It was as he had expected. The butler managed to get his hands on a light green dress without wasting much effort. He was stunned when the little girl put it on.

The butler was stunned. He understood that the Young Master was deliberately trying to keep his heart stone-cold and how he was completely oblivious to his own feelings. Still, he had faith in the Young Master.

He let out a powerless sigh, “I noticed that the clothes that she wore were all tattered. She’s probably being neglected by her family before being abandoned. Perhaps they were even abusing her! It’s clear that they didn’t treat her as a human being!”
