Chapter 171 - SCHOOL REOPENS (Part-1)

Turtuga was a huge fortress, armor so thick that when a round of nuclear warheads wouldn't be able to completely destroy it's barrier. The terrifying fortress was now split into two after [Susanoo] thrashed it.

With great momentum, Ichizu willed his astral avatar to move forward. A blue colored beam shot through the air and hit [Susanoo] in the face, causing a mini-explosion to take place right in Ichizu's face.

Mizuki and others tensed a little after seeing that the surprise attack done by the magicians inside the fortress, or whatever was left of them attacked him with an [A-grade spell].

"Is he alright????...." Mibu was extremely worried about Ichizu's safety ,especially after seeing the laser like attack land on the strange structure surrounding him.

"He is fine, that 'thing' cannot be broken by any magic." replied Nikasu will adding in his mind 'Other than [Spirit-magic].'

"Hahaha...take that you monster." inside the room, the director madly laughed after seeing the attack connecting with Ichizu's Astral form.

The concentrated beam was [Death ray], after densely packing the Psion energy at a point, we increase the density of the concentrated energy, at a very excited Plasma state and release it through a small hole or gap.

The main weapon which was used for attacking the enemies was launched right into [Susanoo] helmet.

The smoke cleared and an unharmed Ichizu could be seen inside his astral figure. The powerful attack left some minor cracks on the armor but due to the constant supply of Psion it returned back to its original form.

Since Ichizu had only summoned his upper body therefore the defense provided by the armor was quite limited but formidable nevertheless.

Ichizu pulled back his sword and horizontally slashed at the ocean of his left side causing a huge ocean wave to rush towards the partially drowned Turtuga.

"Damn...it!!!!, start the emergency barrier...!!!!" the director shouted as he commanded his subordinates to start the back-up barrier.

"Sir the power core had sustained heavy damage due to the Turtuga being sliced into two parts, we wouldn't be able to hold that 'Monster' back for more than 5 minutes.!!!!!" reported one of the man working under him.

Hearing this the director frowned as some unwillingness was evident in his eyes before he spoke in a resolute tone. "It's okay, we will retreat...."

Hearing his the man nodded before activating the barrier around Turtuga or rather what was left of it.

The tidal wave generated by the swung of his sword crashed into the barrier which appeared around it. The wave didn't do damage to the barrier ,rather pushed the sinking beast backwards.

The four long wing-like things moved as [Susanoo] moved towards it at a high speed.

"Just what exactly is that thing????...." asked Mari as she tried to figure on what was going on.

"One of the abilities of [Mangekyou sharingan] is to summon an astral avatar formed of spiritual energy and Psion. The cl_u_s_ter forms the ultimate defense and offense." replied Nikasu as he stared at the barrier surrounding Turtuga.

His eyes glowed with blueish light as white streams appeared inside his iris. Many lights started appearing on the barrier, more like multiple slashes covered the sphere shaped barrier.

He was using his eyes to cut the [Death lines] of the core, so that the barrier would collapse. Upon core taking damage, lines appeared on the barrier.

The lines of the core were quite strong as even after focus for sometime it held up. But the barrier was enough weakened for Ichizu to break through.

[Sword of Time] descended towards the barrier who's glow had weakened considerably after Nikasu's attack. [Susanoo] had summoned a sword and mimicked Ichizu, striking at the barrier.

"Break for me...!!!!!" said Ichizu as the sword broke through the barrier and crashed against the fortress.

"Arghhh...!!!!" the force behind the attack caused the director to crash into some equipments.

"I will kill you!!!!!!!...." he finally lost it, his assistant understood this point and immediately used the [Teleportation] to escape from the sinking fortress.

Director exited the Turtuga through the upper hatch and pointed a RPG towards Ichizu.

"Die you f_u_c_ker....!!!!" he screamed before pulling the trigger and launching an anyi-magic ballistic at Ichizu.

Ichizu retracted his [Susanoo] and summoned his [Truth seeking orbs]. He willed the ball to wrap around the ballistic in front of him.

The black ball changed its shape and covered the ballistic inside, seemingly devouring the missile.

Everyone was astonish upon seeing this absurd view.

"Did that black thing just eat the missile.???" asked Erika while pointing her finger at [Truth seeking orb].

"No the [Truth seeking orbs] are made up of all the elements, thus can nullify everyone other than [Sage-energy] or [Spiritual energy]." replied Mayuri.

"What is the material from which such a thing can be made also what property of it allows it to retain solid character but can change into irregular shaped.????" asked Hattori in confusion.

Tatsuya and Miyuki also looked towards Mayuri along with Kyouko and Muraji. Mayuri looked towards Ichziu before saying "It is made from his innate ability."

"Huh..." everyone was at a loss of words but they understood the point that Mayuri didn't wanted to speak anything on the topic.

"It is a Null-type....." said Nikasu before he flew towards the Sinking Turtuga to extract some information from the director.

"Null-type....what does that mean in this scenario.????" mumbled Miyuki as she pondered on the word Null-type.

The Null-type belongs to Nullification magic but in case on Ichizu, it is a little different. Innate abilities are categorized as Control-command, Alter-command , Distort-command ,Entry-command.

But that's a topic of another chapter....
