~KYOMI~

I stared at the Cathedral train lace wedding dress in the mirror. I'd never thought this day would have come so soon.

But here I was getting married . . . And to none other than Dante Clarke.

The long veil on my hair only seemed to add beauty to the updo hairstyle with diamonds placed throughout the neat bun. They sparkled every time I turned and the light hit it. I wished this day was a happier one, that way I could enjoy being this beautiful for one day.

The make up was very light, everything was done to highlight the best features on my face. My parents wanted me to look my best today, after all, many important guests would be at the wedding.

At least I hoped the guests would attend. Not everyone was fond of the idea of the wedding being held at Dante's home. I believe people expected that there would be guns there and were too frightened to attend.

But in truth, there was only one way to really know.

"Kyomi." My mother called, stopping to stare at me. Her eyes watered a bit but she quickly turned away. Something I was accustomed too, mother never liked to seem weak in front of anyone. "Everyone is ready."

I nodded. "I'll be right there."

I wanted to hug her, wanted to beg her forgiveness. Wanted to ask for a chance to stop this wedding but knew none of that would change anything.

It was too late.

As I made my way downstairs, my sisters turned to me with bright smiles on their faces.

"You look beautiful." They whispered in awe.

I smiled. "Thank you," I started, trying to keep my composure. "I will miss you guys so much."

"So will we." Rosetta responded, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. "I wish you didn't have to go." She admitted.

So did I.

Even though my attraction to Dante was incredible, I didn't think it was enough to survive living with him.

As my sisters helped to guide me out the door and to the waiting limousine, I tried my very best to hold it together.

I was about to get married.

Oh God.

I was going to get married!
