Chapter 322: The husband's adventure!

Kyoya and his party ran away from the forces called by royalty red.

They were confused as their royalty was nowhere to be seen and their alarms quickly went off! They began to furiously scour the domains in search of him, so it was obvious that this person was an important member of their race.

This important member was in the husband's inventory now, his blood and flesh waiting for their turn to become resources for Xiaoxiao's strength growth.

"I think this is where Josef's labyrinth should be…" Xiaoxiao uttered, her eyes looking around for her friends.

She saw chunks of rocks strewn around the area which should belong to Josef. Those chunks were with cracks and clearly lacked any energy behind, so the whole labyrinth must've crumbled.

Did it mean that Josef and Maria lost?

Could they… have died already?

Those questions began to swarm the husband's party. The anxiety kicked in and some of them shouted Josef and Maria's name which wasn't wise in their current location with battles going all around Forest Pond, "Maria! Josef!"

But they wanted to find their friends as quickly as possible.

"They are here," An unknown voice suddenly called them out.

A man that resembled a patient who had just escaped from the hospital pointed his bony finger at Josef and Maria who were protected by an unknown item.

This item created something similar to a barrier that didn't allow anyone to detect the couple.

Though they had wounds and were clearly beaten by the enemies, Josef and Maria held each other while wounded and their breathing was regular so Kyoya sighed with relief.

He glanced at the man and thanked him, "Thank you," His words were genuine, but the man didn't seem to care much about these.

Instead of continuing the conversation, he just turned around and slowly walked away.

The husband felt a familiar aura from this man, but he didn't dare to ask as this question could make things go bad.

For now, they party wanted to just safely escape The Forest Pond.

They already achieved enough here and Xaya was healed so the initial purpose had been achieved by them.

The development also happened between a few members, so they needed time to properly think about their future and decide on the next floor.

This ascended floor… was just too much for them and if not their unique attributes and secrets behind their origins, then the husband's party would have a far worse future here!

Even now, Kyoya could see the dead bodies of adventurers hanging or coldly laying on the ground.

All those people attempted to help their friends in The Forest Pond, but the red scaled people and their allies had different plans…

"I wonder how Henmu is doing… I still can see this hand," The red hand was far away too, but it had a lot of branches around itself. There was no way for it to move on its own and some powerful force would be needed to throw it to the forest pond.

It seemed like the elven race was doing fine, so Kyoya decided, "Let's just wait for them to deal with this… We can go around and help others survive, but don't engage in the battle unless you know you can win," He told everyone as the leader, then summoned his wooden house.

Summoning this was out of the place, but had there been a day where the husband summoned the house normally?

It was often summoned randomly and in awkward moments, so if the house had its awareness, then it would've just sighed and gone with the flow.

"Xaya, how do you feel?" Kyoya asked with a faint smile.

The lady didn't know why the husband would ask such a question, "I am fine, the husband." But she answered genuinely!

Kyoya just laughed and requested, "So make some dinner for everyone. We also gotta keep it warm for Henmu and other elves."

"Haha! Now it feels like the husband's adventure!" Xiaoxiao wryly smiled, then raised her spear up, "I will go and help others!" She then rushed to sneakily help adventurers who were here with their friends in the Forest Pond.

A cat held itself strongly to her hair, so Kyoya waved at Xiaoxiao and wished her good luck, "Return soon. We will keep the warm food for you!"

Xiaoxiao heard those words clearly, so she turned around and waved her hand, then disappeared on the horizon.

"I will make the dinner, husband. Look at this," Xaya then pointed her finger at the ground while her other hand tugged the husband's sleeve.

A black energy suddenly filled the ground, then skeletons began to pop out from this shadow.

Next, Xaya used these skeletons to prepare the table, take out dishes and so on!

"The husband's dearest support! Haha!" She whispered, but the laughter filled the whole house!

Kyoya couldn't help, but burst out with laughter too, "Yeah, that's how it should be done! I will check our fire stones! These should still be working, though."

"Yes, the husband!"

On the other side, Hiro and his family were looking at this show with big eyes. They soon calmed down and just shook their heads slowly. Were they disappointed in the husband's easy going attitude or maybe they were disappointed in themselves as they sort of understood this couple better now?

The husband always did things with his flow, but summoning house and going for dinner in the middle of the battlefield?

"Haha, we can't help the elves anyway. Let's go out and help whoever we can. Then, we will thank Miss Xaya for the dinner," Hiro laughed and his family nodded to his words, all of them soon left the house to help others.

Hana was the one who sat down next to the sleeping couple which was Maria and Josef, but she had been laughing so much that Maria woke up, "Shut the fuck up and let me sleep," She said with her eyes half-way opened, then turned around to hug Josef.

"Hahaha!" It didn't stop the blacksmith from laughing.
