I saw a familiar figure in the collapsing courtyard when I stepped into Zhao GuangTou’s base.
Is it Xiao Qin, or a memory that exists in my mind which I can’t forget.
For a moment, I thought I saw the Little Tyrant from many years ago.
I don’t know where she changed, but she replaced her school uniform skirt with some casual pants. She had bandages wrapped around both her wrists and had the professional look of a martial arts master.
The figure of her trampling the enemy under her feet was so familiar.
Of course, my point of view wasn’t the same as before, but it still made me feel nostalgic.
Five punks fell left and right in a circle around Xiao Qin, the other side only had two people left standing. If I had arrived a little later, the battle would have had nothing to do with me.
“This woman’s a monster.” One of the guys said.
“Who are you calling a monster?” I took large strides forward, “Even if she was a monster, it’s not up to you to say.”
It was at this point Xiao Qin came to her senses because of my voice. She looked at me with a puzzled look as if she had just woken up from a dream.
In order to deal with her androphobia, Xiao Qin had to black out in order to fight the punks. It was very similar to the time with the Five Tiger Punishment squad where Xiao Qin woke up as soon as I spoke.
“Ye Lin classmate.”
Xiao Qin was shocked when she first saw me, then her lips trembled and she unclenched her fists. She disregarded her opponents and began running towards me with a face full of tears.
“Sob, sob. You finally came. I’m so happy… that Ye Lin classmate could guess that I would be here.”
She pointing while crying, “Ye Lin classmate, they bullied me, you have to avenge me.”
The face of the two people who were still looked unwell. One second, it was like Xiao Qin was possessed by the god of war, the next second she flung herself into my arms like a little girl. It made the two people scared out of their wit’s and made them suspect they weren’t on earth.
Since it was already two against two, unless they had a gun, it was impossible for them to turn the tide. So I first comforted Xiao Qin and even said cringey lines like “good girl, don’t cry”.
The two people actually showed us respect (or they were scared silly), and they forget to take advantage of the opportunity to escape.
“Aren’t Uncle Tiger and Uncle Leopard secretly protecting you?” I asked, “Since it’s an underground feud, why not use the real triads to deal with them?”
Xiao Qin said while wiping tears: “Since they followed us to the zoo and didn’t give us any privacy, I told them not to follow so closely every day or I would call the police.”
Call the police, are you going to punish your own family? It really sucks Uncle Tiger and Uncle Leopard took on the task of protecting Xiao Qin.
But this also explained why Uncle Tiger and Uncle Leopard didn’t show up at noon when Xiao Qin and the class leader was in a dangerous situation.
To be honest, it wasn’t even a dangerous situation for Xiao Qin. If the class leader knew Xiao Qin was so strong beforehand, she wouldn’t have made the extra effort to rescue Xiao Qin and then be knocked down herself.
I gently pushed Xiao Qin away before my chest was completely soaked with her tears. Then I turned to the two trembling guys and beckoned to them saying:
“You two can come at me together.”
The two men shook their heads continuously. As Zhao GuangTou’s men, they had probably met me before and knew of my notorious reputation, but I didn’t remember them.
Xiao Qin consciously stepped back and cheered me on, “Be careful, Ye Lin classmate, if you fail, there will be no one to protect me.”
It’s the other side that needed protection, right? I untimely sympathized with the enemy.
At that moment, Zhao GuangTou calmly led a thin student wearing a middle school uniform inside.
The wall next to the back door had already collapsed and it had a big hole in it, but he still had to put on airs and walk through the back door.
So he was already released from the hospital, but it was too arrogant to only bring one person as support.
And the student behind him didn’t look like he could fight. He wasn’t wearing a 28 Middle uniform, but it was a common blue and white stripes style. Because he was quite thin, the sleeves of his uniform swayed along with him.
But after getting closer, I noticed the student had a scar that extended from the corner of his forehead to his jaw.
Zhao GuangTou was slightly surprised to see me, but didn’t stop in his tracks.
“I heard there was a crazy chick causing a disturbance beating everyone up, so it turns out that she’s your girl. You guys are really like a pair of mad dogs.”
