Chapter 164 - FLUCTLIGHT

"Guys come here !!!!...Fast..." Erika shouts as she rushed towards the sea, a body was washed ashore by the waves. White shirt and pants with number 101 written on it, totally soaked with sea water.

Apparently the body was of a girl, barely alive after Erika pressured her stomach. The girl had lot of marks on her hand. The marks were of needles and syringe. It was evident that the girl had been deprived of her human rights.

Ichizu and others rushed towards Erika. Nikasu activated his [Mystic eyes of death perception] and observed the death lines surrounding the girl. His discovery made him frown, the death lines surrounding her had cracks within them.

It meant that her life force was constantly depleting, she was dying. He stepped forward as Juumonji gave him some space. Nikasu knelt down and touched the girls palm.

A magic circle appeared beneath her body, white-aura surrounded the girls body causing it to glow and shine. A lot of nature energy was being absorbed and transfered inside the girl's body.

Nature energy mixed with [Light-chaos] aura poured into the girls body. After a minute all the scars and wounds on her body ,mysteriously disappeared as if they were never their in the first place.

Even the death lines surrounding the girls body strengthened ,causing the condition of the girl to stabilize without any problem. Muraji along with Kyouko picket up the girl and rushed towards the mansion.

They asked Mahiyu if they could use her room to lay down the unconscious girl. After that they explained what had conspired to Her. Listening to their words Kaguya activated her byakugan and check her condition.

"There is no problem with her body, to scars ,no Injuries....." Ichizu interrupted her ,saying "Nikasu would must have healed her with his Passive ability."

Ichizu activated his *Sharingan* and opened one of the eyes using his fingers while making sure to not hurt her.

He entered her conscious like Sasuke once did with that Blood-explosion jutsu user. What he saw made him tremble in anger and hate.

Her name was Kokoa bloodcast, she belonged to a family of high borns in the Bloodcast family, USA. During the retaliation by the asian forces during World war 3 ,most of her family members were killed in the bombing.

It went like that for 2 years, she was average in studies but was interested in Magic. She was happy that her life was going on pretty smoothly. But as they say ,'All good things must come to an end.'. USA's special organisation named S.T.A.R.S ,took her into their custody for a special project.

Since all countries had their own Strategic-level magicians, USA strived to improve the C.A.D. function rate and compatibility rate so that they can impower their armies with the technology and finally achieve the title of [The Undisputed].

They capture, adopted many different kids from all over the country, it is known for a fact that the Psion-maturity phase begins at the age to 10. The type of spells used by the user will design their Psion-afinity which is responsible to compatibility.

A magician can't use every spell due to the fact that they don't posses affinity towards that genre of spell. It all decides the level to spell we can perform when using the spell most compatible with oneself.

So too understand this one of most complex topics of the Magic-society, USA started conducting experiments of the kids. They goal was to somehow project an individual's soul on a super computer and try to comprehend it's component.

Thus they decided to invent a [Soul translator]. It's function was to project an individual's soul just like an astral projection spell but also be able to physically interact with the soul.

In terms of quantum mechanics, the «Fluctlight» is the quantum particle that contains the human consciousness, the soul.

With the invention of the «Soul Translator», they intended to manipulate the so-called «Evanescent Photon», in other words, a light particle that acts as a quantum unit of the mind exists within the microtubules of a nerve cell.

The light particle exists in a state of indeterminism (meaning a state where actions might happen without apparent causes) and fluctuates according to the probability theory.

A collection of these particles, a «Quantum Field» which S.T.A.R.S has given the name «Fluctuating Light», which is abbreviated to «Fluctlight», is what comprises the human consciousness, in other words, the human soul.
