they will spread their names promptly.

After an hour of meeting, Ellena finally said her goodbyes to Uranos and left the mansion after it.

Ellena and Aaron went back to the house and there, she announced of the outcome of her talk with Uranos.

"Good news. We will open a new branch! Remember this: our goal is to be number one so that we can have the same power with the government as the adventurers' guild! Let's help this world!"

"Yes!"

They all celebrated the good news. And after it, while on their feast, they planned on how the respective departments would continue there. Since the founding members were all knowledgeable now, it would be a problem to send a newbie there, or someone hired from Balutte. As a result, they decided to hold a recruitment for positions to be filled in Phlabian.

After it, they all talked about the prominent person they needed to be aware of as well as the creation of their symbol as it will be also important.

When they finally finished with some of the aspects they needed to look after, they all rested for the day.

The next day, Aaron walked outside with Cules. They all headed to the forest again, get deeper to denser place of the forest.

And as usual, they did their 'training', hunting for monsters.

While in the forest, Aaron opened the Trader System to see what's the demands in the market and discovered that it was all now weapons.

When he scrolled in the first page, all he saw was swords, sabers, gauntlets, daggers, and other sharpened weapons. And with it, it took his interest, how about producing a weapon for The Black Summons. It will totally make a hit andimprovement for them.

But just to be sure that it will all not be in vain, he searched for sword techniques and stumbled upon different techniques that he distinguish as helpful.

All of those he recognized as helpful cost 500 coins since they were class A. It wasn't unreasonable, and so he bought some of it. After that, he used his remaining coins to buy 2 sets of swords, each of which had 10 swords.

'Sweet.'

"Cules. Take a rest with the training. Try controlling by touching this sword and tell me what's your opinion aboutit."

"Grooohhh~"

Cules went to Aaron side then cluelessly looked at the swords on the ground.

"Grooohhh~"

"You think so. They are all sick? That's right. This will also help The Black Summons. I just hope that things will go well right now."

And so, they continued for an hour straight and finally went back to the city.

However, unbeknownst to Aaron, something was happening within his soul that he wasn't expecting to happen.
