Chapter 177 - DINNER

"Ookasumi why are you just standing there, all of you come inside. We are just about to cut the cake and start the party" said Miya from the living room while Maya moved aside and allowed them to enter their home. Ichizu stepped forward and greeted Miya with a smile on his face.

"Happy birthday Aunt Miya, may you stay young and beautiful forever....." he wished her a happy life while giving her the bouquet which he held in his hands.

"Oh thank you Ichizu, you are growing more and more handsome looks like you will break a lot of hearts when you marry." teased Miya as he accepted the bouquet from Ichizu's hand. Ichizu awkwardly laughed and moved to the side. Nikasu walked towards Miya with a neutral expression and presented her with the gift he was holding all the time.

"Happy birthday Aunt Miya,..... this is from me and my family. May you live a healthy and happy life" said Nikasu in a slightly warm tone which caused a smile to appear on Miya's face. She accepted his gift and handed it to Maya before ruffling his hair.

"Ohh....little Nikasu is so sweet sometimes....you sure are growing at an amazing speed. Thank you for the gift." her tone was filled with sincerity as she remembered that the person standing in front of her was the one who cured her and gave her a chance to mend her relationship with her son.

"Your welcome....." replied Nikasu, still the famous poker face evident on his face. He stepped back and stood beside Ichizu who looked towards Tatsuya and Miyuki and waved a hello. (Triggered)

The wave of his hand snapped them back to reality as they realized that both of them had been spacing out all this time. Tatsuya ignored Ichizu who had been waving his hand towards them all this time and looked towards his mom.

"I thought only our family while be celebrating mother's birthday....?????" he asked with a slightly annoyed and confused expression on his ever indifferent, emotionless face.

"Ookasumi and her family are also a part of our family, even thoguh their is no blood relation between our clan much less our family, she still is your Aunt" replied Miya while Maya, her twin younger twin nodded in agreement.

"Ookasumi helped us when we needed help the most, Miya owes her life to her family. When the clan elders wanted to seal your power and throw you out of the clan, her family interfered and forced the clan to backdown. So Tatsuya, be a good son and greet your Aunt." said Miya in a serious tone.

Tatsuya watched her mother's serious expression for a couple of seconds before bowed slightly to greet Ookasumi.

"Hello Aunty, I thank you and your family for helping mother...." he said with sincerity evident in his tone. But his mind was in chaos, thinking about the words her mother just said to him.

'Their family forced the Yotsuba clan to change their decision, the clan doesn't even have a silver of intent to strike them back for that. Just how much authority does the Ruujiki clan have, to make a fellow [11-Master's clan] back down.' he immediately marked the Ruujiki clan as one of the things he needed to watch out for.

"There is no need for thank you in a family. Let's get on with the celebration now shall we???...." said Ookasumi as she moved towards Miya and Maya ,pulled out her phone from her bag Nd started cl_i_c_k_i_n_g photos together with them.

Ichizu walked towards Tatsuya and Miyuki while Nikasu moves towards the center table, picked up a cup of cold drink and started drinking.

"Yo..... Tatsuya, looks like your cover is blown as a Shiba huh....." teased Ichizu as he reminded Tatsuya that imhis cover was blown so he could now only beg Ichizu to keep their identities a secret.

Tatsuya looked at him with a deadpan expression which clearly stated 'Don't you dare...!!!', earning a laugh from Ichizu who then turned towards Miyuki and greeted her too.

"Hello Miyuki, I bet you didn't expect something like this to happen now did you.???" he continued to tease the Bro-sis pair to his hearts content ,till Maya asked them to quietly sit in the living room while they prepared the food.

[After 20 min]

"Ok everyone quickly still down on their chair around the dining table ,the food is ready you guys." said Miya as Tatsuya helped her in serving the food.

All 7 of them, then started eating their food while chating in between. Miya looked towards Ichizu and asked with a hopeful tone.

"Did you find a cure Ichizu....????" asked Miya while she remembered then many years ago, she requested Ichizu to search for a way to restore Tatsuya's lost emotions.

Knowing what she was implying from the cure she spoke of, Ichizu frowned before a helpless expression appeared on his face.

He spoke in a hesitant tone "After many years of researching the old-scroll. I did find an incomplete spell involving it but....."

"But what....!!!!!" Miya raised her volume due to the anxious feeling she felt from his words. Her fists tightly clenched while she bit her lips as blood appeared on her mouth.

"Mother..." said Tatsuya as he noticed Miya's condition but Maya raised her hand ,signalling Tatsuya to stop speaking.

"But the spell is a [Dark-spell], it requires someone of the same blood to restore what was lost."

"Feelings can't be created, neither gods nor we humans can do so but it can surely be snatched or rather transferred from one person to another one which same blood running in them. The person from which the emotions were to be taken will surely die in the process, their is no assurity in this."

"Even the receiver can die, the spell is incomplete so is my understanding of this topic." he further stated.
