623 The Age of Dinosaurs

An Lin fell into a deep sleep and only woke up the next morning. He was immediately greeted by an aromatic scent. This was like the scent of a lotus under the moonlight; it was faint, but it was nonetheless quite a pleasant aroma.

He opened his eyes to find a miniature woman lying beside him.

The woman was sleeping on her side, and every inch of her body epitomized perfection.

Her breathing was slow, and even her tiny eyelashes trembled lightly. Her translucent skin, which was practically sparkling under the sunlight, was even more eye-catching than her flowing white dress.

She really was beautiful. An Lin couldn't help appreciate her beauty for a while longer before he slowly got up.

He initially planned to go to his classes. When he heard the faint sound of singing as he passed the window in the lobby, he knew that Xiao Hong was photosynthesizing again.

"Xiao Hong, how long has it been since I entered Tina's world?" An Lin opened the window before asking.

"Lalala…" Xiao Hong's singing faltered before she replied while wobbling her red, flowery head, "Master, you've been asleep for five days already! Xiaolan came to look for you, and she applied for a leave of absence for you upon seeing that you appeared to be in a state of deep slumber."

An Lin was a little taken aback to hear this. It had been almost a week already!

However, since Xu Xiaolan had already applied for a leave of absence for him, he might as well continue ditching classes.

After all, watching the creation of a world was much more fun than attending classes.

"Hmph, you're clearly using an underhanded tactic like this to force me to get up!" Tina pouted with dissatisfaction, yet her eyes were glued to the frying pan.

"Then keep sleeping! My hypnosis technique is extremely effective, and it'll have you snoring in no time, woof!" Da Bai raised a paw with a sly smile.

"My hypnotism song is really effective as well, would Little Na like to hear it?" Xiao Hong offered in a sweet voice.

One less person meant one less portion of the food that had to be distributed. Hence, Xiao Hong and Da Bai were both looking at Tina with sinister expressions.

Tina immediately cowered against An Lin's shoulder in fear as she yelled at them to back off.

Following a noisy play fight between all the beast pets, the Kung Pao Chicken was ready.

Each beast pet was allocated a plate of Kung Pao Chicken, which they devoured with relish before licking their plates clean.

After a satisfying meal, An Lin handed a wood-type high-rank spirit pill for her to replenish her energy.

After that, he asked Tina to transmigrate him into her world again to watch it develop.

The world had now developed into a lively world that was bursting with vitality. It was filled with all types of flora and fauna to the point that An Lin struggled to keep up.

A thought suddenly occurred to An Lin as he looked down at the thriving dinosaurs. "Tina, can you make the dinosaurs a bit more intelligent?"

"More intelligent?" Tina considered the question for a moment before replying, "It's going to be impossible to make them as intelligent as highly intelligent lifeforms as their consciousness is on a lower level. However, I can alter their genetics to give them extremely basic learning abilities."

"Then give it a try!" An Lin suggested with an excited expression.

"And control their population too," he added.

"Oh…" Tina nodded obediently.

Thus, the next generation of dinosaurs mutated.

A brachiosaurus mother with a neck as long as a giraffe gave birth to a small dinosaur with a short, stubby neck and sharp carnivorous teeth.

The brachiosaurus mother was completely dumbfounded, and she felt like she had given birth to a fake child. However, she then took a look at the neighboring brachiosaurus mothers to find that some of them had also given birth to babies like hers, so her concerns were quelled.

These small dinosaurs were completely different from their brachiosaurus parents. Their limbs were long and slender, allowing them to move with impressive agility, and all of them ate carnivorous diets.

After the small brachiosauruses grew up, they became even pickier with their food.

A pack of ferocious tyrannosaurus rex charged into the pack of brachiosauruses, and all the older generation of brachiosauruses fled for their lives. In contrast, all the fully-grown young brachiosauruses stood up and staged a counterattack against the tyrannosaurus rex…

After a brutal battle, the new brachiosauruses were able to eat all the tyrannosaurus rex as their mouths were bigger, and the force of their bites was more fearsome.

The older generation of brachiosauruses all stared at their children in shock.

The ferocious tyrannosaurus rex had been killed and even eaten by their children?

Within a large river, an aquatic dinosaur mother's body trembled as a male aquatic dinosaur swam around her in anxious circles.

"Pfff…" The aquatic dinosaur mother laid an egg.

A confused expression appeared on the male aquatic dinosaur's face as he looked at the egg.

Some of the more intelligent and skillful dragons invented all sorts of stone tools. Some of them even hung stones around their necks and other vulnerable areas as protective equipment to prevent their enemies from being able to bite into their vulnerable regions.

Soon… dinosaurs fused with the Spiritual Energy of Heaven and Earth were born.

They were known as dinosaur mutant beasts.
