81 Chapter 81: Bastard Golden Human

All mutant blood of a higher tier is useful as a recovery agent for lower-tier creatures thus after consuming it for the first time they will all get +10 in Vitality. But every consumption after it will result in a lower increase in stats.

The +10 in Agility comes from the natural stats of the higher creature. In this case, since the mutant rats were of Agility based Stats, they naturally will add a boost in stats in there expertise but only once.

Quite wasteful to be used on a group of unevolved beings though.

Beings which were evolved would get a boost in not only their stats but also their abilities after consumption. Although the boost only happens depending on the abilities compatibility with the blood.

But if a beast evolved being whos transformed form was a with rat-like characteristics then they would receive a greater boost in their abilities by greatly enhancing not only there speed and vitality but also a hidden rat attribute? If a Beast-Type Evolved was to consume mutant rat blood there is a chance that they could possibly receive the ability of stealth.

But even if they weren't of the best type if they were to have the skill of shadow control which is a pretty high rank they could possibly receive a boost to there already stealth skill. Thus it was really quite wasteful to give the blood to these unevolved humans.

Sigh... However, there is also a chance that consuming the blood could give unevolved the chance to evolve. Although the chance is only about 1%.

But suddenly all 40 of the guys who finished consuming the purified rat's blood lied onto the floor clutching their stomachs in pain.

???

Each of them one by one suddenly started to shine and after it calmed down they all appear to have awakened...

I thought the chance for them to awaken was only 1%!?

40 Awakened!?

What is going on...

I think back to all factors which could have lead to this and ultimately I thought of one possible reason.

The dungeon which I took control of had there main Defender creature turn out to be rats... Being the first Mutant rats of the Dungeon they naturally would eventually turn out to become Boss Level characters later on in the Apocalypse... But since I killed them early on, it equals having killed several bosses before they fully matured.

The blood of normal Mutant creatures has only a 1% chance of mutating while on the other hand boss creatures have a different mutating percentage.

Adding to the fact that their blood was of a higher tier than the consumers the chance of the guys mutating increased even more.

But to have 40 guys evolve just like that...

It seems that even the gods are blessing me... But then I think back to the time when a so-called God struck me with a lightning bolt and... Nevermind...

I still have several vials of this Mutant blood which will be quite useful.

I then take out a single vial that contains golden blood. The blood of the true boss of this Dungeon. Unlike regular mutant blood, this golden blood will be extremely useful to me.

Especially since I can't reach the next stage before the next full moon.

Although I can't reach the next stage, I can definitely strengthen my Physique upon the consumption of the golden blood.

Humans have a maximum limit to there bodies at Tier 4 which is a maximum of 400 Points in each status. But upon consumption of the Golden Bloodline, this Limit will be slightly tweaked due to them becoming of a higher lifeform then the Regular human.

It is like a Human and an Elephant.

A human at Tier 0 can only have at maximum a total of 100 Points of stats in Strength. After having that 100 stats he can be considered a human at the peak of there strength. But an Elephant at Tier 0 Peak strength is naturally not only 100 points but much more. After consumption of the Golden Blood it can be like having the Limit of an Elephant in a human body meaning I can still increase my stats much more than the maximum limit of a Normal human being.

I take the Vial of golden blood and without hesitation, I raised the vial to the sky and look straight at the sky yet not the sky, my gaze seemed to look far beyond the sky's limit and with a simple yet provocative phrase, I chugged the blood down.

\"Cheers!\"

Immediately after consuming the vial, I feel my body starting to heat up.

I started to glow and glow and ... the light soon dimmed...

I didn't feel much difference.

???

I then called out Status.

Name: Li Xin

[Race Bastard Golden Human(Golden Bloodline 0.1%)]

[Tier 4]

Ability: [RESPAWN][Create Golem][Puppet Master][Fire Magic][Water Magic][Earth Magic][Wind Magic][Sacrifice Summoning][n%1=x]

Physical: [Ashura berserk] [Ultimate Movement] [Regeneration] [Mana Recovery] [Parallel Thought]

[Soul: 999.9]

[Strength: 400]

[Intelligence: 400]

[Wisdom: 400]

[Agility: 400]

[Vitality: 370.5]

At first glance, there is nothing different about my status menu.

But after carefully looking at it I notice the few new things on the menu compared to before.

First, there is a Race, then the term for my race.

Bastardly Golden Human... The moment I look at this term a whole ton of WTF start galloping past my mind... WTF is a Bastard Golden Human?

I also see that there is a 0.1% of the Golden Bloodline in my body.

Meaning there is a long way to go before I can have a 100% Golden Bloodline.

Another new thing is a new skill which is called [n%1=x]

...

I try checking the skill out but nothing shows up. The only way the system describes the skill is...

[n%1=x*]

... Unknown...

Yeah very helpful.

The last change to my status menu is the change I knew was going to happen.

The limiter called [MAX] at the end of each stat has dissapeared.