Xiao Qin suddenly blushed, she took a embarrassed pose and whispered behind me.
“Ye Lin classmate, I think we misunderstood. Mr. Zhao seems like a good person.”
He’s insulting us! Don’t say he’s a good person just because he called us a “pair”.
“It’s none of your business what our relationship is.” I cracked my fingers, “Anyway, you’ve repeatedly caused trouble for the people around me, it’s time to settle this. All four of you can come together and I’ll teach you a lesson.”
To my surprise, Zhao GuangTou let out a sinister laugh.
“Heh heh heh heh…Ye Lin, like I said before, you’re not invincible, there’s always someone stronger. Today, I’ll let you meet your match.”
Then he waved and beckoned the middle school student, “Go, show him your strength.”
I already judged the middle school student to be abnormal, but I didn’t expect Zhao GuangTou to be confident enough to let him fight me alone. I immediately took a defensive posture and made my preparations.
I didn’t expect the middle school student to turn a deaf ear to Zhao GuangTou’s orders. He squatted down on the ground and began playing with an Ultraman model with a scary look in his eyes.
Zhao GuangTou was so angry, but he was afraid of him and couldn’t act violently, so he had to persuade him with gentle words.
“Di Yun, I already bought you a full set of Ultraman models, you should at least help your big brother out.”
The other two punks had complicated expressions, and one of them said to Zhao GuangTou.
“Big bro, is there something wrong with this guy who claims to be from ‘the Tiga Ultraman Nebula’ and we don’t even know his real name. He doesn’t seem right in the head.”
“That’s right.” The second punk stared at the appalling scars on Di Yun’s face and added, “I heard that when he was a kid someone grabbed his Ultraman toys, and he ended up tearing and biting up his rival who was ten years older.”
Zhao GuangTou glared at the two useless men and reprimanded: “You know what, Deng Xiaoping once said, it doesn’t matter what color the cat is, it’s a good cat if it can catch the rat. Regardless of whether Di Yun has brain problems or not, it’s fine as long as he can fight.”
Next, he bent down and said to Di Yun:
“Di Yun, you can just stand by and watch, the tall one standing over there intends to steal your Ultraman toys.”
Hearing these words, Di Yun abruptly snapped around. His eyes emitting killing intent, as if he wasn’t an existence from this world, he trembled violently.
“Are… you the one who wants to steal my Ultraman…?”
“Pfffftt” Xiao Qin couldn’t help but laugh.
What are you laughing at? Did he remind you of my relationship with brother Optimus Prime? I’m not the same as him, I’m already 14 and stopped playing with robots, but he’s still obsessed with Ultraman toys and thinks he’s an alien from the M78 nebula!
As if the calm before the storm, Di Yun looked at the red Ultraman model in his hand. The punk next to him hurriedly said, “I’ll take care of it for you.”
Di Yun glared at him, then carefully placed the Ultraman model at the foot of the wall like it was a living object, and bowed to it.
“If someone wants to hurt you, please transform.”
Holy shit, he’s really sick. As I looked at Zhao GuangTou’s smug expression, I wondered if he was playing mind games with me? Was Di Yun simply mentally ill and he wanted me to hurt him then get sued?
I knew I was wrong when Di Yun took his first step towards me.
Even Xiao Qin let out an astonished gasp.
What is this speed? It’s completely unlike any martial arts, it was a posture defied the mechanics of the human body. How can he be so fast, the karate chop he sent towards my eyes was so fierce it looked like a attacking cobra.
I used my all to dodge the blow and I was covered in cold sweat.
Zhao GuangTou laughed from the rear and said, “Ye Lin, you’re going to suffer. Half of our brothers got sent to the hospital before we were able to subdue Di Yun.”
That explains why there were fewer than ten people when Xiao Qin stormed his base. But Di Yun’s strength obviously greatly exceeded my expectations, I might be defeated if I just relax slightly.
He attacked while hollering: “Ultimate Shining Blast, Final Cross Shield.”
It seems like it was all Ultraman moves and I’ve seen it on TV as a child. It feels really embarrassing fighting this guy.
I retreated under his continuous attacks and didn’t even have the opportunity to use Yin Yang Sanshou.
