Chapter 18：Not Planned... But Welcomed!

As I was slicing apart the spaceship with my Susanoo I heard a weird notification from my system.

-Save the city from the Meteor [Reward: 1'000'000] (Missed)

-Destroy the spaceship [Reward: 10'000'000] (Completed)

-Become an S-Rank hero. [Reward: Title 'A Seat at the table'] (Completed)

-Save a cat form a tree [Reward: Title 'Classic Hero'] (You killed the cat)

*Special Event incurred.

-As Eri has finished watching an anime, she is now longing for a mother herself. (Father: Zero, Child: Eri, Mother:------)

'Easy for you, you just give the notifications, I'm the one that has to go out and search for a wife. It's not like I even have that many options , who would take a mass murderer, psychotic, very intelligent, very handsome if I want to and slightly crazy.'

Very well lets plan this out… first I need a target… I have to do it the good old fashioned way. Watch anime and find waifu. Second part see what she likes and what she dislikes, third part is encounter and making an impression and then we continue from there.

Target: Esdeath (Akame ga Kill)

Reason : (She is more likely to get turned on from all the killing I'll be doing.)

Secondary reason: (Don't have to worry about Eri bringing a boyfriend home, Esdeath is probably going to massacre them.)

'She is a sadist that loves slaughtering, torturing and battling. A woman after my own heart. She fell in love with Tatsumi during the tournament because of his 'innocent/goofy' smile. And the stupid fuck just went and slept with an annoying loudmouthed piece of wood. So… I'll set the encounter at that tournament. First though I'll need to buy a weapon… or why not a whole arsenal.'

'An incantation huh… very well.'- I said as I started an incantation using the unlimited power my body provided.

So, I command-

Suddenly I found myself in another world, one where I knew that with one thought I could create endless swords. It didn't have to be close, I could create them everywhere. As I tried it out countless swords appeared, from fictional to real, from normal to high-frequency to energy swords nothing was out of my reach. And that is when I thought of one sword in particular… Frostmourne. I don't know how it exactly works but Arthas got his abilities by wielding it… nah, I'll get Yamato for a ride this time. [A.N: Devil May Cry for those who don't know it.]

Zero: "Trace On" - huh who knew. Apparently you don't need to scream like an idiot to activate it.

As I went into armored form my body created a sheath for Yamato. I made sure to get ready one last surprise for this world. I twitched my leg a little and everything started to crumble. The entire world brought to destruction in but a mere twitch… now that was power. And as surprising as it may seem… it is nowhere near enough.

'Saitama will have to hold his breath for a loooong time'.

As I said that I left One Punch and headed towards Akame Ga Kill.

--------- 10 min later--------

Zero: "Excuse can you tell me of any events of importance going on this month?" – I said as I used my sharingan on a guard.

Guard: "3 days from now there will be a tournament at noon." – he said in a hazy tone of voice.

Zero: "Why thank you, now why don't you go take a drink and then jump off a building."- I said as I walked away.

Eri: "Papa, are we going at the tournament?"

Zero: "That's right, do you want to see papa fight?"

Eri: "But… I don't want you to get hurt…" – she said as she looked about to cry.

Zero: "Don't worry, nobody can beat me here. So what do you think, want to sit down with Alfred and watch me fight?"

Eri: "Ok."

Zero: "Let's go find an inn first ."

As we walked we found a nice looking inn, went inside and booked a room. As we walked downstairs to get something to eat I thought about the setting of this world. Protagonist finds his friends dead bodies, becomes an assassin yadayadayada and saves the day while dying… so stupid.

'I can help him so he can save his friends and live happily while bringing down the evil prime minister… but that's way too much work, I'm a full time father and there's nothing in it for me anyway.'

------ 3 days later-------

I didn't just spend 3 days doing nothing, I trained in using Yamato and accidentally sliced of a hill. While I was using it I left 10 Elites with Eri at all times, Alfred and 500 of my clones each disguised as a random person. I didn't want her to spend the entire time cooped up in the house.

'Maybe I should have send 5'000 of my clones… or all of them. Yes all of them just to be safe… maybe some more soldiers, yes maybe…' – is it enough though?

I also trained using my clones so that I could detect my weaknesses but it wasn't easy. If I got skilled enough to defeat 5 of my clones, my next clones also became able to do that. I was in a literal race with myself. It goes without saying that I wasn't going to use any magic powers in the tournament.

As I headed towards the tournament with Alfred and Eri the clones were blending in perfectly… as in they had taken half the seats for the tournament.

Esdeath was sitting on her seat and looking toward the stage with boredom evident in her expression.

The fights were underwhelming to say the least. Finally it was my turn and as I flared a little bit of my killing intent the guy just shit his pants…

'Can't you at least hit me once or even better, let me hit you once?'

Soon Tatsumi came up to the stage and I was on the other side of it. I was in my armored form making me 2 meters tall while completely towering over Tatsumi, be it in physique or presence.

As I walked towards him he froze. I continued until I was just a few meters away from him.

Zero: "You, don't have the right to stand in the same stage as me." –As I said that I flared my energy making Tatsumi fly from the stage and straight to the wall. Our 'hidden guests' shifted a little but didn't take any action.

As the 'battle' ended I saw Esdeath heading towards me.

Guard: "Take off your helmet, the general is coming." – a guard whispered towards me.

Well I guess there are all kinds of people. Even the guards have some good apples among them.

As I took off my mask I heard a shout…

Eri: "PAPA IS THE BEST!!!"

As Eri praised me for the first time I smiled, I still couldn't stop the smile spreading through my face even if I wanted to.

As I turned to face Esdeath she had a strange gleam on her eye and a smile on her face…

'I originally planned on making a goofy, embarrassed or silly smile, but I guess this works too… Damn she is beautiful, crazy and a battle maniac… I think I might really fall in love with this demoness if I'm not careful.
