Chapter 31 No Means No!

After an unknown period of time, the sound of struggling limbs could be heard in the quiet night.

Ye Xingguang looked over. Under the moonlight, the man’s brows were already tightly furrowed. It was obvious that he couldn’t care less about his dignity and prestige as a demon king. He almost exerted all his strength to break free from the restraints on his body.

“How about I help you remove the chains?” Ye Xingguang asked.

“No.” Ye Junqing refused firmly.

“But I see that you’re in so much pain…” As Ye Xingguang spoke, he had already moved the blanket on the man’s body to the side. When he was caught off guard, she saw that his wrists had been scrapped because of his struggle. Judging from the red marks, he must have been struggling secretly. He just didn’t make any sound.

“Stop enduring it. Where’s the key? I’ll unlock the chains for you, or your wrists will be bruised. It’s already purple now.”

Ye Junqing gritted his teeth so hard that he shook. He used his strong willpower to stop himself from struggling. “No means no!”

“Why are you so stubborn? If you leave a wound on your wrist, those unscrupulous media companies might tell the public that I abused you tomorrow when they find out.” Ye Xingguang said shamelessly. Perhaps what she said was too funny, his tensed cheeks trembled terribly.

“Ye Xingguang!”

Ye Junqing’s deep gaze landed on the top of the girl’s head as he pursed his pale lips. “I advise you not to provoke me or unlock the chains for me. Otherwise, you’ll regret it.”

Ye Xingguang thought, “It’s alright, I have the Medicine of Regret!”

So, she didn’t hesitate to remove the chains.

The man who was freed didn’t feel grateful at all. Instead, he wished he could strangle Ye Xingguang to death.
